The invention provides an anti-collision protection device and an LED display screen with the same, wherein the protection device comprises a protection sheet, a rotatable structure, a fixed shaft and a spring; the fixed shaft is arranged in the box body and used for fixing the protection device, and the box body is used for installing parts to be protected; one end of the rotatable structure rotates around the fixed shaft, the other end of the rotatable structure is connected with the protective sheet, a spring is sleeved on the fixed shaft and used for providing elasticity to tightly attach the protective sheet to the outer side edge of the box body; the height of the protective sheet exceeds the height of the parts to be protected. The automatic movement of the protective sheet during the assembly of the display module is realized by using the locating pins of other display modules positioned on the surface of the box body opposite to the surface of the protective sheet. The anti-collision protection device can be used for protecting edges of products and effectively preventing the products from being damaged due to edge collision. The screen-overlapping installation protection sheet is movable, and the workload and difficulty of screen-overlapping installation are not increased.

With the development of LED display technology and the improvement of display application market demands, high-density and high-definition LED display screens become new pets in the market.
The existing LED display screen is mainly formed by processing a display device into a display module, then installing the display device on metal frame boxes with different specifications, and assembling the LED display boxes according to the requirements of display application. In order to ensure perfect seamless assembly effect, the LED display screen has very strict requirements on the external dimension of a single display LED display box body, and is of a borderless design. The LED display device is designed to the edges of the LED display module and the metal frame box body, and the high-density LED display screen cannot be protected by a plastic mask or a bottom shell. Inevitably, the LED display box is very easy to produce when transportation, installation and causes LED device or PCB circuit board to damage because of the collision, and the restoration degree of difficulty is very big, and serious unable restoration can only be scrapped the back and change new module. Description of the embodiments
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings by means of specific embodiments.
Taking the protection of an LED display module as an example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the anti-collision protection device of the invention comprises a protection sheet (1), a rotatable structure (2), a fixed shaft (3) and a spring (4). The fixed shaft (3) is arranged inside the box body (6) and is used for fixing the device. One end of the rotatable structure (2) rotates around the fixed shaft (3), the other end of the rotatable structure is connected with the protection sheet (1), a spring (4) is sleeved on the fixed shaft (3), and the spring (4) is used for providing elasticity to tightly attach the protection sheet (1) to the outer side edge of the box body (6). The height of the protective sheet (1) exceeds the height of the parts to be protected.
The protection device has a telescopic protection structure, and when the LED display module is in an independent single box state, the protection sheet of the protection device is attached to the outer side edge of the metal frame of the LED box body, so that the LED lamp beads (8) can be protected. Therefore, even if collision occurs in the transportation or assembly process, the protection sheet is only impacted, and the LED display device cannot be directly damaged.
As shown in fig. 3, the invention realizes the automatic movement of the protection sheet by using the locating pin (8) positioned on the surface of the box body opposite to the surface which is tightly attached with the protection sheet. The locating pin (8) is a locating pin which is frequently designed when the box body of the LED display screen is assembled.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, when the LED display module needs to be assembled for use, the locating pins (8) on the other module boxes trigger the rotatable structure (2) of the protection device to rotate, and the protection sheet automatically moves into the groove on the side edge of the metal frame of the box body, and the protection sheet and the side edge are in the same plane, so that the assembly of the box body is not affected.
After the LED display box body is disassembled and assembled, the protection sheet (1) is restored to a state of being attached to the outer side edge of the metal frame of the LED box body in a clinging way under the action of the elastic force of the spring (4), and the height of the protection sheet exceeds the height of a part to be protected.
The protective sheet (1) may be made of metal material such as iron or aluminum, or plastic or carbon fiber. The protection sheet can be made of iron or can be made of other materials by adopting a local iron insert, and then the magnet sheet can be additionally arranged on the side edge of the box body so as to effectively ensure that the protection sheet is firmly attached to the outer side edge of the metal frame of the LED box body.
The invention can be designed in single side or multiple sides, and can protect products in all directions. The protection device of the invention can be also applied to other products needing anti-collision protection.
The internal mechanism rotation triggering mode mentioned by the invention is automatic triggering by using the adjacent box locating pins, but can be changed into a manual mechanism, and the internal mechanism rotation triggering mode comprises a plurality of modes such as a pressing pin, a screw rod twisting pin and the like, and the internal mechanism rotation triggering mode is within the protection scope of the invention.

the LED display screen comprises a plurality of LED display boxes, each LED display box is provided with the protection device, and the automatic movement of the protection sheet when the box is assembled is realized by using a positioning pin of the box on the surface of the box opposite to the surface of the box, which is tightly attached to the protection sheet;
the side edges of the box body, which are clung to the protection sheets, are provided with grooves, and when the protection sheets automatically move into the grooves, the protection sheets and the side edges are positioned in the same plane, so that the assembly of the box body is not affected;
the material of the protective sheet is iron, aluminum, plastic or carbon fiber.
