本发明涉及一种过滤板，具体涉及一种PVC过滤板。
背景技术
过滤板一般安装在机械设备用于过滤固体杂质，现有技术中筛板主要用的是金属材质，金属材质耐磨和抗腐蚀性差，使用一段时间后需要更换，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种PVC过滤板，能够快速过滤。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种PVC过滤板，其特征在于：包括PVC面板、过滤网和底板；PVC面板下表面设置有卡件；底板上设置有卡槽，过滤网设置于PVC面板和底板之间；所述的PVC面板为向下凹的弧形结构，PVC面板上设置有多个通孔；所述的底板为Ｕ型结构，底板内设置有吸水层，吸水层两侧的底板上设置有排水孔。
进一步地，所述的吸水层为海绵层。
进一步地，所述的PVC面板上设置有４个以上的通孔。
本发明的有益效果：本发明制作简单，设计合理，能快速过滤，且便于拆装，方便内部清理，便于我们日常的使用。

实施例1
一种PVC过滤板，包括PVC面板1、过滤网2和底板3；PVC面板下表面设置有卡件4；底板上设置有卡槽5，过滤网2设置于PVC面板1和底板3之间； PVC面板1为向下凹的弧形结构，PVC面板上设置有多个通孔6；底板3为Ｕ型结构，底板内设置有吸水层7，吸水层7两侧的底板上设置有排水孔8。
吸水层7为海绵层。
PVC面板1上设置有４个以上的通孔6。

2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC过滤板，其特征在于：所述的吸水层为海绵层。
3.根据权利要求１所述的PVC过滤板，其特征在于：所述的PVC面板上设置有４个以上的通孔。
