Abstract

本发明涉及汽车轮毂保护领域技术，涉及一种汽车轮毂保护盖，包含支撑圈和遮挡体，所述支撑圈由金属线材或带材制成；所述遮挡体由布料或者软塑胶片材或者皮革制成；所述遮挡体翻边后将支撑圈包裹，通过缝纫线或焊接将支撑圈与遮挡体连成一体；或设置有连接体，连接体由布料或者皮革或者软塑胶制成，连接体通过缝纫线或焊接将支撑圈遮挡体连成一体，优点是：在给轮胎喷清洗剂、光亮剂和上蜡时，汽车轮毂保护盖遮挡车辆的金属轮毂，防止化学品与金属轮毂直接接触；可以折叠，减少包装尺寸，降低运输成本，方便携带。

一种汽车轮毂保护盖
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轮毂保护领域技术，尤其是指一种在保养轮胎时防止清洗剂、光亮剂等化学品喷撒到金属轮毂表面的轮毂保护盖。
背景技术
汽车上的轮胎10直接与地面接触，非常容易损伤，导致轮胎表面氧化无光泽，出现裂纹、鼓包等现象，严重影响行车安全；因此轮胎就经常需要保养，在轮胎表面喷涂清洗剂、光亮剂，打轮胎蜡等，这些轮胎清洗剂、光亮剂和轮胎蜡都是化学品，如果喷涂到金属轮毂11上而没有彻底清洁干净，容易导致金属轮毂11出现裂纹、小孔，影响轮毂使用寿命和行车安全。
发明内容
本使用新型的目的就是提供一种轮毂保护盖，在给轮胎喷清洗剂、光亮剂和上蜡时，遮挡金属轮毂，防止化学品与金属轮毂直接接触；可以折叠，减少包装尺寸，降低运输成本，方便携带。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种汽车轮毂保护盖，包含支撑圈和遮挡体，所述支撑圈由金属线材或带材制成；所述遮挡体由布料或者软塑胶片材或者皮革制成；
所述遮挡体翻边后将支撑圈包裹，通过缝纫线或焊接将支撑圈与遮挡体连成一体；
或设置有连接体，连接体由布料或者皮革或者软塑胶制成，连接体通过缝纫线或焊接将支撑圈遮挡体连成一体。
上述支撑圈使用的金属线材或带材的直径或厚度不大于5mm,带材的宽度不大于30mm。
上述支撑圈使用的金属线材或带材的两端通过焊接或铆接或冷压等方式连接构成圆环，其直径应能完全覆盖对应的汽车轮毂。
上述遮挡体使用布料时，所述遮挡体的表面至少设置有一层防止液体渗透的涂层。
上述的遮挡体上设置有把手。
上述的把手，由布料或者软塑胶片材或者皮革制成。
上述的把手通过缝纫线或者焊接与遮挡体连接。
上述的支撑圈上间隔设置有两个以上的插片。
上述的插片可拆卸地倒扣连接在支撑圈上；或所述的插片通过焊接、铆接连接方式不可拆卸地固定在支撑圈上。
上述的插片的前端有可与轮毂卡接连接的凸起。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述，参见图1—图11：
一种汽车轮毂保护盖，包含支撑圈1和遮挡体2，所述支撑圈1由高碳钢、不锈钢，铜等金属线材或带材制成，其弹性可以使保护盖可以扭转、折叠，折叠后的外径尺寸约为原有的三分之一，大大减少了包装尺寸，方便携带；所述遮挡体2由牛津布、编织布等布料或者PVC、PE等软塑胶片材或者(VC、PU、牛皮等皮革制成；
所述遮挡体2翻边后将支撑圈1包裹，通过缝纫线7或焊接将支撑圈1与遮挡体2连成一体；
或设置有连接体3，连接体3由无纺布、涤塔夫等布料或者PVC、PU、牛皮等皮革或者PVC、PE等软塑胶制成，连接体3通过缝纫线7或焊接将支撑圈1与遮挡体2连成一体。
上述支撑圈1使用的金属线材或带材的直径或厚度不大于5mm,带材的宽度不大于30mm。
上述支撑圈1使用的金属线材或带材的两端通过焊接或铆接或冷压等方式连接构成圆环，其直径应能完全覆盖对应的汽车轮毂11。
上述遮挡体2使用牛津布、编织布等布料时，所述遮挡体2的表面至少设置有一层防止液体渗透的涂层形成防清洗剂、光亮剂、水等液体的遮挡布。
上述的遮挡体2上设置有把手4。
上述的把手4，由牛津布、编织布等布料或者PVC、PE等软塑胶片材或者皮PVC、PU、牛皮等革制成。
上述的把手4通过缝纫线或者焊接与遮挡体2连接。
上述的支撑圈1上间隔设置有两个以上的插片5，增加插片5，在操作过程中不需要人手支撑保护盖。
上述的插片5可拆卸地通过开口52倒扣连接在支撑圈1上；或所述的插片5通过焊接、铆接连接方式不可拆卸地固定在支撑圈1上(图6)。
上述的插片5的前端有可与轮毂11卡接连接的凸起51，插片内径比轮毂外径尺寸稍小，插片前端与轮毂11接触后有一个压紧力，压紧力产生的摩擦力保证了保护盖不会脱落，这样在使用过程中就不需要用手支撑保护盖了。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例，并非依此限制本发明的保护范围，故：凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化，均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车轮毂保护盖，包含支撑圈(1)和遮挡体(2)，其特征在于所述支撑圈(1)由金属线材或带材制成；所述遮挡体(2)由布料或者软塑胶片材或者皮革制成；
所述遮挡体(2)翻边后将支撑圈(1)包裹，通过缝纫线或焊接将支撑圈(1)与遮挡体(2)连成一体；
或设置有连接体(3)，连接体(3)由布料或者皮革或者软塑胶制成，连接体(3)通过缝纫线或焊接将支撑圈(1)与遮挡体(2)连成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述支撑圈(1)使用的金属线材或带材的直径或厚度不大于5mm,带材的宽度不大于30mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述支撑圈(1)使用的金属线材或带材的两端通过焊接或铆接或冷压等方式连接构成圆环，其直径应能完全覆盖对应的汽车轮毂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述遮挡体(2)使用布料时，所述遮挡体(2)的表面至少设置有一层防止液体渗透的涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖,其特征在于所述的遮挡体(2)上设置有把手(4)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述的把手(4)，由布料或者软塑胶片材或者皮革制成。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述的把手(4)通过缝纫线或者焊接与遮挡体(2)连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖,其特征在于所述的支撑圈(1)上间隔设置有两个以上的插片(5)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述的插片(5)可拆卸地倒扣连接在支撑圈(1)上；或所述的插片(5)通过焊接、铆接连接方式不可拆卸地固定在支撑圈(1)上。
10.根据权利要求8或10所述的一种汽车轮毂保护盖，其特征在于所述的插片(5)的前端有可与轮毂卡接连接的凸起。
