发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种痔疮专用肥皂,通过传统肥皂的改进,开发了具有痔疮功能的肥皂。
本发明的技术方案为:一种痔疮专用肥皂,包括以下组分:冰片0.3%-0.5%,起到减缓患者疼痛感的作用,金银花1%-1.5%,辅助治疗痔疮,珍珠粉0.1%-0.3%,辅助治疗痔疮,杀菌,甘草0.5%-1%,辅助治疗痔疮,杀菌,麝香0.5%-1.5%,治疗痔疮的主要成分,苦参0.3%-0.5%,治疗痔疮的主要成分,与麝香共同使用,效果更佳,烷烷基苯磺酸钠5%-10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油35%-55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。

(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至50-80℃,通过10-50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应60-100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将冰片、金银花、珍珠粉、甘草、麝香、苦参粉碎至10-50微米,此粒径的活性炭,有助于在肥皂中混合均匀,也有助于痔疮的治疗;
(4)向水中依次按比例加入烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按比例加入冰片、金银花、珍珠粉、甘草、麝香、苦参、碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成痔疮专用肥皂。

一种痔疮专用肥皂,包括以下组分:冰片0.5%,起到减缓患者疼痛感的作用,金银花1.5%,辅助治疗痔疮,珍珠粉0.3%,辅助治疗痔疮,杀菌,甘草1%,辅助治疗痔疮,杀菌,麝香1.5%,治疗痔疮的主要成分,苦参0.5%,治疗痔疮的主要成分,与麝香共同使用,效果更佳,烷烷基苯磺酸钠10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。
优选地,所述皂化植物油为皂化橄榄油、棕榈油中的一种,此类皂化植物油具有滋养皮肤的作用。

1.一种痔疮专用肥皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
冰片0.3%-0.5%、金银花1%-1.5%、珍珠粉0.1%-0.3%、甘草0.5%-1%、麝香0.5%-1.5%、苦参0.3%-0.5%、烷烷基苯磺酸钠5%-10%、皂化植物油35%-55%、其余为碳酸钙。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种痔疮专用肥皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
冰片0.4%、金银花1.1%、珍珠粉0.2%、甘草0.7%、麝香0.9%、苦参0.4%、烷基苯磺酸钠7%、皂化植物油45%、其余为碳酸钙。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种痔疮专用肥皂,其特征在于:所述皂化植物油为皂化橄榄油、棕榈油中的一种。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种痔疮专用肥皂,其特征在于:所述冰片、金银花、珍珠粉、甘草、麝香、苦参粒径为10-50微米。
5.一种痔疮专用肥皂的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至50-80℃,通过10-50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应60-100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将冰片、金银花、珍珠粉、甘草、麝香、苦参粉碎至10-50微米;
(4)向水中依次按权利要求1或2所述的比例加入烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按权利要求1或2所述的比例加入冰片、金银花、珍珠粉、甘草、麝香、苦参、碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成痔疮专用肥皂。
