Abstract

本发明提供了一种洗发水，所述洗发水包括按重量份计的以下组分：阴离子表面活性剂14‑19份，增稠剂3‑5份，粘度控制剂1.5‑2.5份，杀菌剂2‑3.5份，祛痒组分0.5‑1.5份，不透明剂3‑4份，水65‑75份。本发明还提供了所述的洗发水的制备方法，所述方法包括，将所述阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至80‑90℃，后冷却至55℃以下，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。

一种洗头水及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品领域，具体而言，涉及一种洗头水及其制备方法。
背景技术
头屑是头皮脱落的角质细胞。正常情况下，角质细胞脱落很少、很慢，不会被明显地看到。但在某种刺激下，不成熟的角质细胞大量产生、结块脱落，形成纷纷扬扬的“雪花”现象，也就是俗称的头屑。
生活中许多人因为环境、空气质量、辐射及长期熬夜等原因，造成发质油脂累积、皮屑增多，瘙痒难耐。
现有用于抗油去屑的洗发液、护发素、护发液也有很多，但是大多数效果一般，特别是在停用一段时间后，非常容易反复发作。
有鉴于此，特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种洗发水，所述洗发水对各种肤型无刺激，并且具有很好的清洁效果和去屑止痒效果，对于顽固性的头屑能够在使用若干次之后彻底根除，本发明的洗发水不会造成任何身体依赖，停用后不反复发作，长期使用可以促使发质光亮疏松，并具有防脱发的作用。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种所述洗发水制备方法，该方法操作简单，所选择的参数特别适于制备本发明提供的洗发水。
为了实现本发明的上述目的，特采用以下技术方案：
本发明的一个方面涉及一种洗发水，所述洗发水包括按重量份计的以下组分：
本发明的洗发水中含有杀菌剂和祛痒组分，能够对一般性头屑和顽固性头屑起到明显的清除效果，并且苯甲酸和乙酰水杨酸组分还可以激活皮肤死层，对于各种干性皮肤和油性皮肤均具有调节作用。
优选地，所述洗发水包括按重量份计的以下组分：
优选地，所述杀菌剂包括吡啶酮乙醇铵盐、苯甲酸和乙酰水杨酸。
优选地，所述吡啶酮乙醇铵盐、苯甲酸和乙酰水杨酸的重量比为1.2：(0.1-1.4)：(0.1-1.4)。
优选地，所述阴离子表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十二烷基核酸钠，优选地，二者的重量比为1：(0.4-0.5)。
优选地，所述祛痒组分包括氯苯那敏。
优选地，所述增稠剂包括十六醇、椰子油单乙醇胺和氯化钠，优选地，三者的重量比为(1.6-2)：(1-1.4)：(0.8-1.2)。
优选地，所述粘度控制剂包括乙二醇硬脂酸酯。
优选地，所述不透明剂包括碳酸锌和香精。
本发明的另一方面涉及所述洗发水的制备方法，所述方法包括，将所述阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至80-90℃，后冷却至55℃以下，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
(1)本发明的洗发水适合各种皮肤类型的人群，能够清除头屑、头皮褥疮、头皮痤疮，并能够起到止痒的效果；
(2)本发明的洗发水对因染、烫造成的发质损坏和头皮化合物损伤具有修复和改善作用；
(3)本发明的洗发水使用方法简单，去屑效果起效快，不反复，长期坚持使用还可以改善发质，使头发更加光滑蓬松，并能够防止脱发；
(4)本发明的制备方法对设备要求低，方法稳定成熟，可控性和可重复性好。

下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述，但是本领域技术人员将会理解，下列实施例仅用于说明本发明，而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者，按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者，均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
准备以下组分：
将以上组分中的阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至85℃，后冷却至50℃，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。
实施例2
准备以下组分：
将以上组分中的阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至80℃，后冷却至50℃，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。
实施例3
准备以下组分：
将以上组分中的阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至90℃，后冷却至50℃，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。
实施例4
准备以下组分：
将以上组分中的阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至85℃，后冷却至45℃，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。
实施例5
准备以下组分：
将以上组分中的阴离子表面活性剂、增稠剂和粘度控制剂加入水中，搅拌乳化并加温至80℃，后冷却至50℃，加入其它组份搅拌乳化。
实验例1
征募700名被不同程度头屑困扰的志愿者，每100人分为一组，第1-5组分别请其使用按照实施例1-5中的方案制备的洗发水，第6组使用市售海飞丝去屑洗发水，第7组使用酮康采乐洗发水，在两周内使用上述洗发水在洗发时搓揉头发，每3天清洗一次，每次搓揉3-5分钟，两周后对志愿者的进行调查，结果如以下表1-2所示：

可见，本发明的洗发液在去屑和止痒方面均获得了志愿者的好评，好评率相对于市售的常见去屑洗发水更高。
实验例2
邀请以上志愿者在两周后继续按照上述分组洗头，洗头频率为每个月大于等于8次，请志愿者对头发和头皮的健康状况进行评价，包括头皮状况、发质状况和总体状况，统计对该状况满意的志愿者人数，结果如下表所示：

可见，市售去屑洗发水通常在注重去屑效果的同时忽略了对头发和头皮的保养，而本发明的洗发水不仅能够起到良好的去屑作用，长期使用还可以起到头皮和头发的保健作用。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明，然而应意识到，在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此，这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

5.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水，其特征在于，所述阴离子表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十二烷基核酸钠，优选地，二者的重量比为1：(0.4-0.5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水，其特征在于，所述祛痒组分包括氯苯那敏。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水，其特征在于，所述增稠剂包括十六醇、椰子油单乙醇胺和氯化钠，优选地，三者的重量比为(1.6-2)：(1-1.4)：(0.8-1.2)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水，其特征在于，所述粘度控制剂包括乙二醇硬脂酸酯。
9.根据权利要求2所述的洗发水，其特征在于，所述不透明剂包括碳酸锌和香精。
