Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional double-layer aviation seat dining table which mainly comprises a main body table plate, a small table plate and two groups of connecting rod assemblies, wherein a shallow groove matched with the small table plate is formed in the upper surface of the main body table plate, and the depth of the shallow groove is equal to the thickness of the small table plate; the two groups of connecting rod assemblies are respectively positioned at two ends of the small table plate, one end of each connecting rod assembly is connected with the end face of the small table plate, the other end of each connecting rod assembly is connected with the shallow groove, and the small table plate can be embedded in the shallow groove; the depth of the shallow groove is equal to the thickness of the small table plate, and the upper surface of the small table plate is flush with the upper surface of the main table plate during embedding. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the lower and upper table boards are provided, so that compared with the existing aviation dining table, the space for placing catering and articles is enlarged; the small table board can be adjusted to a certain angle, so that passengers can be supported by the portable electronic equipment; the double-layer table board can be folded and embedded into a whole, can be contracted when not used, does not occupy extra space, and can be widely used for aviation passenger seats.

The multifunctional double-layer aviation seat dining table shown in fig. 1 mainly comprises a main body table plate 1, a small table plate 2 and two groups of connecting rod assemblies, wherein a shallow groove 1.1 matched with the small table plate 2 is formed in the upper surface of the main body table plate 1, and the depth of the shallow groove 1.1 is equal to the thickness of the small table plate 2; the two groups of connecting rod assemblies are respectively positioned at two ends of the small table plate 2, one end of each connecting rod assembly is connected with the end face of the small table plate 2, the other end of each connecting rod assembly is connected with the shallow groove 1.1, the small table plate 2 can be embedded in the shallow groove 1.1, and the upper surface of the small table plate 2 is flush with the upper surface of the main table plate 1 during embedding.
In the invention, the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod 3, a second connecting rod 4 and a third connecting rod 6, wherein one end of the first connecting rod 3 is hinged with the end face of the small table plate 2, and the other end of the first connecting rod 3 is hinged with the inner side face of the shallow groove 1.1; one end of the second connecting rod 4 is connected with a first chute 5 arranged on the end face of the small table plate 2, and the other end of the second connecting rod 4 is hinged with the upper part of the first connecting rod 3; one end of the third connecting rod 6 is connected with a second chute 7 arranged on the inner side surface of the shallow groove 1.1, and the other end of the third connecting rod 6 is hinged with the lower part of the first connecting rod 3.
In the invention, the dining table also comprises two groups of elastic positioning mechanisms 8 which are respectively configured with the second connecting rod 4 and the third connecting rod 6, the second connecting rod 4 is connected with the first chute 5 through one group of elastic positioning mechanisms 8, the third connecting rod 6 is connected with the second chute 7 through the other group of elastic positioning mechanisms 8, and the two groups of elastic positioning mechanisms 8 can slide in the corresponding chute. The elastic positioning mechanism 8 comprises a body 8.1, a spring 8.2 and a positioning bead 8.3, wherein the body 8.1 is hinged with the second connecting rod 4 or the third connecting rod 6, a mounting hole is formed in the body 8.1, the spring 8.2 is arranged in the mounting hole, one end of the spring 8.2 is fixed, and the other end of the spring 8.2 is connected with the positioning bead 8.3; a plurality of positioning holes 10 are respectively arranged in the first chute 5 and the second chute 7 at intervals along the length direction, and the positioning holes 10 are matched with the positioning beads 8.3. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the tablet 2 is in a fitting folded state, in which the upper surface of the tablet 2 is flush with the upper surface of the main body tablet 1; at the same time, the positioning beads 8.3 of the two groups of elastic positioning mechanisms 8 are positioned in the corresponding positioning holes 10, and the small table plate 2 is locked to the embedded position.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the small table plate 2 is unfolded from the embedded state to the horizontal state, the edge of the small table plate 2 is pulled up, and one ends of the second connecting rod 4 and the third connecting rod 6 with the elastic positioning mechanism 8 simultaneously slide in corresponding sliding grooves with damping; when the small table plate 2 is fully unfolded to the horizontal position, the two groups of elastic positioning mechanisms 8 slide into the corresponding positioning holes 10 simultaneously to lock the small table plate 2.
As shown in fig. 2, when using the mobile phone, PAD or other portable electronic devices 9, a certain force is applied to the upper and lower edges of the small table 2, one ends of the second link 4 and the third link 6 with the elastic positioning mechanisms 8 slide in corresponding sliding grooves with damping at the same time until the small table 2 is adjusted to a predetermined inclination angle, at this time, the two sets of elastic positioning mechanisms 8 slide into the corresponding positioning holes 10 at the same time, so that the small table 2 is locked at a predetermined angle position. When the small table plate 2 is required to be stored into the main table plate 1 to be in a jogged state, a certain acting force is applied to the upper edge and the lower edge of the small table plate 2 by hands, one end of the second connecting rod 3 and one end of the third connecting rod 6 with the elastic positioning mechanism 8 simultaneously slide in the corresponding sliding groove with damping until the small table plate 2 is completely pressed into the shallow groove 1.1, and at the moment, the two groups of elastic positioning mechanisms 8 simultaneously slide into the corresponding positioning holes 10 to lock the small table plate 2 to the jogged state.
