本发明公开了一种立体型防溢乳垫,包括防溢乳垫本体和胶贴,所述防溢乳垫本体包括表面层、吸收体层和底层,所述吸收体层位于表面层和底层的中间,所述表面层、吸收体层和底层的边缘处相互粘接,所述胶贴粘接在底层的外部;所述底层的材料为水刺无纺布;所述表面层的外周设置有周封压边。本发明生产方便,工艺简单,利用底层的水刺无纺布的拉绅不回弹特性牵扯并迫使与之相连的表面层和吸收体层形成立体碗状,从而形成了立体碗状的防溢乳垫,本发明中的立体碗状的防溢乳垫,更加贴合妈妈胸部曲线,且其表面不存在褶皱,同时还能防止乳汁局部外泄,具有良好的防外溢效果。

一种立体型防溢乳垫
技术领域
本发明涉及母婴用品技术领域,具体是一种立体型防溢乳垫。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费观念的日趋成熟和开放,一次性防溢乳垫被越来越多的哺乳期妈妈所接收和使用。为了使防溢乳垫能够更好地贴合在乳房上,可以将防溢乳垫制作成与乳房形状匹配的立体碗状。目前,市场上出现了两类立体碗状的防溢乳垫。一类是在防溢乳垫的边缘处加装弹性环条,在弹性环条的弹力作用下,防溢乳垫收缩成碗状,但是,在收缩的过程中,防溢乳垫的表面会产生大量的褶皱,哺乳期的妈妈的乳房或乳头在碰触到这些褶皱时,会有明显的不舒服的感觉。另一类是把防溢乳垫的局部打折,然后把打折处固定,强制防溢乳垫形成立体的碗状,但是,该类防溢乳垫在打折处没有吸收体,乳汁可能会透过打折处向外泄露。
因此,如何设计一种防溢乳垫,该防溢乳垫为立体的碗状,且其表面不存在褶皱,同时还能防止乳汁局部外泄,具有良好的防外溢效果,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的关键性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够快速吸收乳汁、使用方便的立体型防溢乳垫,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种立体型防溢乳垫,包括防溢乳垫本体和胶贴,所述防溢乳垫本体包括表面层、吸收体层和底层,所述吸收体层位于表面层和底层的中间,所述表面层、吸收体层和底层的边缘处相互粘接,所述胶贴粘接在底层的外部;所述底层的材料为水刺无纺布。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述表面层的外周设置有周封压边。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明生产方便,工艺简单,利用底层的水刺无纺布的拉绅不回弹特性牵扯并迫使与之相连的表面层和吸收体层形成立体碗状,从而形成了立体碗状的防溢乳垫,本发明中的立体碗状的防溢乳垫,更加贴合妈妈胸部曲线,且其表面不存在褶皱,同时还能防止乳汁局部外泄,具有良好的防外溢效果。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种立体型防溢乳垫,包括防溢乳垫本体1和胶贴2,所述防溢乳垫本体1包括表面层3、吸收体层4和底层5,所述吸收体层4位于表面层3和底层5的中间,所述表面层3、吸收体层4和底层5的边缘处相互粘接,所述胶贴2粘接在底层5的外部;所述底层5的材料为水刺无纺布。
所述表面层3的外周设置有周封压边6。
本发明在制作时,将防溢乳垫本体1的材料从下到上按照底层5、吸收体层4和表面层3依次放好,利用碗形模具一次性压制成型,成型后的防溢乳垫本体1因底层5为水刺无纺布,将防溢乳垫本体1定型成立体碗状。
本发明生产方便,工艺简单,利用底层5的水刺无纺布的拉绅不回弹特性牵扯并迫使与之相连的表面层3和吸收体层4形成立体碗状,从而形成了立体碗状的防溢乳垫,本发明中的立体碗状的防溢乳垫,更加贴合妈妈胸部曲线,且其表面不存在褶皱,同时还能防止乳汁局部外泄,具有良好的防外溢效果。
