Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a sterile isolation protective sleeve for a surgical instrument.
Background
It is known that in order to prevent infection of a patient during an operation, the whole operation environment is maintained in a sterile state during the whole operation to prevent the infection during the operation.
With the development of medicine and gradual standardization, the medicine has strict standardization on the sterilization of operations, wherein not only various medical instruments and operation tools which directly contact the human body need to be completely sterilized; it is also required for some instruments and devices not in contact with the human body and their associated wires to be sterilized or isolated, ensuring absolute sterility of the surgical environment.
However, for some of the lines and wires attached to surgical instruments, the sterile spacer is relatively slender and soft in texture, thus cumbersome to store and inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: provides a surgical instrument sterile isolation protective sleeve which is easy to store and convenient to use.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a surgical instrument sterile isolation protective sheath, characterized in that: comprises a bagging with an opening at one end and a storage box for storing the bagging;
the storage box comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve sleeved on the outer side of the inner sleeve, wherein an annular convex edge is formed by extending the periphery of a lower end port of the inner sleeve outwards, the annular convex edge is buckled with the lower end port of the outer sleeve so as to enable the outer sleeve to be connected with the inner sleeve into a whole, and a storage cavity for accommodating a bagging is formed between the outer sleeve and the side wall surface of the inner sleeve;
the opening end of the bagging stretches into the accommodating cavity and is fixed on the annular convex edge, and the bag body of the bagging is folded and compressed and then accommodated in the accommodating cavity; the upper end of the storage box extends inwards to form a cover cap, and a bag outlet is formed in the middle of the inner side of the cover cap;
the pouch is provided with an easy-tearing line arranged along the length extending direction of the pouch body, and the storage box is formed by detachably connecting a left part and a right part into a whole.
The using process is as follows:
as shown in fig. 3-5, when in use, the surgical instrument is only required to extend into the lower end port of the inner sleeve and extend out of the bag outlet of the cover cap, and meanwhile, the bag is taken out of the bag together with the surgical instrument, so that the bag is naturally sleeved outside the surgical instrument, and finally, the storage box is reserved at the tail part of the surgical instrument;
after the operation is finished, the left and right parts of the storage box are only required to be opened, and the sleeve bag is torn along the easy-tearing line at the same time, so that the surgical instrument can be taken down.
For better implementation of the present embodiment, the following optimization scheme is also provided:
further, still include the storage bag of setting in the receiver below, the upper end opening of storage bag cup joints on the surface of outer sleeve, is equipped with sealed zip fastener on the lower port of storage bag.
The storage bag is used for storing the connecting wires with the redundant lengths therein, so that the storage bag is convenient for medical workers to arrange.
Further, the cover bag comprises an end protection bag for isolating the head of the surgical instrument and a wiring protection bag which is connected to the lower part of the end protection bag and used for isolating the connecting wire of the surgical instrument, and the end protection bag is fixed on the annular convex edge through the lower port of the wiring protection bag.
Here, the pocket is usually made of an elastic material, so that it can adapt to the shape of the chip head and the connecting line.
Further, an annular lip extending outwards is arranged around the upper end port of the inner sleeve.
Here, the annular lip has the function of arranging and guiding the bagging extracted from the accommodating cavity when passing near the bag outlet, so that the bagging is more convenient to extract.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can always isolate the surgical instrument and the connecting wire thereof from the outside completely in the whole surgical process, thereby ensuring that the surgical instrument is always free from pollution in the surgical process;
2. the bagging is compressed and stored in the storage box, so that the occupied space is small;
3. when the invention is used, the invention only needs to be directly sleeved on the surgical instrument, and the use is simple and convenient;
4. the invention can be manufactured into disposable consumable products, has simple structure and low cost, and is easy for large-scale industrial production and application.
