本发明采用的技术方案是：一种手势升旗装置，包括旗杆、滑轮、绳索、控制盒，所述滑轮有1个，设置在旗杆顶部，所述滑轮上设置1条绳索，所述绳索终端悬挂有旗帜，其特征是：所述滑轮直径为3厘米，所述控制盒内设置有手势传感器模块和自动卷绳机构，所述手势传感器模块信号端和自动卷绳机构连接，所述自动卷绳机构上卷绕有绳索延伸至旗杆顶部的滑轮。
