Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a seat support, a production method of the seat support and an automobile, and aims to solve the problem that the seat support in the prior art is high in production cost.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a seat support including a seat carrier formed by roll forming, a first support structure fixedly provided at a first end of the seat carrier, and a second support structure fixedly provided at a second end of the seat carrier opposite to the first end.
Furthermore, the shapes of any two vertical sections of the seat bearing plate along the length direction of the seat bearing plate are equal, and the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the seat bearing plate.
Further, the first support structure and the second support structure each comprise: a support plate section perpendicular to the seat carrier; the connecting plate section is connected to one end, close to the seat bearing plate, of the supporting plate section and is perpendicular to the supporting plate section, and the connecting plate section is welded with the seat bearing plate.
Further, the edge of the support plate section is rolled to form a first flange.
Further, the seat bearing plate comprises a bearing section and a supporting section, the supporting section is vertically connected with the bearing section, and the bearing section is welded with the connecting plate section.
Furthermore, a second flanging is arranged on the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure, and the second flanging, the bearing section and the supporting section are connected in a welding mode.
Furthermore, the seat support is also provided with a connecting nut, the connecting plate section is provided with a bending positioning block, and the bending positioning block and the connecting plate section limit the connecting nut between the bending positioning block and the connecting plate section; the connecting nut is provided with an outer flange, the bending positioning block and the connecting plate section are used for limiting the outer flange between the bending positioning block and the connecting plate section, the connecting plate section is installed in the positioning hole, and the connecting nut is located in the positioning hole.
According to another aspect of the invention, an automobile is provided, which comprises a seat support, wherein the seat support is the seat support.
According to a further aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of producing a seat support for use in producing the seat support described above, comprising: forming a seat bearing plate, a first supporting structure and a second supporting structure through roll forming; the first support structure is fixedly disposed at a first end of the seat carrier and the second support structure is fixedly disposed at a second end of the seat carrier opposite the first end.
Further, the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure are symmetrically welded at two ends of the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure respectively in a spot welding mode.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the seat bearing plate, the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure which form the seat support are processed in a rolling mode, and after the seat bearing plate, the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure are formed by rolling, the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the seat bearing plate, so that the seat support is formed. Therefore, in the process of processing and forming the seat bearing plate, the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure, the process can be finished only by one set of rolling die, the processes of stamping, bending and self-welding of parts are omitted, and the production cost of the seat support is reduced.

Referring to fig. 4 to 9, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a seat support including a seat carrier plate 10 formed by roll-forming, a first support structure 20 formed by roll-forming, and a second support structure 30 formed by roll-forming, wherein the first support structure 20 is welded at a first end of the seat carrier plate 10, and the second support structure 30 is welded at a second end of the seat carrier plate 10 opposite to the first end. According to the seat support of the embodiment, since the seat supporting plate 10, the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 forming the seat support are all processed by a rolling method, after the seat supporting plate 10, the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 are formed by rolling, the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 are respectively welded at two ends of the seat supporting plate 10, thereby forming the seat support of the embodiment. It can be seen that, in the process of forming the seat carrier 10, the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30, only one set of rolling die is needed to complete the process, so that the self-welding processes of stamping, bending and parts are omitted, and the production cost of the seat support of the embodiment is reduced.
In order to improve the strength of the seat support and the crash performance of the entire vehicle in the present embodiment, the longitudinal seat carrier plate 10 in the present embodiment is made of a high-strength steel plate, specifically, a galvanized steel plate with a material thickness of 1.2mm and made of HC340LAD + Z50/50 may be adopted, and the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 are made of a galvanized steel plate with a material thickness of 1.5mm and made of HC340LAD + Z50/50. In the processing process, a plurality of mounting holes 13 are processed and formed on the seat bearing plate 10 through a laser cutting technology, so that the seat is convenient to mount, and the seat support of the embodiment is convenient to mount in the whole vehicle.
When the seat support in this embodiment is installed, the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 of this embodiment are welded to the seat carrier plate 10 by spot welding, so that the process of projection welding to a projection welding machine is omitted, the transfer of parts is reduced, and the cost of the seat support of this embodiment is reduced.
The shape of any two vertical cross sections of the seat bearing plate 10 in the length direction of the seat bearing plate 10 in this embodiment is equal, that is, the seat bearing plate 10 has the uniform cross section design, so that the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 can be symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the seat bearing plate 10 in the installation process, the structures of the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 are conveniently arranged to be the same structure, the universality of parts is improved, and the cost of the seat support in this embodiment can be further reduced.
Specifically, the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 in the present embodiment each include: a support plate section 21 and a connecting plate section 22.
When installed, the support plate section 21 in this embodiment is disposed perpendicular to the seat plate 10, and the connecting plate section 22 is connected to an end of the support plate section 21 near the seat plate 10 and perpendicular to the support plate section 21. In the welding process, the connecting plate section 22 and the seat bearing plate 10 are welded together through spot welding under the action of the connecting plate section 22, so that the structure is simple, and the welding is convenient. After the welding is completed, the supporting plate section 21 can support the seat bearing plate 10, and the structure is simple and convenient to implement.
