Abstract
The invention relates to a service information management system based on an intelligent community, which comprises the intelligent community and a service information management unit, wherein the service information management unit comprises a service information publishing module and a service information matching module, a cloud server displays an object to be managed at a corresponding position in a three-dimensional building model of the community in a graphic and/or color mode based on service information published by the object to be managed through the service information publishing module, and determining a first priority display order of the service information pushed to the intelligent terminal sending the service information inquiry request according to service parameters related to the service information and service attributes of the objects to be managed of the intelligent terminal corresponding to the service information, which are issued by at least two other objects to be managed with time and space intersection, and calculating a first matching index of the service information by a service information matching module. Description
Technical Field

Background
The intelligent community is an integrated application of new-generation information technologies such as the internet of things, cloud computing and the mobile internet, and provides a safe, comfortable and convenient modern and intelligent living environment for community residents, so that a community with a new management form based on informatization and intelligent social management and service is formed. A first physical relationship between the first object to be managed and the first building is thus generated. And the intelligent terminal records the first physical relationship through natural language description and sends the first physical relationship to an information storage unit for storage. For example, the first physical relationship is described as a description that fitness equipment is located in room number 101 of a fitness room, public telephones are located in a hall of each cell, a resident a is located in two places 2509 of the a area, and the like, which accords with the daily use habits of community residents. The objects to be managed are people and things to be managed in the intelligent community. Preferably, the object to be managed is embedded in the three-dimensional building model in an image, the graphical position representing the position of the object to be managed.
According to a preferred embodiment, the adaptive algorithm of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a randomization algorithm, a zero-forcing algorithm, a steepest descent algorithm, an LMS algorithm, an RLS algorithm, and various blind equalization algorithms. The adaptive algorithm may more preferably be a description-based matching algorithm that matches one object of two finite sets one by one to an object of another set that is unknown in number and size according to the natural language description.
S3: describing a second physical relationship between at least one second object to be managed and the first building by adopting a competition method on the premise of considering the first physical relationship, and recording the second physical relationship by utilizing natural language description.
According to a preferred embodiment, the intelligent terminal sends the first physical relationship between the first object to be managed and the first building to an information storage unit of the cloud server for storage. The cloud server describes a second physical relationship between at least one second object to be managed and the first building by adopting a competition method under the premise that the first physical relationship is considered, and records the second physical relationship by utilizing natural language description. The cloud server finds out at least one second object to be managed which is the same as the building where the first object to be managed is located according to analysis of natural language description of the object to be managed, and adaptively embeds the at least one second object to be managed into a second corresponding position of the three-dimensional building model based on the natural language description of the at least one second object to be managed. Thus, a second physical relationship between a second object to be managed and the first building is generated. And the intelligent terminal records the second physical relationship through natural language description and sends the second physical relationship to the information storage unit for storage.
S4: the physical relationship between the first object to be managed and the first building is analyzed through information subscribed from the intelligent terminal held by the first object to be managed. The process at least comprises the following steps:

According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server sends subscription request information to the intelligent terminal held by the first object to be managed, and requests to subscribe the position information of the first object to be managed. The intelligent terminal receives a subscription request of the cloud server, and sends the position information of the first object to be managed after moving and the stay time information corresponding to the position information to the cloud server at the specified time. The position information of the present invention is position information that the first object to be managed can stay at a position for more than a defined time. The defined time may be preset. For example, the defined time may be 0.5 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours, or longer.
According to a preferred embodiment, the subscriptions include electronic subscriptions and physical subscriptions. For example, the physical subscription involves information including a subscribing user, an address, a subscription time, a push time per day, and the like. The first object to be managed may set one or more address information based on the push time of the subscription each day. That is, the subscribed material object providing units are delivered to different positions set by the first object to be managed based on different delivery times. The different location information may be a living location, a working location, a leisure and recreation location, etc. of the object to be managed.
S4.2: and calculating the internal positions of at least two buildings with the closest physical relationship of the first object to be managed by analyzing the position information and the information pushing time obtained by subscription.
According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server selects the position information and the stay time information of the first object to be managed staying in the first building according to the position information, the stay time information and the information push time of the first object to be managed in the first building, which are obtained through subscription, and obtains at least two building internal positions which are in the closest physical relationship with the first object to be managed. For example, the first object to be managed appears most frequently at the position of room a in the first building, and stays for the longest time each time in room B in the first building. The a room and the B room are the internal positions of the two buildings that are in the closest physical relationship with the first object to be managed.
