Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to coating technologies in the display field, and more particularly, to a cleaning device and a PI solution coating apparatus.
Background
The flexible display has the characteristics of lightness, thinness, impact resistance and flexibility, and opens a new hot application of the display. In the flexible display technology, the PI coating process is a very critical step of the flexible display technology (which is performed by coating a PI solution (polyimide solution) on a glass substrate).
In order to avoid coagulation of the PI solution on the PI solution coating blade, it is necessary to continuously drip the PI solution. After the operation is finished, the PI liquid remains on the outer end face of the liquid outlet of the PI liquid coating knife, and if the residue (the residual PI liquid) cannot be effectively cleaned, poor coating at the beginning of the next operation is caused, so that the formed PI film is poor.
The cleaning device adopted on the existing equipment is a V-shaped plastic scraper, and when the plastic scraper is used for cleaning, PI liquid is easy to accumulate on the scraper and can be transferred to a PI liquid coating knife after being accumulated for a long time, so that the PI liquid coating knife cannot be thoroughly cleaned; and the plastic scraper is in sliding friction with the PI liquid coating knife in the process of cleaning the PI liquid, so that the plastic scraper and the PI liquid coating knife need to be replaced periodically due to abrasion after being used for a certain time.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, a cleaning device is provided herein, which can more effectively remove the PI liquid remaining on the outer end surface of the liquid outlet of the PI liquid coating knife, and at the same time reduce the wear on the PI liquid coating knife when removing the PI liquid, so as to effectively prolong the service life of the PI liquid coating knife while ensuring the normal operation of the PI liquid coating knife.

Optionally, the number of the plurality of slots is six, and the six slots are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the roller.
Optionally, the plurality of slotted holes are all elongated holes arranged along the axial direction of the roller.
Optionally, two ends of the roller are formed with protruding limiting flanges along the circumferential direction, and the slot is located on the surface of the roller between the two limiting flanges.
Optionally, the shape of the groove structure enclosed between the two limiting flanges is matched with the shape of the liquid outlet end of the PI liquid coating knife.
Optionally, the liquid outlet of the liquid supply channel is an elongated hole formed in the side surface of the mounting shaft.
The invention also provides PI liquid coating equipment which comprises the cleaning device in any embodiment, and the cleaning device is used for cleaning the PI liquid coating knife.
Compared with the prior art, according to the cleaning device provided by the invention, when the roller rolls along the outer end face of the liquid outlet of the PI liquid coating knife, PI liquid remained on the outer end face of the liquid outlet of the PI liquid coating knife enters the groove hole moving to the upper part and is attached to the surface of the roller moving to the upper part, and when the corresponding groove hole rotates to the position of the liquid outlet of the liquid supply channel, cleaning liquid supplied into the liquid supply channel is supplied into the groove hole from the liquid outlet of the liquid supply channel, so that the PI liquid on the surfaces of the roller in the groove hole and near the groove hole is driven to be left. The residual PI liquid on the outer end face of the PI liquid coating knife liquid outlet is removed in the mode, meanwhile, the abrasion between the roller and the PI liquid coating knife is reduced in a rolling friction mode, and the service life of the PI liquid coating knife is effectively prolonged.