In order to support the seat bearing plate 10, the first outward flange 23 is formed by rolling the edge of the supporting plate segment 21 in the embodiment, and the contact area between the seat support and other structures in the embodiment can be increased under the action of the first outward flange 23, so that the seat support in the embodiment can be conveniently installed on the whole vehicle, and the stability and the installation reliability of the seat support in the embodiment can be improved. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first flanging 23 may not be provided, and the seat support of the present embodiment may be supported by welding the connecting plate to the connecting plate section 22 by welding, and other modifications within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the seat carrier 10 in this embodiment includes a bearing section 11 and a supporting section 12, and when the seat carrier is installed, the supporting section 12 in this embodiment is vertically connected to the bearing section 11, so that the bearing section 11 is conveniently supported together with the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30, and further, the strength of the seat support in this embodiment is improved. And the welding of the carrier section 11 to the web section 22 effects the welded connection of the first and second support structures 20, 30 to the seat carrier 10.
In order to further improve the stability of the seat support of the present embodiment, the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 of the present embodiment are each provided with a second flanging 24, and the second flanging 24 is welded to the bearing section 11 and the support section 12. Specifically, the second burring 24 is disposed at the bending position of the support plate section 21 and the connecting plate section 22, and the second burring 24 corresponds to the bending position of the bearing section 11 and the support section 12 and is welded on the bearing section 11 and the support section 12, so as to improve the stability of the seat support. In this embodiment, the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 are connected by two layers of welding spots, which are distributed as shown in fig. 4.
In order to mount the seat on the seat support of the embodiment, the seat support of the embodiment is further provided with a connecting nut 40, and the seat is mounted on the seat support of the embodiment through the function of the connecting nut 40 and a stud fixedly arranged at the bottom of the seat.
In order to mount the connection nut 40, the connection plate segment 22 of the present embodiment is provided with the bending positioning block 25, the bending positioning block 25 is bent to be parallel to the connection plate segment 22 in the mounting process, and the connection nut 40 in the present embodiment can be limited between the bending positioning block 25 and the connection plate segment 22 by the action of the bending positioning block 25 and the connection plate segment 22, so that the mounting method of the connection nut 40 in the present embodiment can effectively reduce the cost of the seat support of the present embodiment compared with the conventional method of welding and fixing the connection nut 40.
In addition, because the connecting nut 40 in the embodiment is positioned by the bending positioning block 25 instead of the spot welding manner, in the process of installing the seat, the adjustment allowance of the seat installation point can be ensured, and the installation reliability of the seat support in the embodiment is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connection nut 40 is provided with an outer flange 41, the bending positioning block 25 is provided with a positioning hole 26 corresponding to the connection nut 40, when the connection nut 40 is mounted, the connection nut 40 is mounted in the positioning hole 26, and then the outer flange 41 is limited between the bending positioning block 25 and the connection plate section 22 by the bending positioning block 25 and the connection plate section 22, so that the connection nut 40 of the present embodiment is accurately positioned, and the seat can be stably mounted on the seat support of the present embodiment.
According to a second embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an automobile including a seat support, which is the seat support in the above-described embodiments.
According to a third embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a seat frame production method for producing the seat frame in the above-described embodiments.
Specifically, the production method of the seat support of the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, forming the seat bearing plate 10 by adopting a galvanized steel plate with the material thickness of 1.2mm and the material of HC340LAD + Z50/50 through roll forming; the first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 are formed by roll forming using a galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm and a material of HC340LAD + Z50/50. After the roll pressing, the mounting holes 13 are formed on the seat carrier 10 by means of laser cutting, and the positioning holes 26 are formed in the first and second support structures 20 and 30.
Next, the first support structure 20 is spot-welded to a first end of the seat carrier plate 10, and the second support structure 30 is spot-welded to a second end of the seat carrier plate 10 opposite to the first end.
Again, the coupling nut 40 is installed in the positioning hole 26, and the coupling nut 40 is confined between the bend positioning block 25 and the coupling plate segment 22 by the action of the bend positioning block 25 on the first and second support structures 20 and 30, thereby forming the seat frame of the present embodiment.
According to the above embodiments, the seat carrier 10 of the seat support of the present invention is formed by rolling and the mounting holes 13 of the parts are formed by laser cutting, so that only one set of rolling dies is required to complete the process, and the processes of stamping, bending and self-welding the parts are omitted. If the seat carrier 10 requires the addition of special structural features that cannot be achieved by rolling, it can also be formed by stamping, as long as the fit with the first and second support structures 20, 30 is satisfied.
The seat bearing plate 10 is formed by rolling, and a high-strength steel plate can be used, so that the strength of the whole vehicle is improved, and the side impact performance is improved.
The first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 are connected with the seat bearing plate 10 through spot welding to form a seat support, so that a projection welding process of a projection welding machine is omitted, and the transfer of parts is reduced.
The first support structure 20 and the second support structure 30 can be used as universal parts, and the development cost of the mold is saved.
This patent is through the structure simplification of seat loading board 10 and the change of seat support connected mode, not only can solve the shaping difficulty that the complicated punching press technology art of seat support brought, the problem that the mould expense is high, can also save the transit time of part simultaneously, saves labour cost, improves labor efficiency. And because the shapes of any two vertical sections of the seat carrying plate 10 in the length direction thereof are equal, that is, the seat carrying plate 10 is of a uniform section design, left-right universality can be realized. Meanwhile, the first supporting structure 20 and the second supporting structure 30 at two ends can be used universally, and the production cost of the seat support is further reduced.