S4.3: at least two building interior locations of the first object to be managed are graphically embedded in a three-dimensional building model.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least two building interior positions of the first object to be managed can be embedded graphically in the three-dimensional building model. The graphics include geometric graphics and color pictures. The graphics include two-dimensional graphics and three-dimensional graphics. The two-dimensional graphics may be simple geometric graphics, logo graphics, and two-dimensional color pictures. The three-dimensional graphics include graphics that are visually perceived as three-dimensional spatial graphics and colored three-dimensional graphics. Preferably, the graph may be a unique graph having a one-to-one mapping relationship with the first object to be managed, or may be a unique graph having a correspondence relationship with a position in the building. Alternatively, the graphic may be a landmark graphic representing a certain place.
For example, a graphic having a mapping relationship with a first object to be managed is embedded in at least two internal locations in a three-dimensional building model of a first building in close physical relationship therewith. When the intelligent terminal requests the cloud server side to check the distribution condition of the management objects of the whole building, the cloud server responds to the request of the intelligent terminal and sends data of each indoor position in the appointed building to the three-dimensional building model of the intelligent terminal. The graphics of all the management objects within the specified building are displayed at the corresponding locations of the three-dimensional building model. By specifying the display graphics in the three-dimensional building model of the building, the positions of the respective management objects can be determined.
For example, the graph has a mapping relationship with a location within a building. The intelligent terminal sends request information for searching the management object to the cloud server side, the cloud server side responds to the request information of the intelligent terminal, and information related to the management object is sent to the intelligent terminal. The graphics of the two geographical locations closely associated with the management object are displayed at corresponding locations of the three-dimensional building model of the building.
According to a preferred embodiment, the building internal position is embedded in a graph mode, namely the cloud server embeds a two-dimensional graph or a three-dimensional graph established based on the geographic position description information of the first object to be managed subscription information into a corresponding position in the first building model marked by the first object to be managed.
S4.4: and distributing at least two building internal positions which are determined by analyzing the subscription information of the at least one second object to be managed and have the closest physical relationship with the at least one second object to be managed to the three-dimensional building model under the premise of considering the second physical relationship between the at least one second object to be managed and the first building, so as to realize the position matching of the objects to be managed and the three-dimensional building model.
According to the method, by searching for data conflicts, the positions of the objects to be managed in the three-dimensional building model are mutually checked and verified in the cloud server, and the positions are repeatedly adjusted to accurately determine the specific positions of all the objects to be managed in the intelligent community. When the intelligent system manages the intelligent community, a database does not need to be established in advance, and the requirements on the network and the equipment are greatly reduced.
According to a preferred embodiment, the invention takes a random algorithm as an example to explain how to adopt a competition method to embed the object to be managed into the corresponding position of the three-dimensional building model. For example, the address filled by the first object to be managed is two a zones 25a09, and a09 is divided into one of the two a zones 25. And then based on the analysis of the natural language description of the objects to be managed, at least one second object to be managed which is the same as the building where the two buildings 25A09 in the A area are located is found. According to the method, another address is found: the two pieces of 2509 in the a area divide 09 into one of the 25 layers of the two pieces of a area, and when the position is found to be occupied, an inquiry request is sent to the cloud server to check the two pieces of a area. By checking, it is found that 25a09 should be in space number 09 at 24 layers, and the cloud server adjusts the positions of the two accordingly. According to the method, the matching of the spatial position information of each object to be managed in the community is completed.
According to a preferred embodiment, the intelligent terminal collects information of the object to be managed and sends the information of the object to be managed and the collection time to the information storage unit of the cloud server for storage. Preferably, the information of the object to be managed collected by the intelligent terminal includes time information, space information, basic information and the like of the residents of the community to be managed, and time information, space information, basic service information, functional information, occupation state information, self-demand information and the like of the device to be managed or the service provider. The information of the object to be managed collected by the intelligent terminal also comprises various dynamic information related to residents of the community to be managed, equipment to be managed or a service provider. Such as the progress of a community event. Preferably, the information storage unit of the cloud server stores four-dimensional data. The four-dimensional data at least comprises three-dimensional space information and one-dimensional time information of the object to be managed, which are acquired by the intelligent terminal.
According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server searches the object to be managed based on the natural language related to the object to be managed input through the intelligent terminal. For example: when the intelligent terminal inputs the two A areas 25A09, the cloud server pushes the data records related to the two A areas 25A09 to the intelligent terminal and displays the data records on the display of the intelligent terminal. The information storage unit of the cloud server stores four-dimensional data, and the cloud server searches by using time information and space information related to an object to be managed, so that the searching efficiency can be improved. On the other hand, when the state of the object to be managed is checked, the data record related to the object to be checked can be called only by inputting the natural language description related to the object to be checked, the method is convenient to use and accords with the daily life habit, and the called data record is only related to the object to be checked, so that the situation of the object to be managed in a specific community building can be checked and/or controlled in an intuitive mode at an intelligent terminal with limited capacity, limited network bandwidth and limited operation speed.

