Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a partially exploded view of an electronic product 1 according to an embodiment of the disclosure is shown. The electronic product 1 includes a display device 10 and a carrier 12, the display device 10 is a liquid crystal display, a portable computer, or the like, and the carrier 12 is used for carrying the display device 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the loading ledge 12 may be locked to the VESA base 2. Here, the VESA base 2 is a base mounted on a screen bracket (not shown), and is connected to the screen bracket through a connection portion 20. The screen support can be a screen support which can be generally placed on a desktop, and can also be a screen support applied to special occasions, such as a screen support applied to medical equipment. Since the VESA base 2 is a basic configuration installed on the screen bracket, it conforms to the international standard VESA, and therefore, it is suitable for any component conforming to the VESA specification to be locked thereon. In the embodiment of fig. 1, the loading ledge 12 is locked to the VESA base 2.
In detail, referring to fig. 2, an exploded view of the loading frame 12 assembled to the VESA base 2 is shown. The carrier 12 may have at least two mounting holes 12h conforming to VESA specifications, the mounting holes 12h being, for example, screw studs. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the number of the mounting holes 12h is four, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. Meanwhile, the VESA base 2 also has at least two holes 2h conforming to the international standard VESA, so that the bearing frame 12 can be locked on the VESA base 2 by passing the screws 21 through the holes 2h and the mounting holes 12 h.
Referring to fig. 1, the display device 10 has a guide 11, the supporting frame 12 has a slide rail 121, and after the supporting frame 12 is locked on the VESA base 2, the display device 10 can be quickly detached from the supporting frame 12 by the guide 11 and the slide rail 121 on the supporting frame 12; conversely, the display device 10 can be detached from the supporting frame 12 in a quick-release manner.
Fig. 3A and 3B show front and rear side views of the loading ledge 12, respectively, and fig. 4 shows an exploded view of the display device 10 and the guide 11. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3A and fig. 4, the electronic product 1 further includes at least one guiding element 11, and the guiding element 11 is locked to the display device 10. The carriage 12 has at least one slide rail 121, and the slide rail 121 is suitable for the guide 11 to slide in, so that the display device 10 can be detachably mounted on the carriage 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3A, the slide rail 121 has an opening 121e and a bottom 121b opposite to each other, and the opening 121e is used for sliding the guide 11 into the slide rail 121 in the first direction D1 or separating the guide 11 from the slide rail 121 in the second direction D2. When the guide 11 slides into the slide rail 121 in the first direction D1 completely, the guide 11 is engaged with the bottom 121b of the slide rail 121.
Referring to the enlarged view of the guide 11 in fig. 4, the guide 11 may include a screw head portion 110 and a guide groove 111, and the guide groove 111 is formed in a retracted region below the screw head portion 110. Therefore, the guide groove 111 can be fastened to the slide rail 121 and can slide between the opening 121e and the bottom 121b, that is, the guide 11 slides between the opening 121e and the bottom 121b via the guide groove 111.
As described above, the guide 11 is locked to the display device 10, for example, the back shell of the display device 10, and the display device 10 can be detachably mounted on the frame 12 as long as the slide rail 121 is disposed on the frame 12 corresponding to the position of the guide 11, so that the assembly, disassembly and manufacturing are very simple, and additional plates do not need to be mounted on the back shell of the display device 10. Moreover, since the design only needs to lock the guiding elements 11 to the display device 10, even if a plurality of guiding elements 11 are locked to different moving parts of the display device 10, for example, two guiding elements 11 are locked to the movable first moving element 101 in fig. 4, and the other two guiding elements 11 are locked to the movable second moving element 102, the mobility and functionality of the first moving element 101 and the second moving element 102 will not be affected.
Showing the assembly of the device 10 to the loading ledge 12, fig. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of fig. 5 along the cut line 6-6'. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the electronic product 1 further includes a latch 13, and the latch 13 is disposed on the supporting frame 12. The guide 11 has a fixing hole 11h, and when the guide 11 slides into the slide rail 121, the latch 13 is adapted to be inserted into the fixing hole 11h of the guide 11 to fix the display device 10 on the carriage 12.
In this example, the number of the pins 13 is one. For example, when the VESA base 2 is a screen bracket installed on a medical device, since medical staff often needs to work independently, the number of the pins may be only one, so that the medical staff can operate the pins conveniently. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the number of the pins 13 can be adjusted according to the actual use situation.
On the other hand, although the number of the guide 11 and the slide rail 121 in fig. 1 to 6 is four, the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In other embodiments, the electronic product 1 may have only one guide 11 and one sliding rail 121. In this case, the shape of the guide groove 111 of the guide 11 may be non-circular, such as triangular, quadrangular and pentagonal, or elliptical, so as to prevent the display device 10 from being fixed due to shaking when the guide 11 is engaged with the bottom 121b of the slide rail 121. Alternatively, the bottom 121b of the sliding rail 121 is not arc-shaped, and may have a plurality of corners to prevent the display device 10 from shaking. Alternatively, the fixing hole 11h of the guide 11 and the latch 13 may have a non-circular shape to prevent the display apparatus 10 from being rotated arbitrarily. For example, the fixing hole 11h and the plug 13 may be hexagonal in shape, and the guide 11 is a hexagon socket screw, so that the fixing hole 11h can be used for inserting and fixing the plug 13, and also can be used for manually locking the hexagonal plate on the display device 10.
