Background

When the bacteria on the inoculating loop are more, the direct high-temperature burning can lead the bacteria to be heated and deformed rapidly, aerosol splashing is easy to be caused, the operating platform can be polluted to damage the aseptic operating environment, and even the health of operators is endangered, so that the existing facilities have the defects of unsafe and easy environmental pollution when used for inoculating loop sterilization.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an inoculating loop placement frame capable of safely and cleanly performing a burning sterilization process and a method of using the same.