A service information management system based on an intelligent community comprises the intelligent community and a service information management unit. As shown in fig. 1, the service information management system based on the intelligent community of the present invention includes a cloud server, an intelligent terminal, a service information publishing module, and a service information matching module.
The cloud server is used for storing personal information of the user, service information of the user and geographic position information. The cloud server comprises a modeling unit and an information storage unit. The information storage unit includes a personal information base and a service information base.
The personal information base is used for storing registration information and related information of the user. The related information includes family structure information and life interest information of the user.
The service information base is used for storing service information of the user.
The service information publishing module is used for publishing the service information by the user. The service information includes service provision information and service demand information. The service providing information refers to service information capable of providing a service to a client. The service requirement information refers to service information that the customer needs to service. The service information includes service time, service place, service charge, charging method and personal information of service personnel. The service personnel personal information comprises information such as name, gender, age, working time, working service quality and the like. And the user publishes the service providing information and/or the service requirement information through the service information publishing module.
The service information matching module is used for matching effective service information for the user according to the activity area information and the personal information of the user and the classification of age groups, family member structures and life interests and sending the effective service information to the intelligent terminal of the user. The service information matching module comprises an age group matching module, a family structure matching module and a life interest matching module.
The age group matching module is used for matching the suitable service information according to the age group of the user. For example, sports information, housekeeping information, maintenance information, and business information are primarily matched to a user population between the ages of 20-30. Because a user population between 20 and 30 years of age has just entered society, the services required are mainly focused on life, consumption and sports, and rarely involve endowment and parental services.
The family structure matching module is used for forming structure matching service information according to family members of the user. For example, if the family structure members registered by the user include a spouse and children, the family structure matching module matches the parent-child information to the users who have children in the family, and the families of the users who do not have children do not receive the parent-child information. Therefore, the situation that users without children accept and check invalid parent-child service information is avoided, and the users do not waste time. For example, the family members registered by the user include handicapped people and old people, and the family structure matching module matches information such as housekeeping information, endowment information, government policy information on the handicapped people and the old people, and old activity information according to the family structure information of the user. Business information that is of first concern to the elderly may also be matched.
The life interest matching module is used for matching corresponding service information according to the life interest of the user. For example, the user likes swimming and running, the activity areas of the user including a natatorium and a running place are analyzed, and the life interest matching module matches service information related to the user's interest in sports according to the collected motion areas. For example, the user likes adventure sports such as rock climbing, and the living interest matching module matches sports service information, business information, and group activity information related to rock climbing to the user. The user's life interest may also be information that the user actively enters and saves in a personal information base. The life interest matching module matches the interests in the user personal information base with the service information, so that interest service information interesting to the user is matched and sent to the intelligent terminal of the user.
Preferably, the cloud server displays the objects to be managed at corresponding positions in the three-dimensional building model of the community in a graphic and/or color manner based on the service information published by the objects to be managed through the service information publishing module, and determines a first priority display order of the service information pushed to the intelligent terminal which sends the service information query request according to service parameters related to the service information published by at least two other objects to be managed with time and space intersection and service attributes of the objects to be managed of the intelligent terminal corresponding to the service information.
And the object to be managed pushes the service information to be released to the service information release module through the intelligent terminal. The service information issued by the object to be managed includes geographical location information of the object to be managed. And the cloud server determines the corresponding position of the object to be managed in the three-dimensional building model according to the service information. The first object to be managed and the second object to be managed with time and space intersection respectively provide or use the service of the service information. Time intersection refers to the intersection of times at the same time period of the day. Spatial intersection refers to the intersection of geographical location ranges. Having a temporal intersection and a spatial intersection means that the active territory scope and the time period served have an intersection. The first object to be managed and the second object to be managed can feed back service parameters and service feedback related to the service after providing or receiving the service. For example, the service parameter may be a service attitude parameter, a service satisfaction parameter, a recommendation parameter, a customer attitude parameter, a customer acceptance parameter, a customer customized service times parameter, and the like. The service feedback also includes information such as service defects described in a natural language. The cloud server determines the service attribute of the service information after receiving the service information request sent by the intelligent terminal. The service attributes comprise attributes of service category, service group, service time, service price range and the like. For example, the first object to be managed sends the service information request to the cloud server through the intelligent terminal. After the cloud server sends a service information query request, the cloud server sends data of an object to be managed related to service information to the intelligent terminal and displays the data in a three-dimensional building model in a graphic and/or color mode, and meanwhile, a second object to be managed, which has a time and space intersection with the first object to be managed, is found to receive services provided by a provider of the service information with the same service attribute. And the cloud server also sends the service information and the service parameters fed back by the second object to be managed to the intelligent terminal. The service information sent by the cloud server is numerous and does not necessarily meet the requirement of the object to be managed for sending the service query information. Therefore, in the process of sending the service information, the cloud server ranks the service information with the same service attribute or higher service parameter as the service attribute of the service information to be queried and the service parameter of the service information fed back by other objects to be managed at the position before the first priority display order according to the service attribute of the service information to be queried and the service parameter of the service information fed back by other objects to be managed. Thereby sending high-quality service information for the intelligent terminal.