Besides, the number of the guide 11 and the slide rail 121 may be two or more. When the number of the guide members 11 and the number of the slide rails 121 are two, the slide rails 121 may be disposed on the loading frame 12 in a vertically symmetrical manner, a horizontally symmetrical manner, or a diagonal manner, so that the corresponding guide members 11 can slide in. Therefore, the present disclosure does not limit the number of the guides 11 and the slide rails 121, as long as the display device 10 can be stably mounted on the loading frame 12, and the number of the guides 11 and the slide rails 121 can be adjusted as appropriate.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic view showing the process of assembling the device 10 to the loading ledge 12. Referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3B and fig. 7, the loading frame 12 may include a plate 122 and a bent portion 123, the slide rail 121 is disposed on the plate 122, wherein the bent portion 123 is formed by extending and bending the plate 122 toward another opposite side of the loading frame 12, that is, the plate 122 and the bent portion 123 are disposed on two opposite sides of the loading frame 12, respectively. As shown in fig. 7, when the guide 11 slides into the slide rail 121 from the opening 121e in the first direction D1, since the distance P between the plate 122 and the bending part 123 is greater than the height of the screw head 110, and the difference between the distance P and the height is smaller than the first predetermined value, and the distance P is preferably slightly greater than the height of the screw head 110, the guide 11 can be aligned immediately when entering the slide rail 121, so that the display device 10 can automatically slide into the slide rail 121 in the first direction D1 along with its own weight. The setting of the first preset value can be determined by a designer according to actual conditions, and is not described herein again.
On the other hand, if there are a plurality of guides 11, as in the case of the embodiment of fig. 4 with four guides 11, the loading ledge 12 may comprise a plate 122 and a corresponding number of bends 123, 124. Referring to fig. 7, the position of the loading frame 12 corresponding to the lower guide 11 may also be provided with a bending portion 124, and the bending portion 124 can prevent the guide 11 from colliding with the rear VESA base 2 when entering the sliding rail 121, so as to prevent the surface of the VESA base 2 from being scratched. In other embodiments, the lower bending portion 124 may be omitted.
In addition, the plug 13 may be disposed on the bent portion 123, as shown in fig. 1, the bent portion 123 has a through hole through which the plug 13 is inserted into the fixing hole 11 h. In one embodiment, the latch 13 may be an elastic latch, and the latch 13 may include an elastic element (not shown) disposed inside the latch 13. The elastic member provides a force for inserting the latch 13 into the fixing hole 11h, and by the arrangement of the elastic member, the latch 13 can be automatically inserted into the fixing hole 11h of the guide 11 when the guide 11 slides into the slide rail 121. Referring to the enlarged view of fig. 7, the pin 13 may have a chamfer 13s, and the head 110 may have an arc surface 110s or an inclined surface. In this way, when the guiding element 11 slides into the bottom 121b of the sliding rail 121 from the opening 121e in the first direction D1, the arc surface 110s or the inclined surface of the head 110 can push the chamfer 13s, so that the pin 13 moves in the third direction D3 and the elastic element stores the elastic force, and the guiding element 11 can slide into the bottom 121 b. When the guiding member 11 slides into the bottom portion 121b, the pin 13 is inserted into the fixing hole 11h of the guiding member 11 in the fourth direction D4 by the elastic force provided by the elastic element, as shown in fig. 6, so as to fix the display device 10 on the supporting frame 12, and prevent the display device 10 from shaking arbitrarily.
In summary, the electronic product of the present invention provides a simple, beautiful and safe quick release mechanism between the display device and the VESA base. The quick-release mechanism comprises a guide piece, a bearing frame and a bolt, and when the quick-release mechanism is designed, the guide piece is only required to be locked on the display equipment, and the bearing frame is provided with a slide rail corresponding to the position of the guide piece, so that the quick-release mechanism is very simple and convenient to disassemble, assemble and manufacture, and the quick-release mechanism is attractive and has safety. Moreover, even if a plurality of guide members are designed, the guide members only need to be locked on the display device, and the slide rails are arranged according to the positions of the guide members, so that even if the guide members are locked on different moving members of the display device, the activity and the functionality of the moving members cannot be influenced, and the design has flexibility. In addition, the guiding member itself may further have a fixing hole for inserting the pin to fix the display device on the supporting frame. In addition, the bolt can be an elastic bolt, and when the guide piece is completely slid into the sliding rail, the bolt can be automatically inserted into the fixing hole. In addition, the guide part may have arc surface or inclined surface and the inserted pin may be cut to form chamfer, so that the inserted pin may be pushed open when the guide part slides into the slide rail to make the display equipment slide into the slide rail automatically owing to its dead weight, and this makes the operation simple.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
