本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体的涉及一种润玉瓷及其制备方法及修复工艺。该种润玉瓷,组分包括高岭土、长石、高硅土、碱石、滑石、氧化锆、石蜡、粘稠剂、聚乙烯醇、增塑剂等。本发明提供的润玉瓷及其制备方法及修复工艺,该种润玉瓷通过原料的改进和烧制工艺的控制,通过至少两次烧成,烧制出的瓷器表面触感温润、呈和玉白色,故称润玉瓷,在初烧和复烧过程之间增设了修复工艺,经过该工艺处理后,可实现润玉瓷的合格率达99%以上,可节省原料成本、节能环保,尤其适合高端工艺品的制作。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体的涉及一种润玉瓷及其制备方法及修复工艺。
背景技术
白瓷是中国传统瓷器分类中的一种,以含铁量低的瓷坯,施以纯净的透明釉烧制而成。现有的白瓷的制其陶瓷坯体必须经过素烧后,通过检选、抛光、水洗、干燥施釉等多道工序,再进行“釉烧”方可生产出陶瓷制品。
高白度、高透光度一直是评价优质白瓷的标准,为此现有的白瓷生产者常通过改变传统白瓷的瓷土配方以获得更优质的白瓷产品,如专利号为200910111290.6的发明专利公开了新型透明高档陶瓷泥料及其陶瓷制品,陶瓷泥料的配方组成为:高岭土20-30%、长石(钾、钠长石)10-15%、石英35-45%、羟基磷酸钙10-20%、锂辉石2-3%、滑石1-3%。现有的优质白瓷为了追求高白度和高透光度多选用高白的瓷土,在坯体中大量的使用高岭土,但随着坯体白度的增加,导致坯体中的黑点、气泡更加明显,进而导致成品率降低、生产成本增加,而且优质坯料所使用的原料价格高,成品率的降低造成原材料的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种润玉瓷及其制备方法及修复工艺。
为实现上述目的,一种润玉瓷,其特征在于,所述润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土30-40份、长石15-25份、高硅土10-20份、碱石5-10份、滑石5-10份、氧化锆1-5份、石蜡1-5份、粘稠剂1-5份、聚乙烯醇0.5-1份、增塑剂0.5-1份。
优化的,润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土32份、长石25份、高硅土12份、碱石9份、滑石8份、氧化锆3份、石蜡4份、粘稠剂5份、聚乙烯醇1份、增塑剂1份。
优化的,润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土35份、长石23份、高硅土18份、碱石6份、滑石9份、氧化锆2份、石蜡3份、粘稠剂3份、聚乙烯醇0.5份、增塑剂0.5份。
优化的,润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土38份、长石17份、高硅土16份、碱石8份、滑石6份、氧化锆4份、石蜡5份、粘稠剂4份、聚乙烯醇1份、增塑剂1份。
一种润玉瓷制备方法,制备上述任意一项所述的润玉瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,将润玉瓷组原料中的高岭土、长石、高硅土、碱石、滑石、氧化锆、石蜡按照原料组分进行称重配比,混合球磨制成料浆;
步骤2,将粘稠剂、聚乙烯醇、增塑剂加入步骤1制得的料浆中,获得润玉瓷坯料;
步骤3,将坯料制成陶瓷坯体;
步骤4,待坯体干燥后放入窑炉中经4-6小时烧制成型,烧成温度为1280-1300℃,获得初烧润玉瓷;
步骤5,对润玉瓷坯体进行查验,如有缺陷进行修复,如果无缺陷可直接进入步骤6;
步骤6,将步骤4烧制成型获得的初烧润玉瓷或经步骤5修复润玉瓷再次放入窑炉中,经5-8小时复烧,烧成温度为1330-1350℃,获得润玉瓷成品。
进一步的,步骤1中原料混合球磨,料:球:水=1:1.2-1.5:0.8,球磨时间为4-5小时,球磨后过300以上筛网,制成料浆。
一种润玉瓷修复工艺,用于上述的润玉瓷制备方法中,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,挑选出初烧润玉瓷中具有黑点、气泡等缺陷的产品;
步骤2,使用工具将缺陷表面挖除;
步骤3,使用润玉瓷坯料作为填料,将步骤2挖除的位置进行填补;
步骤4,等待填料干燥;
步骤5,将修复后的初烧润玉瓷放入窑炉中,经4-6小时烧制成型,烧成温度为1280-1300℃,获得修复润玉瓷。
优化的,对步骤5烧成后的修复润玉瓷的修复部位进行打磨。

