Abstract
The application discloses portable rack for hanging bags. It comprises the following steps: the bag hanging device is arranged on the guide rail in a sliding/rolling manner; the bag hanging device can move back and forth along the guide rail, and when hanging a bag, the bag hanging device moves towards a first direction along the guide rail; and after the bag hanging is finished, the bag hanging device returns to the original position along the direction opposite to the first direction. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the bag hanging operation is simple, the labor intensity is reduced, and the bag hanging efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to the field of logistics technology, and more particularly to a sorter technology, and more particularly to a portable rack for hanging bags.
Background
At present, the double-layer small piece sorting machine is widely applied and is very helpful for improving the sorting speed. The double-layer small sorting machine is generally arranged by overlapping an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the bottom of the upper layer and the lower layer of the sorting machine can be designed with a bag hanging frame for hanging bags. Because the bag hanging frame is arranged below the sorting machine in the prior art and has limited height space, bag hanging personnel often need to bend down and stretch into the bag when hanging bags, the bag hanging difficulty is high, and the bag hanging frame is not easy to look up when hanging bags. Therefore, the design of the bag hanging frame in the prior art is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the labor intensity is high, and the bag hanging efficiency is low.

Further, according to some embodiments of the present application, by providing the elastic device between the first portion and the second portion arranged along the moving direction of the bag hanging device, it is also possible to realize that the elastic device is compressed under the action of external force to enable the first portion and the second portion to move relatively close to each other, thereby facilitating the bag opening to be easily hung on the first portion and the second portion; after the bag is hung, the hand is loosened, namely, after the external force is relieved, the elastic device is restored to enable the distance between the first part and the second part to return to the original state, so that the bag opening is quickly tensioned, and articles are conveniently stored. The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a mobile rack for hanging bag, which includes a guide rail 100 and a bag hanging device 200 slidably/rollably mounted on the guide rail 100. The bag hanging device 200 can move back and forth along the guide rail 100. When hanging a bag, the bag hanging device 200 moves along the guide rail 100 in a first direction; after the hanging bag is completed, the hanging bag device 200 returns to the original position in the direction opposite to the first direction. The direction indicated by the arrow in the figure is the first direction.
The bag hanging device can extend out from the lower surface of the sorting machine by moving the guide rail to the first direction, and bag hanging personnel do not need to bend down and lean on the side to enter a bag hanging position below the sorting machine, so that the problems that the bag hanging difficulty is high and the bag hanging frame is difficult to look up when hanging the bag can be solved, the bag hanging operation is simple, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the bag hanging efficiency is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the hanging bag device 200 may include a hanging bag structure 210, the hanging bag structure 210 includes a first portion 211 and a second portion 212 arranged along a moving direction thereof, and an elastic device 213 may be disposed between the first portion 211 and the second portion 212. When the bag needs to be hung, the first part 211 and the second part 212 can be firstly close to each other, that is, the elastic device 213 is compressed by a slight external force to enable the first part 211 and the second part 212 to move relatively close to each other, so that the bag opening can be hung conveniently; after hanging, it can be released to release the external force, at which time the elastic means 213 is restored, thereby returning the distance between the first part 211 and the second part 212 to the original state, and tensioning the bag mouth. The effect of time and labor saving of the bag hanging action is achieved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, for design convenience and simple structure, the bag hanging device 200 may further include a moving rack 220, the moving rack 220 may be slidably or rollably disposed on the guide rail 100, and at the same time, since the bag hanging structure 210 is disposed on the moving rack 220, the bag hanging structure 210 may be moved along the guide rail 100 by the moving rack 220.
Preferably, in order to enable the relative movement between the first portion 211 and the second portion 212, the first portion 211 and/or the second portion 212 may be movably disposed on the moving frame 220.
For example, one case may be that the first portion 211 is fixedly disposed on the moving frame 220, and the second portion 212 is slidably disposed on the moving frame 220;
or alternatively, the second portion 212 may be fixedly disposed on the moving frame 220, and the first portion 211 may be slidably disposed on the moving frame 220;
alternatively, both the first part 211 and the second part 212 may be slidably disposed on the movable frame. The distance between the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 may be changed according to the elastic force of the elastic device 213.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a first case in which the first portion 211 is fixedly disposed on the moving frame 220, and the second portion 212 is slidably disposed on the moving frame 220.
