本发明涉及包装保护技术领域,且公开了一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,包括黏胶层,所述黏胶层涂设在下压层的下表面,且所述下压层的上表面固定连接有聚丙烯树脂层,所述聚丙烯树脂层的上表面固定连接有连接柱,所述连接柱的顶部插接入凹槽内,所述凹槽开设在上压层的下表面,且所述连接柱下部的外部活动连接有TPE带,所述上压层的上表面设置有气囊层,所述气囊层的顶部活动连接有共聚聚丙烯层,所述上压层通过连接层与气囊层活动连接。该延展性较好的耐挤压保护膜,通过设置连接柱与TPE带,利用连接柱的固定性和TPE带的韧性,能够较大的提升整个保护膜的抗拉伸能力,并且在受到挤压时可以将挤压的力进行较好的缓冲。

一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜
技术领域
本发明涉及包装保护技术领域,具体为一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜,汽车保护膜,家用保护膜,食品保鲜保护膜等。其中一些保护膜被人们放在金属表面,在金属进行冲压以后再撕去保护膜,从而起到保护金属表面的作用,用来确保金属的尺寸,另一些保护膜则用来作为物体与物体之间的缓冲结构,防止物体的表面受到损伤。
目前使用的金属表面保护膜以及缓冲保护膜普遍采取了加厚的方法来增大保护膜的耐挤压能力,但是这种方法会增加生产成本,并且因为保护膜材料的特殊性,一般为一次性用品,过厚的材质会增加生产成本,并且造成环境的污染,并且在厚度增加到一定程度以后保护膜所能起到的坑挤压能力就几乎停止了增长,导致抗挤压能力也不强。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,具备耐挤压且 延展性较好的优点,解决了目前金属保护膜以及缓冲保护膜抗挤压能力不强,且延展性无 法满足人们需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述延展性较好的耐挤压保护膜耐挤压且延展性较好目的,本发明提供如下技 术方案:一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,包括黏胶层,所述黏胶层涂设在下压层的下表 面,且所述下压层的上表面固定连接有聚丙烯树脂层,所述聚丙烯树脂层的上表面固定连 接有连接柱,所述连接柱的顶部插接入凹槽内,所述凹槽开设在上压层的下表面,且所述连 接柱下部的外部活动连接有TPE带,所述上压层的上表面设置有气囊层,所述气囊层的顶部 活动连接有共聚聚丙烯层,所述上压层通过连接层与气囊层活动连接。
优选的,所述共聚聚丙烯层的下表面固定连接有拉伸网,所述拉伸网的厚度低于气囊层厚度的一半。
优选的,所述拉伸网的网孔为矩形。
优选的,所述连接柱与TPE带组成网孔为菱形的网状结构。
优选的,所述连接柱与TPE带组成的菱形相邻两边较大的夹角为一百二十度。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,具备以下有益效果:
1、该延展性较好的耐挤压保护膜,通过设置连接柱与TPE带,利用连接柱的固定性和 TPE带的韧性,能够较大的提升整个保护膜的抗拉伸能力,并且在受到挤压时可以将挤压的 力进行较好的缓冲。
2、该延展性较好的耐挤压保护膜,通过设置气囊层和拉伸网,提高了整个保护膜的抗挤压能力,从而起到较好的保护作用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,包括黏胶层1,黏胶层1涂设在下 压层2的下表面,下压层2的上表面固定连接有聚丙烯树脂层3,聚丙烯树脂层3的上表面固 定连接有连接柱4,连接柱4的顶部插接入凹槽5内,凹槽5开设在上压层6的下表面,连接柱4下部的外部活动连接有TPE带7,上压层6的上表面设置有气囊层8,气囊层8的顶部活动连接有共聚聚丙烯层9,上压层6通过连接层11与气囊层8活动连接。
共聚聚丙烯层9的下表面固定连接有拉伸网10,拉伸网10的厚度低于气囊层厚度8的一半。
拉伸网10的网孔为矩形。
连接柱4与TPE带7组成网孔为菱形的网状结构。
连接柱4与TPE带7组成的菱形相邻两边较大的夹角为一百二十度。
保护膜设置在金属的表面时,有时是需要保护膜保护金属的表面,因为有时金属加工对于尺寸和精度要求较高,如果采取直接冲压的方法金属之间势必会产生一定的磨损,当加工者对于金属的尺寸精度要求较高时就无法满足加工者的需求,因此需要添加保护膜,一般的保护膜就是单一的一层膜,这种保护膜无法较好的吸收金属之间作用产生的缓冲力,并且还容易破裂起不到相应的保护作用,本发明首先添加了黏胶层1可以加强保护膜与金属之间的连接,并且黏胶层1的连接方式可以使得外力能够均匀的分布在保护膜的表面,如果采取螺钉等结构则会产生力道集中,使得保护膜受力不均容易破碎,同时设置了下压层2与上压层6可以较好的吸收外力,进行缓冲,并且设置的连接柱4和TPE带7形成的了菱形可以满足各种方向的外力的拉扯,提高了整个装置的延展性,并且连接柱4的底部是固定连接的,连接柱4的顶部插接在凹槽5内,可以稍微活动,从而加强了延展性,拉伸网10则可以加强共聚聚丙烯层9的坚韧性,综上所述,本发明具有较好的延展性和抗拉伸性,从而能够满足使用者的需求。
综上所述,该延展性较好的耐挤压保护膜,通过设置连接柱4与TPE带7,利用连接柱4的固定性和TPE带7的韧性,能够较大的提升整个保护膜的抗拉伸能力,并且在受到挤压时可以将挤压的力进行较好的缓冲,通过设置气囊层8和拉伸网10,提高了整个保护膜的抗挤压能力,从而起到较好的保护作用。

1.一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,包括黏胶层(1),其特征在于:所述黏胶层(1)涂设在下压层(2)的下表面,且所述下压层(2)的上表面固定连接有聚丙烯树脂层(3),所述聚丙烯树脂层(3)的上表面固定连接有连接柱(4),所述连接柱(4)的顶部插接入凹槽(5)内,所述凹槽(5)开设在上压层(6)的下表面,且所述连接柱(4)下部的外部活动连接有TPE带(7),所述上压层(6)的上表面设置有气囊层(8),所述气囊层(8)的顶部活动连接有共聚聚丙烯层(9),所述上压层(6)通过连接层(11)与气囊层(8)活动连接,所述共聚聚丙 烯层(9)的下表面固定连接有拉伸网(10),所述拉伸网(10)的厚度低于气囊层厚度(8)的一 半,所述连接柱 (4)与TPE带(7)组成网孔为菱形的网状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,其特征在于:所述拉伸网(10)的网孔为矩形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种延展性好的耐挤压保护膜,其特征在于:所述连接柱 (4)与TPE带(7)组成的菱形相邻两边较大的夹角为一百二十度。
