Abstract
本发明公开了一种地下线缆用保护管道,包括从内到外依次设置树脂层、支撑层、耐腐蚀层,所述树脂层与支撑层之间通过粘结剂固接,所述支撑层与耐腐蚀层之间通过粘结剂固接,所述树脂层包括PVC树脂5%‑10%、CPVC树脂85%‑90%、轻钙5%‑10%、复合稳定剂1%‑5%、石蜡0.4%‑0.5%、玻璃纤维1%‑4%,所述支撑层为不锈钢,厚度为0.1mm‑1mm,所述耐腐蚀层为PTFE,厚度为0.01mm‑1mm,通过以上技术方案,不仅仅提高了地下线缆用保护管道的支撑强度,还提高了保护管道外表面的耐腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆用保护管道,特别涉及一种地下线缆用保护管道。
背景技术
目前,国内能生产纯CPVC管道的厂家屈指可数,其中大部分采用进口设备和进口树脂及原辅材料,配方成本较高。由于CPVC树脂加工温度范围狭窄而且流动性差,在连续生产的时候容易产生糊料、堵模具等情况,清理时费时费力,耽误生产又造成原料浪费。
氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)树脂是生产CPVC电缆保护管的主要原料,含氯量高达61%-68%,热变形温度比PVC树脂高20-40℃,耐燃性、阻燃性、耐候性和耐化学药品性好,拉伸强度和弯曲强度高,正因上述诸多优点,已逐步被国家电网及电力公司等工程所采用,但CPVC树脂脆性大,须增韧改性。
现有的线缆保护管道,尤其是地下线缆的保护管道,通常的塑料管道难以满足要求,一方面是强度不足,支撑力不够,另一方面是外表面耐腐蚀性不够,当线缆保护管道损坏或变形后,线缆就会遭到破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种地下线缆用保护管道,不仅仅提高了地下线缆用保护管道的支撑强度,还提高了保护管道外表面的耐腐蚀性能。
本发明的技术方案为:一种地下线缆用保护管道,从内到外依次设置树脂层、支撑层、耐腐蚀层,树脂层与支撑层之间通过粘结剂固接,支撑层与耐腐蚀层之间通过粘结剂固接,树脂层为基层,为线缆用保护管道的主体材料,支撑层主要起到补充强度作用,以防止管道收到外力的挤压,耐腐蚀层主要是避免管道长时间在地下遭到腐蚀。
优选地,树脂层包括PVC树脂5%-10%、CPVC树脂85%-90%、轻钙5%-10%、复合稳定剂1%-5%、石蜡0.4%-0.5%、玻璃纤维1%-4%,PVC树脂和CPVC树脂混合后,管道强度更好,轻钙为填料,起到提高硬度的作用,稳定剂的作用是提高管道的抗氧化性能,玻璃纤维一方面是自身的物理性能,能够提高管道的强度,另一方面,一定长度的玻璃纤维与PVC和CPVC相互交织,形成一种网状结构,进一步增加了管道的强度。
优选地,树脂层包括PVC树脂6%、CPVC树脂86%、轻钙5、复合稳定剂1%、石蜡0.5%、玻璃纤维1.5%,PVC树脂和CPVC树脂混合后,管道强度更好,轻钙为填料,起到提高硬度的作用,稳定剂的作用是提高管道的抗氧化性能,玻璃纤维一方面是自身的物理性能,能够提高管道的强度,另一方面,一定长度的玻璃纤维与PVC和CPVC相互交织,形成一种网状结构,进一步增加了管道的强度。
优选地,支撑层为不锈钢,厚度为0.1mm-1mm,主要起到补充强度作用,以防止管道收到外力的挤压。
优选地,耐腐蚀层为PTFE,厚度为0.01mm-1mm,PTFE的耐腐蚀性能保证了线缆用保护管道的耐腐蚀效果。

一种地下线缆用保护管道,从内到外依次设置树脂层、支撑层、耐腐蚀层,树脂层与支撑层之间通过粘结剂固接,支撑层与耐腐蚀层之间通过粘结剂固接,树脂层为基层,为线缆用保护管道的主体材料,支撑层主要起到补充强度作用,以防止管道收到外力的挤压,耐腐蚀层主要是避免管道长时间在地下遭到腐蚀。
优选地,所述树脂层包括PVC树脂6%、CPVC树脂86%、轻钙5、复合稳定剂1%、石蜡0.5%、玻璃纤维1.5%,PVC树脂和CPVC树脂混合后,管道强度更好,轻钙为填料,起到提高硬度的作用,稳定剂的作用是提高管道的抗氧化性能,玻璃纤维一方面是自身的物理性能,能够提高管道的强度,另一方面,一定长度的玻璃纤维与PVC和CPVC相互交织,形成一种网状结构,进一步增加了管道的强度。

1.一种地下线缆用保护管道,其特征在于:包括从内到外依次设置树脂层、支撑层、耐腐蚀层,所述树脂层与支撑层之间通过粘结剂固接,所述支撑层与耐腐蚀层之间通过粘结剂固接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种地下线缆用保护管道,其特征在于:所述树脂层包括PVC树脂5%-10%、CPVC树脂85%-90%、轻钙5%-10%、复合稳定剂1%-5%、石蜡0.4%-0.5%、玻璃纤维1%-4%。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种地下线缆用保护管道,其特征在于:所述树脂层包括PVC树脂6%、CPVC树脂86%、轻钙5、复合稳定剂1%、石蜡0.5%、玻璃纤维1.5%。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的一种地下线缆用保护管道,其特征在于:所述支撑层为不锈钢,厚度为0.1mm-1mm。
5.如权利要求1-3任一所述的一种地下线缆用保护管道,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层为PTFE,厚度为0.01mm-1mm。