Preferably, the elastic means 213 may be a spring means. Because the elasticity of spring is good, and easy quick recovery, consequently select the spring as resilient means 213 can make the hanging bag frame during operation reliable and stable, brings good experience for the user. Of course, other elastic structures, such as elastic rubber, etc., may be used as the elastic device 213, and are not limited in this regard.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the moving frame 220 may include two frame bodies 221 symmetrically disposed along the moving center line (fig. 2 shows only one of the frame bodies 221, and the other is symmetrically disposed and thus not shown). Thus, each of the housing bodies 221 can be individually moved along the guide rail 100, thereby facilitating maintenance and replacement of parts. As shown in fig. 2, two sets of first bale making units 2111 (only one set is shown in fig. 2, and the other set is symmetrically arranged on the other rack) of the first portion 211 may be respectively arranged at one end of two corresponding racks 221, for example, as shown in fig. 2, one set of first bale making units 2111 is fixedly arranged at one end of one of the racks 221, and the other set of first bale making units 2111 not shown in fig. 2 is fixedly arranged at one end of the other rack 221 not shown. The two sets of second bagging units 2121 of the second portion 212 are respectively disposed at the other ends of the two corresponding racks 221 (only one set is shown in fig. 2, and the other set is symmetrically disposed on the other rack), for example, as shown in fig. 2, one set of second bagging units 2121 is slidably disposed at the other end of one of the racks 221, and the other set of second bagging units 2121 not shown in fig. 2 is slidably disposed at the other end of the other rack 221 not shown.
As shown in fig. 2, the frame body 221 is a hollow rectangular steel pipe, and the spring device is disposed in the frame body 221, which shows an embodiment of the spring device. As shown in fig. 3, the spring device may include a spring 2131, two ends of the spring 2131 are fixedly connected with a length of steel rod 2132 adapted to the rectangular steel tube, respectively, the spring 2131 can extend and contract therebetween, and the two ends of the steel rod 2132 are connected with the first portion 211 and the second portion 212, respectively, so that the distance between the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 can be changed during the extension and contraction of the spring 2131. As shown in fig. 2, the entire spring device penetrates into the hollow rectangular steel tube, and since the second portion 212 can move relative to the frame body 221, and since one end of the second portion 212 is fixedly connected to the steel bar in the frame body 221, and the other end of the second portion is exposed out of the frame body 221, an elongated slot may be opened at a corresponding position of the frame body 211.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, each of the bag hanging units may include a wheel body 2001 which is rotatably arranged, and the wheel body 2001 can rotate freely. When the bag is hung, the bag can be hung on the wheel body 2001 of the bag hanging unit respectively, and the wheel body 2001 can rotate freely, so that the friction between the bag and the wheel body 2001 is reduced, the wheel body 2001 is more durable, the service life of the wheel body 2001 is prolonged, and the cost is saved. Since the wheel body 2001 is a wearing part and needs to be replaced frequently, when the moving frame 220 is composed of two frame bodies 221 which are symmetrical to each other, since each frame body 221 can be moved independently, when replacing the wheel body 2001, only the frame body 221 corresponding to the wheel body 2001 needs to be pulled out and detached, and the two frame bodies 221 do not need to be detached, which saves labor.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the guide rail 100 may include two guide rail units 110 symmetrically disposed along the moving center line, one guide rail unit 110 corresponds to each of the racks 221, and each of the racks 221 is slidably or rollably disposed on the guide rail unit 110 corresponding thereto.
Fig. 2 shows only one set of one rail unit 110 and one frame 221, and does not show another set of another rail unit 110 and another frame 221 symmetrical thereto, which can be understood by those skilled in the art and can be used in combination according to the described symmetrical situation.
Preferably, the guide rail 100 may be a telescopic guide rail. In the application of the double-layer sorting machine, a heavy telescopic guide rail with the stroke of 250mm and the bearing stress of 60KG is selected. The bag hanging frame is pulled out from the lower side of the sorting machine, so that bags can be hung on the outer side of the sorting machine conveniently, and the hanging position can be seen without stooping or leaning. By adopting the telescopic guide rail, the space can be saved, and the design is flexible and simple.
In order to facilitate the pulling of the moving rack 220 along the guide rail 100, a pull handle 230 may be designed on the moving rack 220, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the pull handle 230 may be disposed at the center of the end of the moving rack 220 as shown in fig. 1, or may be disposed at one end of a single rack body 221 as shown in fig. 2.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the movable rack may further include a locking device 300, and the locking device 300 may be disposed on the hanging bag device 200 and/or the guide rail 100 for locking the hanging bag device 200 and the guide rail 100 together. For example, the locking device 300 shown in fig. 4 includes a male locking portion 310 and a female locking portion 320, and the male locking portion 310 or the female locking portion 320 is fixed to the movable frame 220 and the telescopic end of the rail unit 110, respectively, for locking purposes when a protruding portion of the male locking portion 310 and a recessed portion of the female locking portion 320 are engaged with each other. Of course, other types of locking devices may be used, and the situation shown in fig. 4 and 5 is merely an example and not a limitation on the structure of the locking device.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the relative positions of the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 are adjustable. For example, the distance between the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 may be adjusted to accommodate different sized bags, depending on the size of the bag opening applied. Specifically, the position of the first portion 211 or the second portion 212 may be adjusted by providing a plurality of mounting holes or a mounting long hole on the moving frame 220. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, since the second portion 212 is designed to accommodate sliding when the elastic means is stretched, the first portion 211 of fixed design can be designed to be position-adjustable.