The service information matching module calculates a first matching index of the service information based on a service satisfaction parameter, a popularity parameter and a public recommendation parameter of the service information with a first priority display sequence pushed by the cloud server and a geographic position distance parameter of the object to be managed which sends out a service information query request.
Preferably, in order to match the service information sent by the cloud server with the service information required by the intelligent terminal to obtain high-quality service information, the cloud server pushes the service information to the service information matching module, and the service information matching module matches the service information to be queried with the pushed service information and then pushes the service information with a higher matching index to the intelligent terminal. The service information pushed by the cloud server includes a variety of information, including complicated information such as service defects, service parameters, service advantages, service comparison, public recommendation parameters, and the like of each service. The service information matching module calculates a first matching index according to the service satisfaction parameter, the popularity parameter, the public recommendation parameter and the geographic position distance parameter of each service information after receiving the service information with the first priority display sequence. The service satisfaction parameters, the popularity parameters and the public recommendation parameters are issued to the cloud server by the service information issuing module of the intelligent terminal by the user who receives the service. The geographic position parameter is determined by the cloud server according to the geographic position of the object to be managed which sends the query request and the geographic position of the service information provider or the service information demander. The farther apart the geographic locations are, the lower the geographic location parameter, and the closer the geographic locations are, the higher the geographic location parameter. The first matching index is calculated by a plurality of methods, including a weight calculation method, a proportion calculation method and other calculation methods which accord with logic.
According to a preferred embodiment, in the process of instantiating the object to be managed, the data for identifying the graph and/or color of the object to be managed and the three-dimensional community building model are pre-stored in an information storage unit of the cloud server, and the cloud server pushes a map closely related to the geographic position of the object to be managed, the graph and/or color of the object to be managed and the data of the three-dimensional community building model to the intelligent terminal in the form of a data packet according to a registration request of the intelligent terminal. And the intelligent terminal embeds the object to be managed into the community three-dimensional building model in a graphic and/or color mode according to the data of the data packet pushed by the cloud server.
Preferably, the data for identifying the graph and/or color of the object to be managed and the three-dimensional building model of the community is pre-stored in the information storage unit of the cloud server. And only after the intelligent terminal sends a request, the cloud server configures data information according to the request information and pushes the data information to the intelligent terminal. The intelligent terminal has the advantages that the data flow of the intelligent terminal is less, the intelligent terminal is updated quickly, the user experience at the intelligent terminal is better, and the intelligent terminal does not need to wait for buffering. The cloud server compresses a map closely related to the geographic position of the object to be managed, a graph and/or color for identifying the object to be managed and data of a community three-dimensional building model into a data packet, and pushes the data packet to the intelligent terminal in the form of the data packet. And the intelligent terminal embeds the object to be managed into the community three-dimensional building model in a graphic and/or color mode according to the received data of the data packet.
According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server generates the service information pushed to the service information matching module based on information related to the service information contained in the spatial information described in the natural language in combination with at least one service attribute of the object to be managed corresponding to the spatial information. The service information matching module adjusts a first priority display sequence of at least one service information pushed by the cloud server to be a second priority display sequence based on the first matching index and pushes the service information displayed according to the second priority display sequence to the intelligent terminal.
For example, the user inquires legal service information located in business circle A through the intelligent terminal. And the cloud server determines a service information provider B and a service information provider C which provide the same legal service and service attributes combinations of service items, service groups, service time, service price ranges and the like of the service provider positioned in the geographic position information according to the business circle A to generate complete service information and sends the complete service information to the service information matching module.
The service information matching module calculates a first matching index of the service information according to the service information and the query request of the user, and adjusts the service information providers B and C arranged in the first priority display order of the cloud server to the service information providers C and B arranged in the second priority display order according to the first matching index. And the service information matching module pushes the service information displayed according to the second priority display sequence to the intelligent terminal. Compared with the service information with the first priority display sequence, the service information with the second priority display sequence is adjusted by the intelligent terminal according to the service attribute of the user, and is closer to and conforms to the requirement of the user.
