本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种消除暗疮、祛痘美白的温和祛痘润肤乳液,对皮肤具有良好的祛痘抗菌、加速皮损愈合的效果。
背景技术

本发明的目的在于提供一种消除暗疮、祛痘美白的温和祛痘润肤乳液,对皮肤具有良好的祛痘抗菌、加速皮损愈合的效果。

本发明中所述的原料:
水杨酸:是一种脂溶性的有机酸。英文名:Salicylic acid。别称:邻羟基苯甲酸。外观与性状:白色针状晶体或毛状结晶性粉末。溶解性:易溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿,微溶于水,在沸水中溶解。作用及用途:荧光指示剂,络合指示剂;本品在橡胶工业中用作防焦剂及生产紫外线吸收剂和发泡剂;用作配合指示剂、配合掩蔽剂;水杨酸在某些弱酸性电解液中作为添加剂,也可用作电镀或化学镀的络合剂;化妆品防腐剂。主要用于花露水、痱子水、奎宁头水等水类化妆品,除防腐杀菌作用外,还有祛除汗臭、止痒消肿、止痛消炎等功能;主要作为医药工业的原料,用于制备阿斯匹林、水杨酸钠、水杨酰胺、止痛灵、水杨酸苯酯、血防-67等药物,染料工业用于制备媒染纯黄、直接棕3GN、酸性铬黄等。还用作橡胶硫化延缓剂和消毒防腐剂等。
金缕梅提取液:为金缕梅科植物金缕梅的果实及花。主要功效:促进淋巴血液循环,专门克服早晨眼脬和黑眼圈。具有镇静、安抚的效果,对龟裂、晒伤、粉刺有改善效果。可有效帮助肌肤夜间的再生能力。去除眼袋、放松以及缓和对於油性肌肤或是过敏的肌肤都有很优异的效果。有舒缓,收敛,抗菌的效果,因有收敛控油、杀菌的显著疗效。能收敛毛孔、补湿、静肌作用。作更深层的洁净,使皮肤更加幼滑亮丽。精华则具有调节油脂分泌、保湿及净白作用。金缕梅具收敛、镇定皮肤的效果,油皮是可以用的,而且是油皮用最好。迅速渗入皮肤,由内而外全面调节肌肤,平衡皮肤pH值及油脂分泌,净化毛孔,修复受损的肌肤,有效调节舒张的毛孔,明显收敛粗毛孔,防止黑头、粉刺产生,使肌肤快速呈现细腻、光滑、紧致状态。
芦荟提取物:功效作用:杀菌作用,抗炎作用,湿润美容作用,健胃下泄作用,强心活血作用,免疫和再生作用,免疫与抗肿瘤作用,解毒作用,抗衰老作用,镇痛、镇静作用,防晒作用;它具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能;还有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用,不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛,还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩,同时,还可以治疗皮肤炎症,对粉刺、雀斑、痤疮以及烫伤、刀伤、虫咬等亦有很好的疗效。芦荟是集食用、药用、美容、观赏于一身植物新星。
尿囊素:是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水分,滋润和柔软,是美容美发等化妆品的特效添加剂,广泛用于雀斑霜、粉刺液、香波、香皂、牙膏、刮脸洗剂、护发剂、收敛剂、抗汗除臭洗剂等的添加剂。甲基纤维素:化妆品中是一种有效的成膜剂、粘合剂、增稠剂、稳定剂和分散剂。起到增稠,防止不溶性物质沉降的作用。
丙二醇:即1,2-丙二醇。与水、乙醇及多种有机溶剂混溶。丙二醇可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的原料.在化妆品、牙膏和香皂中可与甘油或山梨醇配合用作润湿剂。在染发剂中用作调湿、匀发剂,也用作防冻剂,还用于玻璃纸、增塑剂和制药工业。丙二醇的粘性和吸湿性好,并且无毒,因而在食品、医药和化妆品工业中广泛用作吸湿剂、抗冻剂、润滑剂和溶剂。在食品工业中,丙二醇和脂肪酸反应生成丙二醇脂肪酸酯,主要用作食品乳化剂;丙二醇是调味品和色素的优良溶剂。丙二醇在医药工业中常用作制造各类软膏、油膏的溶剂、软化剂和赋形剂等,由于丙二醇与各类香料具有较好互溶性,因而也用作化妆品的溶剂和软化剂等等。
黄原胶:又称黄胶、汉生胶,黄单胞多糖,是一种由假黄单胞菌属发酵产生的单孢多糖。黄原胶为浅黄色至白色可流动粉末,稍带臭味。易溶于冷、热水中,溶液中性,耐冻结和解冻,不溶于乙醇。遇水分散、乳化变成稳定的亲水性粘稠胶体。特点性能:悬浮性和乳化性;良好的水溶性;增稠性;假塑性;对热的稳定性;对酸碱的稳定性;对盐的稳定性;对酶解反应的稳定性。主要用途:在工业中用作多种目的的稳定剂、稠化剂和加工铺助剂,包括制作罐装和瓶装食品、面包房食品、奶制品、冷冻食品、色拉调味品、饮料、酿造、糖果、糕点花色配品等。制作食品时,易于流动,易于倒出倒入,易于管道化,减少能源消耗。
三乙醇胺:三乙醇胺TEOA,又名TEOA、TEA。别名:2,2,2-羟基三乙胺,三羟乙基胺,化学式(分子式):C6H15O3N,是一种有氨味的无色至浅黄色黏稠液体,易溶于水、乙醇,呈碱性,水溶液pH值约10.5,是一种用途广泛的化工原料,用作非炭黑补强胶料的硫化活性剂、油类和蜡类的乳化剂、金属切削冷却剂、防锈剂、水泥早强剂、中和剂、酸性气体吸收剂、日化用品湿润剂等。
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯:广泛应用于化妆品中,可以起到保湿和滋润皮肤的作用,皮肤对本品的吸收性较好,能在皮层内与毛囊有效接触,渗入皮层深处,并将化妆品中的活性组分带入,充分发挥有效成分的作用。作为化妆品溶剂及皮肤保湿剂,渗透剂。肉豆蔻酸异丙脂IPM可应用于溶胶产品,浴油,毛发调理剂,护肤霜,防晒霜,剃须膏等化妆品中。本品是高档化妆品的重要添加成份之一,对皮肤有极好的渗透、滋润和软化作用,用作化妆品的乳化剂和润湿剂。
十六醇:英文名称: hexadecanol。外观与性状:白色叶片状结晶。用于制造香料、化妆品、洗涤剂、增塑剂等,适用于各类化妆品中,作为基质,特别适合于膏酸及乳液;在医药中,可直接用于W/O乳化剂膏体,软膏基质等,平平加的原料,也可用于消泡剂,水土保温剂,成色剂气相色谱固定液。
薄荷醇:有机化合物,无色针状结晶或粒状。为薄荷和欧薄荷精油中的主要成分,以游离和酯的状态存在。薄荷醇有8种异构体,它们的呈香性质各不相同,左旋薄荷醇具有薄荷香气并有清凉的作用,消旋薄荷醇也有清凉作用,其他的异构体无清凉作用。可用作牙膏、香水、饮料和糖果等的赋香剂,作用于皮肤或粘膜,有清凉止痒作用。
尼泊金甲酯:即对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。白色结晶粉末或无色结晶,易溶于醇,醚和丙酮,极微溶于水,沸点270-280℃。主要用作有机合成、食品、化妆品、医药的杀菌防腐剂,也用作于饲料防腐剂。由于它具有酚羟基结构,所以抗细菌性能比苯甲酸、山梨酸都强。其作用机制是:破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并可抑制微生物细胞的呼吸酶系与电子传递酶系的活性。化妆品防腐剂。属酚类防腐剂,对各种霉菌、酵母菌、细菌有效,但尼泊金酯的杀菌力低,通常与尼泊金丙酯混合使用,具有良好的加成性和协同性。