一种润玉瓷制备方法,制备上述任意一项所述的润玉瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,将润玉瓷组原料中的高岭土、长石、高硅土、碱石、滑石、氧化锆、石蜡按照原料组分进行称重配比,混合球磨制成料浆,混合球磨时料:球:水=1:1.2-1.5:0.8,球磨时间为4-5小时,球磨后过300以上筛网;
步骤2,将粘稠剂、聚乙烯醇、增塑剂加入步骤1制得的料浆中,获得润玉瓷坯料;
步骤3,将坯料制成陶瓷坯体;
步骤4,待坯体干燥后放入窑炉中经4-6小时烧制成型,烧成温度为1280-1300℃,获得初烧润玉瓷;
步骤5,对润玉瓷坯体进行查验,如有缺陷进行修复,如果无缺陷可直接进入步骤6;
步骤6,将步骤4烧制成型获得的初烧润玉瓷或经步骤5修复润玉瓷再次放入窑炉中,经5-8小时复烧,烧成温度为1330-1350℃,获得润玉瓷成品。
上述的润玉瓷制备方法中,步骤5的润玉瓷修复工艺具体步骤如下:
1),挑选出初烧润玉瓷中具有黑点、气泡等缺陷的产品;
2),使用工具将缺陷表面挖除;
3),使用润玉瓷坯料作为填料,将步骤2挖除的位置进行填补;
4),等待填料干燥;
5),将修复后的初烧润玉瓷放入窑炉中,经4-6小时烧制成型,烧成温度为1280-1300℃,获得修复润玉瓷;
6),对步骤5烧成后的修复润玉瓷的修复部位进行打磨至表面平滑。
上述润玉瓷及其制备方法及修复工艺,通过原料的改进和烧制工艺的控制,通过至少两次烧成,烧制出的瓷器表面触感温润、呈和玉白色,故称润玉瓷,在初烧和复烧过程之间增设了修复工艺,经过该工艺处理后,可实现润玉瓷的合格率达99%以上,可节省原料成本、节能环保,尤其适合高端工艺品的制作。

1.一种润玉瓷,其特征在于,所述润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土30-40份、长石15-25份、高硅土10-20份、碱石5-10份、滑石5-10份、氧化锆1-5份、石蜡1-5份、粘稠剂1-5份、聚乙烯醇0.5-1份、增塑剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高白度自生釉凝脂瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土32份、长石25份、高硅土12份、碱石9份、滑石8份、氧化锆3份、石蜡4份、粘稠剂5份、聚乙烯醇1份、增塑剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高白度自生釉凝脂瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土35份、长石23份、高硅土18份、碱石6份、滑石9份、氧化锆2份、石蜡3份、粘稠剂3份、聚乙烯醇0.5份、增塑剂0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高白度自生釉凝脂瓷及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述润玉瓷组分如下:高岭土38份、长石17份、高硅土16份、碱石8份、滑石6份、氧化锆4份、石蜡5份、粘稠剂4份、聚乙烯醇1份、增塑剂1份。
5.一种润玉瓷制备方法,制备权利要求1-4任意一项所述的润玉瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,将润玉瓷组原料中的高岭土、长石、高硅土、碱石、滑石、氧化锆、石蜡按照原料组分进行称重配比,混合球磨制成料浆;
步骤2,将粘稠剂、聚乙烯醇、增塑剂加入步骤1制得的料浆中,获得润玉瓷坯料;
步骤3,将坯料制成陶瓷坯体;
步骤4,待坯体干燥后放入窑炉中经4-6小时烧制成型,烧成温度为1280-1300℃,获得初烧润玉瓷;
步骤5,对润玉瓷坯体进行查验,如有缺陷进行修复,如果无缺陷可直接进入步骤6;
步骤6,将步骤4烧制成型获得的初烧润玉瓷或经步骤5修复润玉瓷再次放入窑炉中,经5-8小时复烧,烧成温度为1330-1350℃,获得润玉瓷成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的润玉瓷制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中原料混合球磨,料:球:水=1:1.2-1.5:0.8,球磨时间为4-5小时,球磨后过300以上筛网,制成料浆。
7.一种润玉瓷修复工艺,用于权利要求6的所述的润玉瓷制备方法中,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,挑选出初烧润玉瓷中具有黑点、气泡等缺陷的产品;
步骤2,使用工具将缺陷表面挖除;
步骤3,使用润玉瓷坯料作为填料,将步骤2挖除的位置进行填补;
