if not, the server receives a serial number sent by the television and judges whether the serial number is matched with a prestored serial number or not;
if so, the server searches the prestored code value corresponding to the serial number so that the television can download and store the prestored code value.

The method for retrieving code values of televisions according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of receiving the bound mobile phone number sent by the television by the server and storing the bound mobile phone number in association with the prestored code value specifically comprises:
the server receives a binding mobile phone number sent by the television and sends a verification code to a terminal corresponding to the binding mobile phone number;
and the server receives the verification code sent by the television and stores the binding mobile phone number and the prestored code value in an associated manner.
5. A code value retrieving system of a television comprises the television, a server and a terminal, and is characterized in that the television is provided with a transceiver module and a first storage module, the server is provided with a second storage module, wherein,
the receiving and sending module is used for sending a plurality of code values stored by the television to the server, and the second storage module is used for storing the code values in an associated manner to form prestored code values;
the second storage module is also used for receiving a binding mobile phone number sent by the transceiver module and storing the binding mobile phone number in association with the prestored code value;
the first storage module is used for downloading the prestored code values from the server and storing the prestored code values through the bound mobile phone number when the plurality of code values of the television are all lost;
the first storage module is further used for downloading the prestored code values corresponding to the plurality of code values which are lost from the server and storing the prestored code values through the plurality of code values which are not lost when the plurality of code values of the television are not completely lost;
the television further comprises a query module, wherein
The query module is used for querying the code values one by one and sending corresponding information of the lost code values and one of the code values which are not lost to the server;
the server also comprises a judging module and a searching module, wherein,
the judging module is further used for judging whether one of the plurality of code values which are not lost is matched with the prestored code value;
the searching module is further configured to search the prestored code value corresponding to the lost corresponding information of the plurality of code values when the judging module judges that one of the plurality of code values that is not lost matches the prestored code value, so that the television can download and store the prestored code value.
6. The code value recovery system for televisions of claim 5,
the judging module is used for receiving a mobile phone number sent by the television and judging whether the mobile phone number is matched with the bound mobile phone number;
the searching module is used for searching the prestored code value corresponding to the mobile phone number when the judging module judges that the mobile phone number is matched with the bound mobile phone number, so that the television can download and store the prestored code value.
7. The code value recovery system for televisions of claim 5,
the judging module is also used for receiving a serial number sent by the television and judging whether the serial number is matched with a prestored serial number or not when the judging module judges that the mobile phone number is not matched with the bound mobile phone number;
the searching module is further used for searching the prestored code value corresponding to the serial number when the judging module judges that the serial number is matched with the prestored serial number, so that the television can download and store the prestored code value.
8. The code value retrieving system for televisions according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the server further comprises a transmitting module, wherein,
the sending module is used for receiving the bound mobile phone number sent by the television and sending a verification code to the terminal corresponding to the bound mobile phone number;
the second storage module is further used for receiving the verification code sent by the television and storing the binding mobile phone number and the prestored code value in an associated manner.
