本发明涉及清洗剂领域,具体是一种金属清洗剂。
背景技术
机械零件在加工过程中使用了大量的冷却液或润滑液,这些液体含有油性物质,在零件的表面会有一定量的残留,对零件的电镀或涂层处理产生一定的影响,有的在装配前也必须清洗去除。
目前市场上场频,材质种类繁多,涉及铝制品、铜制品、铁制品以及镀锌产品,且冲压产品的体积都很小,清洗时量大,产品密度高;目前市面上具有针对性的清洗剂,很难满足其清洗要求,且有的清洗剂还含有含有污染环境的磷酸盐类和潜在致癌作用的亚硝酸盐类物。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种金属清洗剂。

一种金属清洗剂,由以下质量份数的各组分组成:酒石酸3-5份、醋酸8-12份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-18份、三乙醇胺4-6份、苯并三氮唑8-14份、C10脂肪醇乙氧基化合物25-35份、脂肪醇烷氧基化合物15-22份、甘油40-60份、水基防锈剂10-15份、硅酸钠1-3份、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺10-15份、聚天冬氨酸钠20-28份、水60-65份。
优选的,一种金属清洗剂,由以下质量份数的各组分组成:酒石酸4份、醋酸10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚16份、三乙醇胺5份、苯并三氮唑12份、C10脂肪醇乙氧基化合物30份、脂肪醇烷氧基化合物20份、甘油50份、水基防锈剂12份、硅酸钠2份、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺12份、聚天冬氨酸钠25份、水64份。

以现有技术相比,本发明提供的金属清洗剂,清洗度高、防锈性强、低泡、低温清洗性能,可同时清洗有色金属和黑色金属,工艺简单,制备成本低,用途广泛,具有优异的去污效果,且高效环保,无污染,不损伤金属表面。
