木煤气的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及炭化技术领域,尤其是一种木煤气的制备方法。
背景技术
木煤气(英语:Wood gas)是合成气燃料,可以作为炉子燃料,和车辆替代汽油,柴油或其他燃料。在生产过程中,生物质或其它含碳材料在木材气体发生器中氧受限的环境内被气化产生氢气和一氧化碳。在富氧环境中,这些气体可以作为燃料被焚烧,以产生二氧化碳,水和热量。在一些气化炉此过程之前是裂解(Pyrolysis),其中生物质或煤首先被转换为炭,释放出的甲烷和含有丰富的多环芳香烃的焦油。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种木煤气的制备方法,操作简便,燃烧值高。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种木煤气的制备方法,包括以下过程:将生物质在隔绝氧气情况下,加热至900~1100℃,收集产生的气体。
进一步地,生物质预先在270~280℃加热,排出水蒸气。
一种如上述木煤气制备方法制得的木煤气,主要由甲烷和氢气构成。
对生物质进行高温热解,温度可高至1000℃左右时,生物质不再转化产生木醋液和焦油,而只是产生木煤气,其中主要是CH4和H2,可使木煤气的热值大大提高。例如在摄氏1000℃下热解,木煤气的热值可达摄氏6000大卡/m3,而木炭的产量只有摄氏220~230kg(每吨原料)。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:直接利用高温热解生物质制备木煤气,得到的木煤气燃烧值高,残渣少,不污染环境。

实施例1
一种木煤气的制备方法,包括以下过程:将生物质在隔绝氧气情况下,加热至900℃,收集产生的气体。
一种如上述木煤气制备方法制得的木煤气,主要由甲烷和氢气构成。

一种木煤气的制备方法,包括以下过程:将生物质在隔绝氧气情况下,加热至1100℃,收集产生的气体。
生物质预先在270℃加热,排出水蒸气;
实施例3
一种木煤气的制备方法,包括以下过程:将生物质在隔绝氧气情况下,加热至1000℃,收集产生的气体。
生物质预先在280℃加热,排出水蒸气;
一种如上述木煤气制备方法制得的木煤气,主要由甲烷和氢气构成。
