一种黑臭水体治理设备,涉及水处理设备技术领域,包括底座、箱体、膜元件、闸门、旋转轴和智能化液压驱动装置,所述的箱体包括有两个且对称设置在底座的两端,所述的膜元件设置在箱体的内部,所述的闸门其底侧固定在旋转轴上且闸门位于两箱体之间,所述的旋转轴的两端可旋转的设置在箱体上,所述的智能化液压驱动装置安装固定在箱体内部且与旋转轴进行液压传动连接。本发明降低了耗能,使用效果好,可以自动化远程控制,不占用水体以外面积,可以任意调节水位,可以全天候不间断的净化黑臭水体,使水体净化效果可以长期保持。

技术领域:
本发明涉及水处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种黑臭水体治理设备。
背景技术:
国内目前黑臭水体处理采用治理技术都是将膜设备放在河岸上,再将污染的河水抽进设备内过滤后在流进河内,作为旁路抽水净化作用,这种设备具有很多缺点,比如受到季节和气候引起的水位变化而影响其治理效果,不能将被治理水体完全分开,也不能使水体净化循环彻底,无隔断治理前后水体的功能;无调节河道内的景观水位功能;不节能且占地面积较大。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于打破传统的治理思维模式,提供新的治理思路,发明了一种环保节能、不占用水体以外面积,就能彻底净化黑臭水体并可以调节景观水位的一体化处理设备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种黑臭水体治理设备,其特征在于:包括底座、箱体、膜元件、闸门、旋转轴和智能化液压驱动装置,所述的箱体包括有两个且对称设置在底座的两端,所述的膜元件设置在箱体的内部,所述的闸门其底侧固定在旋转轴上且闸门位于两箱体之间,所述的旋转轴的两端可旋转的设置在箱体上,所述的智能化液压驱动装置安装固定在箱体内部且与旋转轴进行液压传动连接。
所述的闸门为一扇绕底轴旋转的闸门。
所述的箱体内部设置有一组或以上的膜组件。
所述的膜组件和闸门相结合成为一体化设备并直接安装在河道水体内。
所述的闸门用液压缸或液压马达驱动。
所述的膜元件的进水口设置在闸门的上游,膜组件的排水口设置在闸门的下游。
本发明公开了一种黑臭水体的治理方法和应用设备:1、将MBR膜元件或相关组件装进一种带升降闸门的设备中形成一个整体或分体,并将这种设备直接安装在河道内,将河道水体沿宽度方向隔开,形成治理前水体和治理后水体。2、此设备上安装有可以用液压缸或马达通过人工或智能电气化控制以底轴旋转实现升降闸门高度来调节治理河道的水位。3、此设备直接安装在水体中,与水体处于同一高程,抽水时也可以减小抽水的泵功率,达到节能的目的。同时不占用水体以外的场地。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了新的治理思路,大大降低了耗能,针对黑臭水体治理效果好,可以自动化远程控制,不占用水体以外面积,可以蓄水至任意景观水位,可以全天候不间断的循环净化黑臭水体,使水体净化效果可以长期保持。

如图1所示,一种黑臭水体治理设备,包括底座1、箱体2、膜元件3、闸门4、旋转轴5和智能化液压驱动装置6,箱体2包括有两个且对称设置在底座1的两端,膜元件3设置在箱体2的内部,闸门4的底侧固定设置在旋转轴5上且位于两箱体2之间,旋转轴5的两端可旋转的设置在箱体2上,智能化液压驱动装置6固定设置在箱体2的内部且与旋转轴5进行液压连接。旋转轴5的底侧贴附在底座1的上表面。箱体2内部设置有一组或以上的膜元件3。智能化液压驱动装置6设置有智能控制柜7。智能化液压驱动装置6与旋转轴5之间的传动连接用液压缸或液压马达来实现。设备直接安装在河道内,闸门4的上侧与水体的表面处于同一高度。