具体实施方式
所述的温和祛痘润肤乳液,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:水杨酸1份、金缕梅提取液5份、芦荟提取物8份、尿囊素0.2份、丙二醇4份、黄原胶3份、三乙醇胺1.5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯4份、十六醇1份、薄荷醇0.5份、尼泊金甲酯0.1份、香精0.5份、去离子水加至100份。其制备方法是:
步骤一:将水杨酸、金缕梅提取液、芦荟提取物、尿囊素、丙二醇、尼泊金甲酯等原料加入去离子水中,混合加热至85℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
步骤二:将黄原胶、三乙醇胺、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、十六醇、薄荷醇等原料混合加热至85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将步骤(二)所得物料缓缓加入步骤(一)所得物料中,边加入边搅拌至40℃左右加入香精,继续搅拌至冷却至室温,即可得成品,灌装贮存。

1.一种温和祛痘润肤乳液,其特征在于,配方中的原料及重量比分别是:水杨酸1份、金缕梅提取液5份、芦荟提取物8份、尿囊素0.2份、丙二醇4份、黄原胶3份、三乙醇胺1.5份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯4份、十六醇1份、薄荷醇0.5份、尼泊金甲酯0.1份、香精0.5份、去离子水加至100份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的乳液,其特征在于,所述温和祛痘润肤乳液的制备方法是:
步骤一:将水杨酸、金缕梅提取液、芦荟提取物、尿囊素、丙二醇、尼泊金甲酯等原料加入去离子水中,混合加热至85℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
步骤二:将黄原胶、三乙醇胺、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、十六醇、薄荷醇等原料混合加热至85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将步骤(二)所得物料缓缓加入步骤(一)所得物料中,边加入边搅拌至40℃左右加入香精,继续搅拌至冷却至室温,即可得成品,灌装贮存。
