Abstract
The invention discloses an electromagnetic protection structure of a driving rod piece, which comprises a motor shielding shell and a motion support rod protective cover, wherein the motor shielding shell is arranged on the motor shielding shell; wherein, the motor shielding shell is connected with the shell of the driving rod piece; one end of the movable supporting rod protecting cover is fixed on the shell of the driving rod piece, and the other end of the movable supporting rod protecting cover is fixed at the tail end of the movable supporting rod of the driving rod piece; and shielding cloth is arranged between two end parts of the movable supporting rod protective cover. The electromagnetic protection structure has universality, and the shielding shell is of an assembled structure, so that the electromagnetic protection structure is convenient to detach; because of the relative motion of the driving rod piece, the flexible shielding material is adopted for shielding at the relative motion part; one end of the shielding material is fixed on the shell which moves relatively to the rod piece, and the other end of the shielding material is fixed on the tail end of the moving rod piece, so that the shielding material moves along with the rod piece; leakage of interference signals can be effectively avoided, and a good shielding effect is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an electromagnetic protection structure of a driving rod piece.
Background
The driving rod piece is widely applied to various application occasions such as radio astronomy, aviation ships and the like, the rod piece is usually used for realizing functions under the measurement and control of electric and electronic equipment, and electromagnetic interference of the electric and electronic equipment needs to be protected so as to normally operate under a specific environment. The electromagnetic protection of the driving rod piece mainly considers the shielding measures of a motor, a driving and controlling module and a moving rod piece; the main purpose is two kinds, the first kind is to shield and reduce the interference of the power electronic equipment driving the rod piece so as not to influence the performance and effect of the external detector; the second type is to avoid the interference of the external complex electromagnetic environment to the power electronic equipment of the driving rod piece, so that the driving rod piece is not in function.
Since the drive rod is a moving part, the boundary of part of the structure in such systems is moving, often presenting a certain difficulty to conventional shielding measures.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an electromagnetic protection structure of a driving rod piece, which effectively solves the problems in the prior art.

Further, a ventilation waveguide window, a power filter and a signal filter are arranged on the motor shielding shell.
Further, the electromagnetic protection structure further comprises a protection support, the protection support is a corrugated pipe, and two ends of the protection support are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the moving part of the moving support rod.
Further, the connection part between the motor shielding shell and the shell of the driving rod piece is provided with a conductive gasket and then fixed by a screw.
Further, a fixed shell is arranged at the joint of the movable support rod protective cover and the driving rod piece shell, and the joint between the fixed shell and the driving rod piece shell is fixed through screws after a conductive gasket is arranged at the joint.
Further, a fixed support is arranged at the joint of the movable support rod protective cover and the tail end of the movable support rod, and the joint of the fixed support and the tail end of the movable support rod is fixed through screws after a conductive gasket is arranged at the joint of the fixed support and the tail end of the movable support rod.
The invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the electromagnetic protection structure has universality, and the shielding shell is of an assembled structure, so that the electromagnetic protection structure is convenient to detach; because of the relative motion of the driving rod piece, the flexible shielding material is adopted for shielding at the relative motion part; one end of the shielding material is fixed on the shell which moves relatively to the rod piece, and the other end of the shielding material is fixed on the tail end of the moving rod piece, so that the shielding material moves along with the rod piece; leakage of interference signals can be effectively avoided, and a good shielding effect is achieved. Because the structure of the electromagnetic shielding device not only can realize good electromagnetic shielding, but also can realize good environmental protection, the electromagnetic shielding device is particularly suitable for working under severe environments and has higher requirements on electromagnetic shielding, such as the fields of radio astronomy, aviation, ships and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention now will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the exemplary embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an electromagnetic protection structure of a driving rod, which comprises a motor shielding shell 1 and a motion strut shield 2; wherein, the motor shielding shell 1 is connected with the shell 3 of the driving rod piece; one end of the movable supporting rod protective cover 2 is fixed on the shell 3 of the driving rod piece, and the other end is fixed at the tail end of the movable supporting rod of the driving rod piece; a shielding cloth 4 is arranged between the two end parts of the motion support rod protective cover 2.
The motor shielding shell 1 is provided with a ventilation waveguide window 5, a power filter 6 and a signal filter 7.
In order to prevent the normal motion of the motion rod in the motion process of the motion rod, the shielding cloth interferes with the normal motion of the rod, the electromagnetic protection structure further comprises a protection support 8, the protection support 8 is a corrugated pipe, and two ends of the protection support 8 are respectively fixedly arranged at two ends of the motion part of the motion support rod.
The connection between the motor shielding shell 1 and the housing 3 of the drive rod is provided with a conductive gasket 9 and then fixed by a screw 10.
The connection part of the motion support rod protective cover 2 and the driving rod piece shell 3 is provided with a fixed shell 11, and the connection part between the fixed shell 11 and the driving rod piece shell 3 is provided with a conductive liner 12 and then is fixed by a screw 13.
The connection of the movable supporting rod protective cover 2 and the movable supporting rod end is provided with a fixed bracket 14, and the connection of the fixed bracket 14 and the movable supporting rod end is provided with a conductive liner 15 and then fixed by a screw 16.
The mode that this application adopted metal casing (i.e. motor shielding shell 1) cladding to motor and auxiliary assembly shields, for preventing electromagnetic interference signal leakage, adopts the mode of bolt plus conductive liner to connect shielding shell and member to shield, and shielding shell is assembled structure, dismantles conveniently. The power supply of the equipment is connected through a power filter 6; the signal transmission of the device is effected by means of a shielded cable and, if necessary, a signal filter 7; ventilation and heat dissipation of the device are realized through the ventilation waveguide window 5; after the motor and the accessory equipment are covered by the shielding shell, interference signals of the motor, the driving module and the control module can be transmitted along relevant structural gaps. Because the driving rod shell is of an integral metal structure, the shielding function is achieved. In order to prevent interference signals from leaking from the protruding end of the rod, shielding measures are taken. Where the shielding is performed with a flexible shielding material due to the relative movement. One end of the shielding material is fixed on the shell which moves relative to the rod piece, and the other end of the shielding material is fixed on the tail end of the moving rod piece, and the shielding material moves along with the rod piece.

1. An electromagnetic protection structure of a driving rod piece is characterized by comprising a motor shielding shell and a motion support rod protective cover; wherein, the motor shielding shell is connected with the shell of the driving rod piece; one end of the movable supporting rod protecting cover is fixed on the shell of the driving rod piece, and the other end of the movable supporting rod protecting cover is fixed at the tail end of the movable supporting rod of the driving rod piece; shielding cloth is arranged between two end parts of the movable support rod protective cover; the electromagnetic protection structure further comprises a protection support, wherein the protection support is a corrugated pipe, and two ends of the protection support are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the moving part of the moving support rod; and the motor shielding shell is provided with a ventilation waveguide window, a power filter and a signal filter.
2. The electromagnetic protection structure of the driving rod member according to claim 1, wherein the connection between the motor shielding shell and the outer shell of the driving rod member is fixed by a screw after a conductive gasket is arranged.

The electromagnetic protection structure of the driving rod piece according to claim 1, wherein a fixed shell is arranged at the connection position of the movement support rod protection cover and the driving rod piece shell, and the connection position between the fixed shell and the driving rod piece shell is fixed through a screw after a conductive gasket is arranged at the connection position.

The electromagnetic protection structure of the driving rod piece according to claim 1, wherein a fixing support is arranged at the connection position of the movable support rod protective cover and the movable support rod tail end, and the connection position of the fixing support and the movable support rod tail end is fixed through a screw after a conductive gasket is arranged at the connection position.
