Abstract

本发明一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,涉及垃圾处理设备领域,包括桶体、粉碎刀盘;桶体内设有转轴;在转轴上安装粉碎刀盘;桶体的外壁上还设有多个贯穿外壁并沿粉碎桶径向水平进给的水平刀;水平刀的前端刀刃高于粉碎刀盘并紧邻粉碎刀盘;液压翻盖包括翻盖、弧形连杆、直连杆、提升油缸;翻盖覆盖在出料口上;翻盖与桶体的外壁通过铰链连接;弧形连杆的一端固定在翻盖上,其另一端通过直连杆连接提升油缸的活塞杆。该垃圾粉碎发酵桶通过液压动力实现出料口的自动开盖,提高了设备的自动化能力。同时,避免了人工操作的反锁,为后续的结构对接提供了设计基础。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理设备领域,特别是涉及一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶。
背景技术
目前市场上出现的垃圾处理设备大多以传递式的结构来构造设备,虽然该结构的垃圾处理设备其处理速度快。但是,该结构中的的垃圾分离结构较复杂,尤其是其垃圾分解结构的构造不仅冗杂而且其功率不高,在实际处理中难以提高效率。例如中国发明专利《一种分解搅拌桶》,申请号为201510859645.5,公开了包括桶体,桶体内放置有发酵菌种;在桶体内部还设有多根搅拌棒;电机与减速箱配合驱动搅拌棒在桶体内进行搅拌;桶体的顶部设有用于透气的缺口;桶体的外侧还设有隔套;隔套将所述缺口包覆在内;隔套与桶体的外壁形成密闭的空腔;收集箱的垃圾出口穿过隔套、缺口后与桶体相连通;桶体的外壁上还设有排放内部垃圾的排污口;排污口与所述空腔相连通。该结构的桶体排放垃圾不方便,自动化程度不高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,解决了桶体上排料口自动开盖的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,包括桶体、粉碎刀盘;所述桶体内设有转轴;在转轴上安装粉碎刀盘;桶体的外壁上还设有多个贯穿外壁并沿粉碎桶径向水平进给的水平刀;所述水平刀的前端刀刃高于粉碎刀盘并紧邻粉碎刀盘;所述液压翻盖包括翻盖、弧形连杆、直连杆、提升油缸;所述翻盖覆盖在出料口上;翻盖与桶体的外壁通过铰链连接;弧形连杆的一端固定在翻盖上,其另一端通过直连杆连接提升油缸的活塞杆。
优选的是,桶体的外壁上设有四个贯穿桶壁并沿桶体径向设置的导套;每个导套内配合有一个所述水平刀;水平刀沿着导套在桶体的径向上水平进给。
优选的是,所述水平刀与导套通过连接键与轴向斜键槽的配合来将水平刀的转动转化为直线进给运动。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,通过液压动力实现出料口的自动开盖,提高了设备的自动化能力。同时,避免了人工操作的反锁,为后续的结构对接提供了设计基础。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅附图1和2,本发明实施例包括:
一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,包括双层的桶体33、粉碎刀盘34,在桶体33内设有转轴,在转轴上安装粉碎刀盘34。通过粉碎刀盘34的高速转动来将垃圾进一步的粉碎,但是该粉碎结构很常见。所以,在桶体的外壁上还设有多个贯穿外壁并沿粉碎桶径向水平进给的水平刀35,水平刀35的前端刀刃高于粉碎刀盘34并紧邻粉碎刀盘34。具体方案是:桶体33的外壁上设有四个贯穿桶壁并沿桶体径向设置的导套,每个导套内配合有一个水平刀35。水平刀35沿着导套在桶体的径向上水平进给,水平刀35与导套通过连接键与轴向斜键槽的配合来将水平刀的转动转化为直线进给运动。该粉碎结构能够将垃圾粉碎成细小颗粒,便于后续处理。粉碎发酵桶上设有出料口,出料口外接出料绞龙。出料口上还设有液压翻盖36,液压翻盖36包括翻盖361、弧形连杆362、直连杆363、提升油缸364。翻盖361覆盖在出料口上,翻盖361与桶体33的外壁通过铰链连接,弧形连杆362的一端固定在翻盖361上,其另一端通过直连杆363连接提升油缸364的活塞杆。通过提升油缸364的竖直拉力,直连杆363与弧形连杆362的配合使得翻盖361可以绕着铰接点打开。反之,提升油缸的竖直推力则使翻盖绕着铰接点关闭。通过该传动方式,来实现出料口处的自动开合,实现智能和自动化的要求。一般在出料口外接一些出料设备,出料设备可以将垃圾排出,本实施例中出料设备选用出料绞龙。

1.一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,其特征在于:包括桶体、粉碎刀盘;所述桶体内设有转轴;在转轴上安装粉碎刀盘;桶体的外壁上还设有多个贯穿外壁并沿粉碎桶径向水平进给的水平刀;所述水平刀的前端刀刃高于粉碎刀盘并紧邻粉碎刀盘;液压翻盖包括翻盖、弧形连杆、直连杆、提升油缸;所述翻盖覆盖在出料口上;翻盖与桶体的外壁通过铰链连接;弧形连杆的一端固定在翻盖上,其另一端通过直连杆连接提升油缸的活塞杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动开盖出料的垃圾粉碎发酵桶,其特征在于:桶体的外壁上设有四个贯穿桶壁并沿桶体径向设置的导套;每个导套内配合有一个所述水平刀;水平刀沿着导套在桶体的径向上水平进给。
