In summary, according to the internet access policy selection control method and system based on the mobile terminal provided by the present invention, the method presets two temperatures: the temperature control device comprises a first temperature and a second temperature, wherein the first temperature is higher than the second temperature; the method comprises the steps of dividing three temperature intervals by taking a first temperature and a second temperature as boundaries, setting a working mode as a first working mode when detecting that a mobile terminal starts network connection, acquiring the current temperature of the mobile terminal at intervals of first preset time, selecting an internet strategy according to the current temperature of the mobile terminal and the working mode, recording the current time when the internet strategy is selected each time, setting the working mode as a second working mode and starting a second timer when the time difference between two adjacent internet strategy selections is smaller than a first time threshold and the current working mode is the first working mode, and setting the working mode as the first working mode and closing the second timer when the second working mode runs to a second preset time. The mobile terminal can adjust the network communication speed according to the temperature, so that the power consumption is reduced, and convenience is provided for users.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.), and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program may include the processes of the above method embodiments. A. two temperatures are preset: the temperature control device comprises a first temperature and a second temperature, wherein the first temperature is higher than the second temperature; dividing three temperature intervals by taking the first temperature and the second temperature as boundaries;
the step A further comprises the following steps:
the first temperature and the second temperature are used as a limit to divide three temperature intervals as follows:
the first temperature interval: a temperature range higher than the first temperature;
the second temperature interval: a temperature range between a first temperature and a second temperature;
the third temperature interval: a temperature lower than the second temperature;
B. when detecting that the mobile terminal starts network connection, setting a working mode as a first working mode;
C. acquiring the temperature of the current mobile terminal every first preset time, and selecting an internet access strategy according to the temperature of the current mobile terminal and the working mode of the current mobile terminal;
D. when each time of internet access strategy selection, recording the current time, and when the time difference between two adjacent internet access strategy selections is smaller than a first time threshold and the current working mode is a first working mode, setting the working mode to be a second working mode;
E. when the second working mode runs to the second preset time, setting the working mode as the first working mode;
the step A further comprises the following steps: two working modes are preset: a first working mode and a second working mode;
the first working mode is as follows: acquiring the current temperature of the mobile terminal, and determining a temperature interval where the temperature is located; when the temperature interval of the current temperature of the mobile terminal is not the original temperature interval and the current temperature of the mobile terminal is in a first temperature interval, selecting a first internet access strategy; when the temperature interval of the current temperature of the mobile terminal is not the original temperature interval and the current temperature of the mobile terminal is in a second temperature interval or a third temperature interval, selecting a second internet access strategy;
the second working mode is as follows: acquiring the current temperature of the mobile terminal, and determining a temperature interval in which the current temperature of the mobile terminal is located; when the temperature interval of the current temperature of the mobile terminal is not the original temperature interval and the current temperature of the mobile terminal is in a first temperature interval, selecting a first internet access strategy; when the temperature interval of the current temperature of the mobile terminal is not the original temperature interval and the current temperature of the mobile terminal is in a third temperature interval, selecting a second internet access strategy;
the first temperature is the rated high-temperature of the mobile terminal;
the first internet access strategy is to limit the network speed to a lower network speed, and the second internet access strategy is to limit the network speed to a higher speed than the first internet access strategy.

The internet policy selection control method based on the mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the step D further comprises: and when the working mode is set to be the second working mode, the second timer is started at the same time, and when the working mode is the second working mode, the second timer is reset when the internet access strategy is selected every time.

the first temperature interval: a temperature range higher than the first temperature;
the second temperature interval: a temperature range between a first temperature and a second temperature;
the third temperature interval: interval in which the temperature is lower than the second temperature:
the mobile terminal comprises a detection module, a processing module and a control module, wherein the detection module is used for setting a working mode as a first working mode when detecting that the mobile terminal starts network connection;
the timing and strategy selection module is used for acquiring the temperature of the current mobile terminal every first preset time and selecting an internet access strategy according to the temperature of the current mobile terminal and the working mode of the current mobile terminal;
the first working mode switching module is used for recording the current time when the internet strategy is selected every time, and setting the working mode as a second working mode when the time difference between two adjacent internet strategy selections is smaller than a first time threshold and the current working mode is a first working mode;
the second switching module of the working mode is used for setting the working mode as the first working mode when the second working mode runs to the second preset time;
the first working mode is as follows: acquiring the current temperature of the mobile terminal, and determining a temperature interval where the temperature is located; when the temperature interval of the current temperature of the mobile terminal is not the original temperature interval and the current temperature of the mobile terminal is in a first temperature interval, selecting a first internet access strategy; when the temperature interval of the current temperature of the mobile terminal is not the original temperature interval and the current temperature of the mobile terminal is in a second temperature interval or a third temperature interval, selecting a second internet access strategy;
