本发明公开了一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，按照重量份数计它包括如下组分：红花10份，艾叶25份，水500份；本发明提供的缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，有舒筋活血的功效，本发明适用于缓解风湿症状。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，涉及一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水。
背景技术
风湿病是一组侵犯关节、骨骼、肌肉、血管及有关软组织或结缔组织为主的疾病，其中多数为自身免疫性疾病。发病多较隐蔽而缓慢，病程较长，且大多具有遗传倾向。诊断及治疗均有一定难度；血液中多可检查出不同的自身抗体，可能与不同HLA亚型有关；对非甾类抗炎药(NSAID)，糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂有较好的短期或长期的缓解性反应。
目前，风湿症状主要通过以下手段进行缓解治疗：
一、药物治疗
1、解热镇痛药
此类药物主要是缓解关节的疼痛，但不能改变疾病的病程。临床上常用布芬、萘普生、双氯酚酸等；
2、中成药类活血化瘀药
此类药物通过活血化瘀，改善微循环，可以缓解关节的肿胀。如活血应痛丸、疏风定痛丸、小活络丸等；
3、免疫抑制剂
风湿病是机体的免疫系统疾病，因此可适当的服用免疫抑制剂，来抑制免疫系统对人体各器官的攻击。如环磷酰胺、甲氨蝶呤等；
4、肾上腺皮质激素
本类药物是强的抗炎、抗过敏药物；
二、物理治疗
如关节肿胀厉害，也可用热毛巾热敷，或用红外线烤灯对患病部位加热，使组织液收敛，缓解症状；
三、手术治疗
早期可作滑膜切除术，晚期可作关节置换术，或肌腱修复或转移术；
四、日常保健
1、适当的锻炼
避免过多的劳累，急性发作期避免运动，使病变关节休息恢复。病情缓解后，则进行适当的锻炼，以游泳等舒缓运动为主；
2、防寒保暖
要防止受寒、淋雨和受潮，关节处要注意保暖，不穿湿衣、湿鞋、湿袜等。

为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明旨在提供一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下：
一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，按照重量份数计它包括如下组分 ：红花10份，艾叶25份，水500份。
本发明还提供了缓解风湿症状的泡脚水的制备方法，将红花与艾叶放置于木桶中并加入沸水，浸泡15分钟后即得。
本发明提供的缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，有有舒筋活血的功效。
本发明适用于缓解风湿症状。
具体实施方式
下面实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例 1 一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水
本实施例为一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，它由以下重量份的原料制成 ：红花10g，艾叶25g，水500g。
本发明的制备方法及使用方法如下：
将红花与艾叶放置于木桶中并加入沸水，浸泡15分钟后即得；患者将脚泡入泡脚水中，在50摄氏度恒温的泡脚水中浸泡30分钟。
本实施例所提供的缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，有舒筋活血的功效。

1. 一种缓解风湿症状的泡脚水，其特征在于按照重量份数计它包括如下组分 ：红花10份，艾叶25份，水500份。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的缓解风湿症状的泡脚水的制备方法，其特征在于：将红花与艾叶放置于木桶中并加入沸水，浸泡15分钟后即得。
