本发明公开一种筋骨活血散，包括下列质量份的组分：大接骨丹1000份、苏木20～30份、虎杖10～20份、鸡血藤200～300份、红萆薢120～150份、钩藤40～60份、糯米草250～350份、满山香250～350份。本发明提供的筋骨活血散贴于体表的药物刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，达到消肿，消炎和镇痛的目的。本发明提供的筋骨活血散具有活血化瘀、通络消肿、接骨续筋；能用于骨折、软组织损伤、各种关节炎、肩周炎、腰间盘突出、骨科疑难痛症等。该药物组合物具有见效快、效果明显、安全性高，制备方法简便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种筋骨活血散，属于中药技术领域。
背景技术
筋骨疼痛常见的有骨质增生、颈椎病、关节炎、肌肉酸痛、肩周炎、椎间盘突出、急/慢性扭、挫伤、跌打瘀痛、骨折、风湿及类风湿痛强直性脊椎炎、老年性骨关节病引起的疼痛。女性发病率略高于男性，多见于体力劳动者。现有的筋骨散、筋骨药酒、筋骨敷贴在使用时不能达到缓解疼痛的效果，且原料多，不易取，成本高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种筋骨活血散。
本发明通过下列技术方案实现：一种筋骨活血散，包括下列质量份的组分：
大接骨丹1000份、苏木20～30份、虎杖10～20份、鸡血藤200～300份、红萆薢120～150份、钩藤40～60份、糯米草250～350份、满山香250～350份。
本发明是将上述各组分干燥后混合，再粉碎至粒度为50～80目，即得到筋骨活血散。
本发明提供的筋骨活血散使用时，是加开水调匀成糊状，根据所外敷部位大小涂敷在疼痛部位，隔日换药一次，30天为一个疗程，通常使用1～3个疗程。
其中，大接骨丹：性味：苦、辛，温：功能主治：活血祛瘀，祛风利湿；根皮、叶用于风湿关节痛，产后腰痛，慢性肠炎，腹泻；外用治骨折，跌打损伤。苏木：性味：甘、咸，平；归经：归心、肝、脾经；功能主治：行血祛瘀，消肿止痛；用于经闭痛经，产后瘀阻，胸腹刺痛，外伤肿痛。虎杖：性味：微苦，微寒；归肝、胆、肺经；功能与主治：清热解毒，利胆退黄，祛风利湿，散瘀定痛，止咳化痰；用于关节痹痛，湿热黄疸，经闭，癓瘕，咳嗽痰多，水火烫伤，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮毒。鸡血藤：性味：苦、甘，温；归肝、肾经；功能与主治：活血补血，调经止痛，舒筋活络；用于月经不调，痛经，经闭，风湿痹痛，麻木瘫痪，血虚萎黄。红萆薢：性味：苦，甘，淡，平；功效：祛风除湿，利尿通淋；主治：治风湿痹证，腰膝痛，四肢麻木，水肿，淋证。钩藤：性味：甘，凉；归经：归肝、心包经；功能主治：清热平肝，息风定惊；用于头痛眩晕，感冒夹惊，惊痫抽搐，妊娠子痫；高血压。糯米草：性味：辛、涩，凉；功能主治：健脾消食，清热解毒，接骨生肌；用于消化不良，食积胃痛，痢疾，腹泻，痛经；外用于乳腺炎初起，骨折，毒疮痈肿，跌打肿痛，骨折。满山香：性味：辛，苦，温；归经：心，肝，肺经；功效：行气，活血，祛风，除湿，麻醉镇痛；主治：脘腹气痛，肿毒，疥疮，皮肤瘙痒，跌打肿痛。本发明的各成分均为国家药材公司市售产品。