According to a preferred embodiment, the intelligent terminal calculates a second matching index of the service information according to the pushing parameter of the service information, the selection parameter of the object to be managed holding the intelligent terminal and the history satisfaction parameter, which are displayed according to the second priority display order, pushed by the service information matching module, and the intelligent terminal feeds the second matching index of the service information back to the cloud server. And the cloud server stores and pushes the service information displayed according to a third priority order to the intelligent terminal according to the second matching index. The service information of the third priority display order is further preferentially adjusted than the service information of the second priority display order. According to the selection parameters and the history satisfaction parameters in the user history, the optimal service information which best meets the user requirements can be screened out.
Before sending the request for inquiring the service information, the user may have inquired the similar service information, selected the selection parameters of the service information and formed a history. The user can also feed back service parameters after receiving the service or providing the service, and historical satisfaction parameters are formed. The history information is formed and marked by the intelligent terminal and then sent to the cloud server for storage. When the service information received by the intelligent terminal contains the marked information, the intelligent terminal can identify the service information. Therefore, the intelligent terminal calculates a second matching index of the service information according to the pushing parameter of the service information displayed according to the second priority display sequence, the selection parameter of the object to be managed holding the intelligent terminal and the history satisfaction parameter pushed by the service information matching module. If the service information meeting the threshold value of the second matching index is less or not, the intelligent terminal feeds the second matching index of the service information back to the cloud server, and meanwhile the second matching index information is marked in the fed-back service information. And the cloud server stores and adjusts the service information displayed according to the second priority display sequence into service information displayed according to a third priority sequence according to the second matching index. And the cloud server pushes the service information displayed according to the third priority order to the intelligent terminal.
According to a preferred embodiment, the service information matching module includes an age group matching module, a family structure matching module, and a living interest matching module. And the service information matching module responds to the specified ordering request of the intelligent terminal, receives and calculates a third matching index of the service information and the object to be managed according to the age parameter and the family combination parameter of the service information which is pushed by the cloud server and is displayed according to a third priority order and the interest parameters of other managed objects which have time and space intersection with the object to be managed. And the service information matching module readjusts the display sequence of the service information according to the third matching index, the historical selection record parameter of the object to be managed and the specified sorting rule of the intelligent terminal and pushes the service information displayed according to a fourth priority sequence to the intelligent terminal. The sequence of the service information is adjusted according to the personal life characteristics of the user, so that the sequence of the obtained service information is consistent with the requirements of the user, the intelligent terminal receives less flow and transmits high-quality information with the highest efficiency, the updating time of the intelligent terminal and the selection time of the user are saved, and the efficiency of the user is improved.
After the intelligent terminal receives the service information which is arranged and displayed according to a certain sequence, a user specifies the ordering requirement through the intelligent terminal. For example, by price, by service time, by popularity parameter, by service satisfaction parameter, etc. Other users with time and space intersection with the user may also feed back interest parameters for the service information. The cloud server simultaneously stores age information, family member information, historical interest information and parameters of the user. For example, with parent-child service activities, users with space and time intersection will upload and publish their interest parameters. And the service information matching module responds to the appointed sorting request of the intelligent terminal, receives and calculates a third matching index of the service information and the user sending the query request according to the age parameter, the family combination parameter and other users of the service information which is pushed by the cloud server and displayed according to a third priority order and the historical interest parameters of the user. And the service information matching module re-determines the display sequence of the service information according to the third matching index and the history selection record parameters of the user. Or readjusting the display sequence of the service information according to the specified sorting rule of the intelligent terminal and pushing the service information displayed according to the fourth priority sequence to the intelligent terminal.
According to a preferred embodiment, the service information matching module calculates the popularity parameter of the object to be managed related to time based on the service satisfaction parameter, popularity parameter and public recommendation parameter and their weights.
According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server identifies the popularity parameters of the service information providers or the service information demanders in the three-dimensional building in different colors based on the service information, and displays other service information providers or service information demanders which are not successfully matched in the building model in a transparent color after the service information matching module is successfully matched. And the cloud server pushes at least one service information provider or service information demander successfully matched with the intelligent terminal and the position matching in the three-dimensional building model and the identification expressed by natural language description and/or color to the intelligent terminal and displays the identification in a graphic mode.
For example, a user queries legal services via an intelligent terminal. The intelligent terminal receives data of three legal service organizations A, B, C matched with the user and service information thereof pushed by the cloud server. The service information comprises the color and/or the color which are/is displayed by each legal service organization and given by the cloud server according to the popularity parameters. The intelligent terminal embeds the legal service organization A, B, C into the corresponding position of the three-dimensional building model of the community according to the received data packet, displays the legal service organization A with the first popularity parameter as a red pentagon, displays the legal service organization B with the second popularity parameter as a yellow pentagon, and displays the legal service organization C with the third popularity parameter as a green square. Other legal services not matching the user are displayed in transparent colors.
