Abstract
The invention discloses a control valve of a port mechanical braking system trailer, which is provided with a valve body and a piston; an air inlet of a foot connecting valve, a first air inlet of a foot connecting valve, a second air inlet of the foot connecting valve, a first air outlet and a second air outlet are arranged on a valve body of a trailer control valve; the first air outlet is connected with a manual brake joint of the trailer; the second air outlet is connected with a trailer foot brake joint; the air inlet connected with the switch valve is communicated with the second air outlet; the contact part of the piston and the valve body forms a valve port; under the action of the pushing piston of the spring, the valve port is closed; under the air pressure effect of the air inlet of the foot valve, the valve port is opened, and the first air inlet of the foot valve, the second air inlet of the foot valve and the air path of the first air outlet are communicated. By adopting the technical scheme, the two valves are integrated into one valve, so that the product structure is simplified, the production period is shortened, the productivity and performance of the product are improved, and the production cost of the product is greatly reduced.

The piston is arranged at one end of the air inlet and one end of the second air outlet, and is provided with a piston inner cavity which is a counter bore coaxial with the piston.
The valve body is provided with a dustproof diaphragm which is arranged on a spring seat at the opening of the valve body at the opposite end of the piston cavity on the piston.
The dustproof diaphragm is connected to the spring seat through a screw; the spring seat is fixed in the valve body through a retainer ring for holes.
A spring is arranged between the piston and the spring seat, and the function of the spring is to enable the valve port to be closed.
The spring seat is provided with a vent hole.
The valve body is provided with two mounting holes, and the trailer control valve is mounted on the chassis of the vehicle through the mounting holes.
By adopting the technical scheme, the two valves are integrated into one valve, so that the product structure is simplified, the production period is shortened, the productivity and performance of the product are improved, and the production cost of the product is greatly reduced.

The structure of the invention shown in figure 1 is a control valve of a trailer of a port machinery braking system.
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art and realize the aim of simplifying the structure of the control valve, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
as shown in fig. 1, on the valve body of the trailer control valve, an air inlet 8 of a foot valve, a first air inlet 11 of the foot valve, a second air inlet 10 of the foot valve, a first air outlet 6 and a second air outlet 7 are arranged;
the first air outlet 6 is connected with a manual brake joint of the trailer; the second air outlet 7 is connected with a trailer foot brake joint;
the air inlet 8 of the switch valve is communicated with the second air outlet 7;
the contact part of the piston 4 and the valve body forms a valve port 5; the valve port 5 is closed under the action of the pushing piston 4 of the spring 3; under the action of air pressure of an air inlet 8 of the foot valve, the valve port 5 is opened, and a first air inlet 11 of the foot valve and a second air inlet 10 of the foot valve are communicated with an air passage of the first air outlet 6.
The valve controlled by the foot brake valve and the switch valve is completely different from the structure in the prior art, realizes trailer braking, has very simple structure, reduces the volume of the product, reduces the weight to 0.35kg, and has the volume of 52 multiplied by 72 multiplied by 120, and is connected in a brake pipeline of a tractor through 2-phi 9 during connection.
The piston 4 faces to one end of the air inlet 8 and the second air outlet 7, a piston inner cavity 12 is arranged, and the piston inner cavity 12 is a counter bore coaxial with the piston 4.
The valve body is provided with a dustproof diaphragm 1, and the dustproof diaphragm 1 is arranged on a spring seat 2 at the opening of the valve body at the opposite end of a piston inner cavity 12 on a piston 4.
The dustproof diaphragm 1 is connected to the spring seat 2 through a screw; the spring seat 2 is fixed in the valve body through a retainer ring for holes.
A spring 3 is arranged between the piston 4 and the spring seat 2, and the function of the spring 3 is to close the valve port 5.
The spring seat 2 is provided with a vent hole.
The valve body is provided with two mounting holes 9, and the trailer control valve is mounted on the chassis of the vehicle through the mounting holes 9.
The connection relation of the invention is as follows:
the trailer control valve is connected to the chassis by 2-phi 9.
Static positional relationship of the present invention:
the dustproof diaphragm 1 is connected to the spring seat 2 through an M4 screw, the spring seat 2 is fixed in the valve body through a retainer ring for a hole, the piston 4 is placed in the valve body, and the spring 2 is placed between the piston 4 and the spring seat 2.
Dynamic positional relationship of the present invention:
when the air inlet 1 of the switch valve is connected for air intake, the air pressure in the inner cavity 12 of the piston pushes the piston 4 to compress the spring 3, the piston 4 moves upwards, and the valve port 5 is opened.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the switch valve is switched on, high-pressure gas enters the inner cavity 12 of the piston from the gas inlet 1 of the switch valve, flows to the second gas outlet 12 and reaches the gladhand (red pipe);
at the same time, the air pressure in the piston cavity 12 pushes the piston 4 to move upwards, the valve port 5 is opened, the passage between the second air inlet 10 and the first air outlet 6 of the foot valve is opened, and at the moment, if the braking of the foot brake valve is carried out, the output air pressure of the foot brake valve directly flows to the first air outlet 6 and reaches the trailer joint (yellow pipe).
The invention simplifies the product structure, shortens the production period, improves the productivity and performance of the product and greatly reduces the product cost.

A control valve of a port machinery braking system trailer is provided with a valve body and a piston (4); an air inlet (8) connected with a switch valve, a first air inlet (11) connected with a foot valve, a second air inlet (10) connected with the foot valve, a first air outlet (6) and a second air outlet (7) are arranged on a valve body of the trailer control valve;
the method is characterized in that:
the first air outlet (6) is connected with a manual brake joint of the trailer; the second air outlet (7) is connected with a trailer foot brake joint;
the air inlet (8) connected with the switch valve is communicated with the second air outlet (7);
the contact part of the piston (4) and the valve body forms a valve port (5); under the action of a pushing piston (4) of the spring (3), the valve port (5) is closed; under the action of air pressure of an air inlet (8) of the foot connecting valve, the valve port (5) is opened, and a first air inlet (11) of the foot connecting valve and a second air inlet (10) of the foot connecting valve are communicated with an air passage of the first air outlet (6);
one end of the piston (4) facing the air inlet (8) and the second air outlet (7) is provided with a piston inner cavity (12), and the piston inner cavity (12) is a counter bore coaxial with the piston (4);
a dustproof diaphragm (1) is arranged on the valve body, and the dustproof diaphragm (1) is arranged on a spring seat (2) at the opening of the valve body at the opposite end of a piston inner cavity (12) on the piston (4);
