Abstract
本发明揭示一种防腐涂料的涂覆方法,通过将硅氧烷、溶剂、二氧化硅颗粒、稀土化合物、去离子水、催化剂以及碳纤维和聚酰亚胺等组分混合后进行熟化处理,再将熟化后的混合物进行过滤,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层,实现表面防腐处理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐涂料涂覆方法,尤其涉及一种适用于金属结构表面,具有优异的光泽和机械物理性能和不含芳烃溶剂的环保涂料的涂覆方法。
背景技术
在现代工业和日常生活中,金属的腐蚀随处可见,尤其是燃油个危化品的储存容器中发生的缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳等形式的破坏,对于人民生活造成极大的安全隐患。
目前采用的金属防护方法可大致分为三类:一类是进行阳极氧化处理,即在金属表面形成一层几十微米厚的阳极氧化膜,但由于阳极氧化工艺耗能大,而且电解质溶液污染严重,难以处理,使用其应用受到限制;第二类是化学转化膜,即将金属零件浸泡在一定组成的溶液中,在一定的温度下依靠化学反应形成一层化学转化膜,现在应用最广泛的是铬酸盐化学氧化,但铬酸盐是一种致癌的毒性物质,世界环境保护组织已提出限制使用铬酸盐和其它含铬酸盐化合物;第三类为有机涂层,即在金属表面涂覆一层有机涂层,以改善金属的外观和物理化学性能。近年来人们开始将稀土元素用在金属表面的防腐技术。
稀土转化膜成膜技术发展到今天,人们对各种成膜工艺进行了大量改进,膜的性能也得到了提高。目前稀土转化膜技术主要是浸泡处理,这种工艺操作简单、易于维护;但是它的弊端在于,长期浸泡工艺处理时间太长,所形成的膜层较薄且与基材的附着力较差。经过长期的探索研究发现,浸泡溶液中加入强氧化剂,如H2O2、KMnO4、(NH4)2S2O8 等强氧化物,使成膜速率大大提高,处理时间大为缩短,同时处理溶液温度也不高,可在室温下应用。但由于强氧化剂的存在使得处理工艺的稳定性较差。
为了解决稀土转化膜处理工艺存在的问题,本发明提出一种改进的防腐涂料涂覆方法。这种方法的防腐成本低廉,经济效益显著,可以进行常温涂施,涂覆工艺简单,溶液环保无污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种环保防腐涂料的涂覆方法,用以解决钢材、铝材,尤其是铝合金等内外表面涂装的防腐蚀难题,且涂料不含芳烃溶剂,不含强氧化剂,无有毒颜料,适合各种施工方法,涂装不受季节限制,而且施工工艺简单方便,技术成本低廉,环保性能好。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
(1) 准备以下组分( 质量份) :
a 3- 氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-10 ;
b 甲醇40-60 ;
c SiO2 颗粒1-5 ;
d 铈的氧化物1-5 ;
e 去离子水5-25 ;
f 乙酸1-3 ;
g 碳纤维5-8 ;
h 聚酰亚胺1-3 ;
(2) 将以上组分混合后进行熟化处理,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层实现表面防腐处理。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种防腐涂料的涂覆方法,通过将防腐涂料的各种组分混合后进行熟化处理,再将熟化后的混合物进行过滤,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层,实现表面防腐处理。
所述SiO2 颗粒的粒径为50-100 纳米。
所述熟化处理是在常温下静置50-60 小时。
所述基材是钢材或铝材,优选铝合金。
在喷涂、刷涂或浸渍之后的沉积过程中进行加热,加热温度为50℃到150℃温度下加热1 分钟到1 小时。
所述的涂层的厚度为1 微米到10 微米,优选1 微米到5 微米。优选采用喷涂或刷涂的方法在基材表面形成涂层。
本发明公开的防腐涂料涂覆方法操作简单、方便、快速、可靠,而且原料便宜,这种方法可以简单结合进入现有的包括涂层的前处理及之后基材材料的其它后处理工序的常规生产线中,基本无需进行设备上的其它调整,是一种高度经济型的生产工艺。
下面对本发明以实施例作详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
(1) 准备以下组分( 质量份) :
a3- 氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1 ;
b 甲醇40 ;
cSiO2 颗粒1 ;
d 铈的氧化物1 ;
e 去离子水5 ;
f 乙酸1 ;
g 碳纤维5 ;
h 聚酰亚胺1 ;
(2) 将以上组分混合后进行熟化处理,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层,实现表面防腐处理。
实施例2
(1) 准备以下组分( 质量份) :
a3- 氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷10 ;
b 甲醇60 ;
cSiO2 颗粒5 ;
铈的氧化物5 ;
e 去离子水25 ;
f 乙酸3 ;
g 碳纤维8 ;
h 聚酰亚胺3 ;
(2) 将以上组分混合后进行熟化处理,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层,实现表面防腐处理。
实施例3
(1) 准备以下组分( 质量份) :
a3- 氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷5 ;
b 甲醇50 ;
cSiO2 颗粒3 ;
d 铈的氧化物3 ;
e 去离子水15 ;
f 乙酸2 ;
g 碳纤维6.5 ;
h 聚酰亚胺2 ;
(2) 将以上组分混合后进行熟化处理,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层,实现表面防腐处理。
Claims (9)
1.一种防腐涂料的涂覆方法,包括:(1) 准备以下组分( 质量份) :a 3- 氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-10 ;b 甲醇40-60 ;c SiO2 颗粒1-5 ;d 铈的氧化物1-5 ;e 去离子水5-25;f 乙酸1-3 ;g 碳纤维5-8 ;h 聚酰亚胺1-3 ;(2) 将上述组分混合后进行熟化处理,然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面,沉积后在基材表面形成涂层,实现表面防腐处理。
2.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述SiO2 颗粒的粒径为50-100 纳米。
3.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述熟化处理是在常温下静置50-60 小时。
4.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述基材是钢材或铝材。
5.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述基材是铝合金。
6.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,在所述沉积过程中进行加热,加热温度为50℃到150℃,加热时间1 分钟到1 小时。
7.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述涂层厚度是1 微米到10 微米。
8.根据权利要求7 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述涂层厚度是1 微米到5微米。
9.根据权利要求1 所述防腐涂料的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2) 中采用喷涂或刷涂的方法在基材表面形成涂层。