The user can designate to display in a time-related mode at the intelligent terminal, and the cloud server displays the popularity parameters of the three legal service organizations in a time-related mode, for example, the popularity parameter graphs in a time sequence.
According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server marks the service information, the first matching index to the third matching index of the object to be managed and the service information determined by the object to be managed based on the determination result of the intelligent terminal on the service information, updates the selection parameter of the service information, and preferentially calculates the matching index of the historically selected service information when the object to be managed issues a service information request related to the service information again.
After the user determines the selection result, the cloud server marks feedback information of all matching indexes generated in the selection process. And if the mobile terminal is marked in the feedback process, the cloud server does not mark any more. For example, the cloud server marks the service information and the first to third matching indices of the user and the service information determined by the user. And the cloud server updates the selection parameters of the service information according to the marked information and the determination result of the user. When the user issues a service information request related to the marked service information again, a matching index of the service information which is selected by the user in history and has the mark is calculated preferentially.
According to a preferred embodiment, the cloud server further comprises a modeling unit and an information storage unit. The modeling unit is used for establishing a three-dimensional building model based on the building space information of the community, sending a space information mark and/or a data record of the three-dimensional building model to the information storage unit for storage, and sending a three-dimensional graphic model corresponding to the information mark and/or the data record to the intelligent terminal for storage.
For example, the modeling unit builds a three-dimensional building model at the intelligent terminal based on the three-dimensional building model of the cloud server. Specific data of each location in the three-dimensional building model is stored in the information storage unit of the cloud server. The data includes spatial information marks and/or data records. And the three-dimensional graphic model corresponding to the information tag and/or the data record is stored in the intelligent terminal. In this way, the cloud server only sends data required by the intelligent terminal to fill the three-dimensional graphic model according to the request of the intelligent terminal, and displays required service information for the user. And the information irrelevant to the requirements of the user can not be sent by the cloud server, so that the data flow is saved, the updating time of the intelligent terminal is shortened, and the updating speed of the intelligent terminal is increased.
According to a preferred embodiment, the matching of the data records related to the community three-seat building model to the pattern of the corresponding location by the cloud server comprises: the mode of combining the position information in the community three-dimensional building map information described in natural language with the data record, the mode of combining the community three-dimensional building map information with the data record and/or the mode of combining the community three-dimensional building map coordinates with the data record.
For example, the mode of combining data records with position information in the three-dimensional building map information of the community described in natural language is as follows: a span 3 units 22 level 06 rooms.
According to a preferred embodiment, the service information management system of the present invention further includes a service information review module and a service information classification module. The service information examination module is used for screening and examining keywords in the service information issued by the service information distribution module and deleting the service information which does not meet the legal standard and the moral standard. The service information examination module determines whether the service information is suspected to violate the law according to the text content in the service information. If the service information violates the law, the service information review module rejects the violated service information and prohibits the publication of the violated service information.
The service information classification module classifies the service information into service information suitable for users of different age groups, family member structures and life interests. The service information classification module classifies the service information according to the service content of the service information, so that the service information matching module can match effective service information for users conveniently. Preferably, the service information category of the service information classification module at least includes housekeeping information, maintenance information, property information, parent-child information, endowment information, sports information, and business information.
According to a preferred embodiment, the service information management system of the present invention further includes an order management module, a fee management module, and a consumption analysis module. The order management module is used for establishing a service order, canceling the service order and confirming the end of the service order. And the user establishes a service order corresponding to the selected service information through the order management module.
The consumption management module is used for calculating service cost, paying service cost and exchanging service cost. And the consumption management module pays corresponding service cost according to the confirmation information of the user for service completion. For example, after the user establishes the service order through the order management module, the service order is confirmed after the service personnel completes the service. And the consumption management module confirms the service charge according to the confirmation information of the user/service personnel, deducts the corresponding service charge from the related account specified by the user and transfers the service charge to the specified account of the service personnel. Thereby completing management of service charge. And if the user or the service personnel cancel the service order, the consumption management module refunds or stops payment for the corresponding service fee.