本发明具备的优点及效果：本发明提供的筋骨活血散能透入皮肤产生消炎，止痛，活血化淤，通经走络，开窍透骨，祛风散寒等功效。贴于体表的药物刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，达到消肿，消炎和镇痛的目的。同时药物在患处通过皮肤渗透达皮下组织，在局部产生药物浓度的相对优势，从而发挥较强的药理作用。本发明提供的筋骨活血散具有活血化瘀、通络消肿、接骨续筋；能用于骨折、软组织损伤、各种关节炎、肩周炎、腰间盘突出、骨科疑难痛症等。该药物组合物具有见效快、效果明显、安全性高，制备方法简便等优点。

实施例1
筋骨活血散，包括下列质量份的组分：
大接骨丹1000份、苏木25份、虎杖15份、鸡血藤250份、红萆薢138份、钩藤50份、糯米草300份、满山香300份。
将上述各组分干燥后混合，再粉碎至粒度为50～80目，即得到筋骨活血散。
实施例2
筋骨活血散，包括下列质量份的组分：
大接骨丹1000份、苏木20份、虎杖10份、鸡血藤200份、红萆薢120份、钩藤40份、糯米草250份、满山香250份。
将上述各组分干燥后混合，再粉碎至粒度为50～80目，即得到筋骨活血散。
实施例3
筋骨活血散，包括下列质量份的组分：
大接骨丹1000份、苏木30份、虎杖20份、鸡血藤300份、红萆薢150份、钩藤60份、糯米草350份、满山香350份。
将上述各组分干燥后混合，再粉碎至粒度为50～80目，即得到筋骨活血散。
取上述实施例所得筋骨活血散，用于下列临床治疗：
一、治疗对象
选择各种关节炎、肩周炎、腰间盘突出的病例30例，跌打损伤的病例30例，骨折的病例30。
将上述各类病例随机平分为治疗组和对照组各45例。
二、用法
治疗组加开水调匀述实施例提供的药物组合物成糊状，根据所外敷部位大小涂敷在疼痛部位，隔日换药一次，30天为一个疗程，连续15～60天进行观察。
对照组仅按常规护理，观察15～60天。
三、结果
本发明提供的筋骨活血散临床治疗效果：对各种关节炎、肩周炎、腰间盘突出的有效率达100%、显效率为91%、临床治愈率为89%；对跌打损伤的有效率达100%、显效率为96%、临床治愈率为92%；对骨折的有效率达100%、显效率为92%、临床治愈率为90%。
而对照组对各种关节炎、肩周炎、腰间盘突出的有效率达28%；对跌打损伤的有效率达25%；对骨折的有效率达16%。
典型案例：
患者张某某，男，34岁，因无明显诱因感腰痛伴双下肢酸麻、活动受限。诊断为：腰椎间盘突出症，并给予筋骨活血散，隔日一次外敷腰部，15天后，患者感腰部疼痛明显缓解，双下肢酸麻症状有所减轻，连续用药60天后，上述相关症状完全消失，患者痊愈。
患者李某，女，48岁，因外伤致右腕部畸形、肿胀、活动受限2小时。经摄片检查，诊断为“1、右桡骨远端粉碎性骨折并关节脱位；2、右尺骨茎突骨折。”为患者行手法复位及外夹板固定后，给予筋骨活血散隔日一次外敷右腕部，7天后，患者右腕部开始消肿；25天后，患者右腕部肿胀消退，30天为患者行X片复查，复查结果显示：骨折处可见部分骨痂生长形成，60天后为患者行X片复查，复查结果显示：骨折处可见大量骨痂生长形成，可拆除外固定夹板，再为患者外敷筋骨活血散15天，患者骨折处达到完全康复，功能活动正常。
四、结论

1.一种筋骨活血散，其特征在于包括下列质量份的组分：
大接骨丹1000份、苏木20～30份、虎杖10～20份、鸡血藤200～300份、红萆薢120～150份、钩藤40～60份、糯米草250～350份、满山香250～350份。
2.权利要求1所述筋骨活血散的制备方法，其特征在于：将上述各组分干燥后混合，再粉碎至粒度为50～80目，即得到筋骨活血散。
