Abstract
The invention provides a motor bearing press-fitting device, comprising: -shaped supporting frame; the fixed seat is fixed on the bottom plate of the support frame; the bearing support is arranged above the fixing seat, and a boss structure is arranged at the top end of the bearing support; an end cover sleeve sleeved outside the bearing support column and capable of sliding up and down freely, wherein a reset spring is sleeved at the lower section of the outer part of the end cover sleeve; the lower end of the pressure mechanism is connected with a vertical downward pressure rod; the control mechanism is arranged on the top plate and connected with the pressure mechanism; the pressure sensor is arranged at the lower end of the compression bar and is connected with the load display instrument arranged on the top plate. The invention has simple and quick assembly operation, and can effectively improve the assembly efficiency; meanwhile, the matching tightness degree of the motor bearing and the motor end cover can be judged according to the used pressure, and products with unqualified matching are selected, so that the product quality is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of motors, in particular to bearing press-fitting equipment in motor assembly.
Background
The motor bearing is also called a motor bearing or a motor bearing, and is a special bearing specially applied to a motor or a motor. The bearing used by the motor is a part for supporting the shaft, and can guide the rotation of the shaft and also bear the idle rotation part on the shaft. There are four types of bearings commonly used in motors, namely rolling bearings, sliding bearings, knuckle bearings and oil-impregnated bearings. The most common motor bearings are rolling bearings, i.e. bearings with rolling elements.
The mounting mode of the motor bearing comprises heating fit and press fit, wherein the heating fit is a mounting method for converting tight fit into loose fit by heating the motor bearing or the bearing seat and utilizing thermal expansion; the press fit is to install the motor bearing into the bearing housing bore of the motor end cap by external force and then assemble the motor bearing onto the shaft by pressure and then assemble the motor bearing into the motor end cap. In the press fit mode of the existing motor bearing, manual press fit is mostly adopted, on one hand, workers are laborious, on the other hand, the matching tightness degree of the motor bearing and a bearing seat is difficult to detect, if the problem that the size of a bearing seat hole is too large or the size of a bearing outer ring is too small exists, the problem that the size of the bearing seat hole is too small is difficult to find manually, and the motor with the matching degree has a certain potential safety hazard when in use.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides the bearing press-fit equipment, which not only improves the assembly efficiency of the motor bearing and reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also can detect the matching tightness of the motor bearing and the bearing seat, thereby being convenient for finding unqualified products and ensuring the product quality.

the bearing support is arranged above the fixed seat through the fixing hole, and a boss structure for placing a motor bearing is arranged at the top end of the bearing support;
the upper end of the outer wall of the end cover sleeve is provided with a bulge, the lower section of the outer part of the end cover sleeve is sleeved with a return spring, and the upper end and the lower end of the return spring respectively prop against the lower end face of the bulge and the upper end face of the fixed seat;
the lower end of the pressure mechanism is connected with a vertical downward pressure rod;
the control mechanism is arranged on the top plate and connected with the pressure mechanism;
the pressure sensor is arranged at the lower end of the compression bar and is connected with the load display instrument arranged on the top plate.
Further, the photoelectric switch device further comprises a photoelectric switch emitter arranged on the top plate and a photoelectric switch receiver arranged on the bottom plate, and the photoelectric switch emitter and the photoelectric switch receiver are electrically connected with the control mechanism.
Further, a protection groove with an opening at the upper part is arranged on the bottom plate, and the photoelectric switch receiver is arranged in the protection groove.
Further, a sliding bearing is arranged between the end cover sleeve and the bearing support post.
Further, the inner hole of the end cover sleeve is a stepped hole and comprises a large-diameter hole at the upper end and a small-diameter hole at the lower end, the boss structure is positioned in the large-diameter hole, and the outer diameter of the bearing support post is matched with the inner diameter of the small-diameter hole.

According to the invention, the bearing support is arranged on the fixed seat through the fixed hole, the first pin hole and the second pin hole are arranged at the same time, and the detachable installation of the bearing support is realized by inserting the bolt into the first pin hole and the second pin hole, so that bearing supports with different sizes can be selected for motor bearings with different types; the limiting convex ring is used for limiting the upper end of the end cover sleeve to ensure that the boss structure is exposed in the large-diameter hole, so that the motor bearing can be placed on the boss structure; the reset spring is used for pushing the end cover sleeve upwards after the press fitting is finished so as to reset the end cover sleeve; by arranging the photoelectric switch, when detecting that a worker is performing the action of placing the motor bearing and the motor end cover, locking the hydraulic cylinder to avoid the worker from being clamped; meanwhile, the photoelectric switch receiver is positioned in the protection groove, so that the photoelectric switch receiver can be prevented from being damaged by a workpiece.