Preferably, the consumption analysis module is connected with the expense management module and analyzes the service consumption condition of the user, so that the consumption service item, the consumption limit range and the consumption attraction resistance of the user are analyzed. The consumption service item refers to a kind of service consumed by the user. The consumption amount range refers to the range of the consumption amount of the user. The consumption temptation resistance refers to resistance of the user to the advertisement service information. If the number of times that the user purchases the related commercial service after receiving the corresponding commercial service information is large, the consumption temptation resistance of the user is low. The consumption analysis module analyzes the service consumption information of the user and feeds back the analysis result to the service information publishing module. And the service information publishing module adjusts the commercial content of the published commercial information according to the service consumption information of the user. For example, after receiving business service information of beauty service, most users in the community establish a beauty business order and receive beauty service, the consumption analysis module feeds back information of the beauty business service consumed by the users to the service information publishing module, the business service publishing party publishes the business service information related to the beauty service according to the consumption probability of the community users analyzed by the consumption analysis module, and the business service information related to beauty service is further matched with the users who receive beauty service.
The intelligent terminal comprises an intelligent terminal which is provided with a screen and allows electronic information to be checked, and comprises intelligent electronic products such as a smart phone, an intelligent bracelet, a computer and a notebook computer.

The first user and the second user register in a system of the intelligent community, register personal information and set permission for collecting geographic position information.
And the at least one second user publishes the service information through the service information publishing module. The service information includes service provision information or service demand information. The service examination module receives the service information issued by the service information issuing module, examines the content of the service information, and rejects the service information which does not conform to the legal provision and the social moral standard. The service information passing through the service information examination module is transmitted to the service information classification module. And the service information classification module classifies the service information according to the content of the service information and related keywords thereof. The service information category at least comprises housekeeping information, maintenance information, property information, parent-child information, endowment information, sports information and business information. The service information matching module matches effective service information for the users according to the activity area information and the personal information of the first user and the classification of age groups, family member structures and life interests and sends the effective service information to the intelligent terminal of the first user.
For example, the first user is registered with an age of 25 years, which belongs to the age group of 20-30 years. The first user's home structure includes up to the user and its parents. The first user registers a life interest of running and climbing. The service information matching module shields parent-child information and sends housekeeping information, maintenance information, property information and endowment information and business service information related to the old people to the first user according to the age, family structure and life interest of the first user. And after receiving the service information, the first user selects the service information and establishes a service order. And the second user receives the service information after receiving the service order of the first user, and performs service at the appointed service place. After the service is finished, the first user or the second user confirms that the service is finished through the order management module, and the first user pays the service fee through the fee management module.
The consumption analysis module analyzes that the consumption service of the first user mainly relates to beauty service, second market shopping and the purchase of articles of old people according to the consumption condition of the first user, and then the consumption analysis module feeds back the consumption condition of the first user to the service information publishing module and the service information matching module. The service information matching module sends related commercial activity information about a second shopping mall, service information related to beauty and service information related to old people to the first user according to the activity area of the first user. The first user can not receive the service information which is neither needed nor invalid, so that the time for the first user to check the information is saved, the life habits of the first user are closely attached, the first user can use the service information conveniently, and the service information is comfortable and convenient.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art, having benefit of the present disclosure, may devise various arrangements that are within the scope of the present disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention. Claims (10)
1. A service information management system based on an intelligent community comprises the intelligent community and a service information management unit, and is characterized in that the intelligent community at least comprises an intelligent terminal and a cloud server,
the cloud server instantiates the object to be managed into a community three-dimensional building model pre-established by the cloud server in a self-adaptive mode and a competitive mode based on spatial information which is acquired by the intelligent terminal and comprises a first object to be managed and at least one second object to be managed and is described in a natural language so as to realize position matching of the object to be managed and the three-dimensional building model; wherein,
natural language is a daily description language that departs from longitude and latitude and altitude,
the service information management unit comprises a service information publishing module and a service information matching module,
the cloud server displays the objects to be managed in corresponding positions in the community three-dimensional building model in a graphic and/or color mode based on the service information published by the objects to be managed through the service information publishing module, and determines a first priority display order of the service information pushed to the intelligent terminal issuing the service information query request according to service parameters related to the service information published by at least two other objects to be managed with time and space intersection and service attributes of the objects to be managed of the intelligent terminal corresponding to the service information,
the service information matching module calculates a first matching index of service information based on a service satisfaction parameter, a popularity parameter and a public recommendation parameter of the service information with a first priority display sequence pushed by the cloud server and a geographic position distance parameter of the object to be managed which sends out a service information query request.

The service information management system according to claim 1, wherein data for identifying a graphic and/or color of the object to be managed and a three-dimensional building model of the community are pre-stored in an information storage unit of the cloud server during instantiation of the object to be managed, the cloud server pushes a map closely related to a geographical location of the object to be managed, data for identifying a graphic and/or color of the object to be managed and a three-dimensional building model of the community to the smart terminal in the form of a data packet according to a registration request of the smart terminal,
and the intelligent terminal embeds the object to be managed into the community three-dimensional building model in a graphic and/or color mode according to the data of the data packet pushed by the cloud server.

