Abstract
The invention relates to a Fuzhuan tea pressing die and a method, and belongs to the technical field of tea production. Background
Fuzhuan tea is made up by using black tea as raw material through the processes of screening, blending, steaming, piling up, pressing, making flower and drying, etc. and its key process for forming unique quality is making flower and making its taste, fragrance and colour and lustre be different from other tea. Fuzhuan tea flower growing is to make 'golden flower' bacteria grow and reproduce in brick tea by controlling certain conditions, and the growth and reproduction of 'golden flower' bacteria are greatly related to brick tea tightness besides being influenced by temperature and humidity.
The brick tea is pressed loose, the air permeability is good, the oxygen is sufficient, golden flowers grow luxuriantly, but sundry bacteria are easy to breed, and the edge is easy to loosen and throw, so that the appearance is affected; the brick tea is tightly pressed, the air permeability is poor, the growth of 'golden flowers' is slow, especially the phenomenon that no 'golden flowers' grow frequently occurs at the central position of the brick tea, and the water in the brick tea is not easy to discharge, so that the brick tea can be developed and the drying time is prolonged.
In the prior industrial production, in order to keep good appearance of Fuzhuan tea, the brick tea is compactly pressed, has poor air permeability, small golden flower particles, light yellow color instead of golden yellow color, long time for growing flower and drying, generally 12-15d for growing flower and 12-14d for drying, seriously affecting the production efficiency and wasting energy.
Therefore, how to design a device suitable for the flowers of Fuzhuan tea, which has higher production efficiency and is suitable for the flowers of Fuzhuan tea is a problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a Fuzhuan tea pressing die. According to the invention, through designing a brand new structure, the Fuzhuan tea 'golden flowers' can flourish, and meanwhile, the time for growing flowers and drying is shortened.

The gradient of the groove part 9 is 5-7%, and the gradient is calculated in a way of h/a, wherein a is equal to 1/2,h of the length of the upper template 4, and the height of the deepest part 9 of the groove part is the same. The bottom surface of the lower template 6 is provided with a clamping groove, and four corners of the bottom supporting plate 7 are provided with strip supports 10 for fixing the lower template 6.
The lock catch structure 2 comprises a lock frame 2-1 fixedly connected with the sleeve box 1, and a lock cover 2-6 is fastened on the lock frame 2-1 through a screw 2-7.
The outer side of the lock frame 2-1 is fixedly connected with one end of a spring 2-2, the spring 2-2 is sprung on the inner side of a nut cover 2-3, the nut cover 2-3 is in threaded connection with a lock cylinder 2-4, the lock cylinder 2-4 is positioned in the spring 2-2, and a slide way 2-5 for the lock cylinder 2-4 to move is arranged on the lock frame 2-1;

The upper template 4 is made of PP material, and the lower template 6 is made of PP material.

In the invention, the locking principle of the locking structure 2 is as follows:
after the tea leaves are put into the cavity 8, the upper template 4 is pressed down under the action of external force, meanwhile, the nut cover 2-3 and the lock cylinder 2-4 are pushed to the upper part of the upper template 4 through the slide way 2-5 by the locking device (press), after the external force of the upper template 4 is removed, the upper template 4 is subjected to the elastic force of the tea leaves, and moves upwards, then contacts with the upper template 4 and the lock cylinder 2-4, the lock cylinder 2-4 is applied with the upward elastic force, friction force is generated between the lock cylinder 2-4 and the upper template 4, and the lock cylinder 2-4 is limited to move outwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring, so that locking is realized.
After the tea production is completed, the upper template 4 is pressed down again by external force, so that friction force disappears, the lock cylinders 2-4 move outwards under the action of elasticity, the upper template 4 is not limited any more, and the tea bricks 2-8 can be taken out after the bricks are removed by the brick removing system.
