However, the air cushion conveyor needs to continuously supply air in the air chamber, the air is lost after the belt is jacked up, the energy is greatly wasted, and the fan needs to consume huge energy when the belt is jacked up continuously. In addition, the requirement for forming the air cushion is high, and an effective air cushion cannot be formed necessarily. And the air chamber of the air cushion conveyor is huge, the shape of the air chamber is more and more complex, the manufacturing process is more and more complex, and the cost is high.

The air pressure in the closed air chamber and the weight of the transported goods are in a dynamic stable relation, and the pressure is reduced or increased according to the rising or falling of the suspension plate.