The service information management system according to claim 2, wherein the cloud server generates the service information pushed to the service information matching module based on information related to service information contained in spatial information described in a natural language in combination with at least one service attribute of an object to be managed corresponding to the spatial information,
the service information matching module adjusts a first priority display sequence of at least one service information pushed by the cloud server to be a second priority display sequence based on the first matching index and pushes the service information displayed according to the second priority display sequence to the intelligent terminal.

The service information management system according to claim 3, wherein the smart terminal calculates a second matching index of the service information according to a push parameter of the service information, a selection parameter of an object to be managed holding the smart terminal, and a history satisfaction parameter, which are pushed by the service information matching module and displayed in the second priority display order, the smart terminal feeds back the second matching index of the service information to the cloud server,
and the cloud server stores and pushes the service information displayed according to a third priority order to the intelligent terminal according to the second matching index.
5. The service information management system of claim 4, wherein the service information matching module includes an age group matching module, a family structure matching module, and a living interest matching module,
the service information matching module responds to the appointed sorting request of the intelligent terminal, receives and calculates a third matching index of the service information and the object to be managed according to the age parameter and the family combination parameter of the service information which is pushed by the cloud server and is displayed according to a third priority order and the interest parameters of other managed objects which have time and space intersection with the object to be managed,
and the service information matching module readjusts the display sequence of the service information according to the third matching index, the historical selection record parameter of the object to be managed and the specified sorting rule of the intelligent terminal and pushes the service information displayed according to a fourth priority sequence to the intelligent terminal.

The service information management system of claim 5, wherein the service information matching module calculates a time-dependent popularity parameter of the object to be managed based on the service satisfaction parameter, popularity parameter, and public recommendation parameter and their weights,
the cloud server identifies the popularity parameters of the service information providers or the service information demanders related to the time in the three-dimensional building in different colors based on the service information, and displays other service information providers or service information demanders which are not matched successfully in the building model in transparent color after the service information matching module is matched successfully,
and the cloud server pushes at least one service information provider or service information demander successfully matched with the intelligent terminal and the position matching in the three-dimensional building model and the identification expressed by natural language description and/or color to the intelligent terminal and displays the identification in a graphic mode.

The service information management system according to claim 6, wherein the cloud server marks the service information and the first to third matching indices of the object to be managed and the service information determined by the object to be managed based on the determination result of the service information by the smart terminal, updates the selection parameter of the service information, and preferentially calculates the matching index of the historically selected service information when the object to be managed issues a service information request related to the service information again.

The service information management system according to claim 7, wherein the cloud server further comprises a modeling unit and an information storage unit, wherein the modeling unit is configured to build a three-dimensional building model based on the community building space information, send a space information tag and/or a data record of the three-dimensional building model to the information storage unit for storage, and send a three-dimensional graphic model corresponding to the information tag and/or the data record to the intelligent terminal for storage.
9. The service information management system of claim 8, wherein the cloud server matching data records related to a community three-dimensional building model to a pattern of corresponding locations comprises:
the mode of combining the position information in the community three-dimensional building map information described in natural language with the data record, the mode of combining the community three-dimensional building map information with the data record and/or the mode of combining the community three-dimensional building map coordinates with the data record.
10. Service information management system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the intelligent community is established by:
each building in the intelligent community is selected from a plurality of preset three-dimensional building models, and the selected three-dimensional building models are endowed with names described by natural language;
adopting an adaptive method to generate a first physical relationship between a first object to be managed and a first building and recording the first physical relationship by virtue of natural language description;
describing a second physical relationship between at least one second object to be managed and the first building by adopting a competition method on the premise of considering the first physical relationship, and recording the second physical relationship by utilizing natural language description;
the physical relationship between the first object to be managed and the first building is obtained by analyzing information subscribed from the intelligent terminal held by the first object to be managed;
the process of analyzing through the information subscribed from the intelligent terminal held by the first object to be managed comprises the following steps:
the information obtained by subscription at least comprises the position information and the information pushing time of the intelligent terminal,
calculating at least two building internal positions with the closest physical relationship of the first object to be managed by analyzing the subscribed position information and the information pushing time,
at least two building interior locations of the first object to be managed are graphically embedded in a three-dimensional building model,
and distributing at least two building internal positions which are determined by analyzing the subscription information of the at least one second object to be managed and have the closest physical relationship with the at least one second object to be managed to the three-dimensional building model under the premise of considering the second physical relationship between the at least one second object to be managed and the first building, so as to realize the position matching of the objects to be managed and the three-dimensional building model.
