Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of attaching devices for adhesive frames, in particular to an adhesive tape attaching device for an adhesive frame of a display.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing level of substances, there is a growing demand for display products, such as computer displays, liquid crystal television displays, etc., and adhesive tapes have a non-negligible effect on improving display performance.

Accordingly, there is a need for a new taping device to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The invention aims to provide an adhesive tape sticking device for a display adhesive tape frame, which has the advantages of high adhesive tape sticking efficiency, low labor cost and accurate adhesive tape sticking position.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the driving member and the rotating member are each of a disc-shaped structure having an overhanging cylinder; the first driven member and the second driven member are both disc-shaped structures with gear teeth.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the first follower includes two oppositely disposed first discs and a first rotating shaft connected between the two first discs; one of the first discs is provided with a circle of gear teeth on the outer peripheral surface.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the radius of the first disk is larger than the radius of the second disk.

In this embodiment, the first follower includes two oppositely disposed first discs 1 and a first rotating shaft connected between the two first discs 1; one of the first discs 1 is provided with a circle of teeth on its outer circumferential surface, thereby forming a disc-shaped structure with teeth. The second follower comprises a second disc 2 and a second rotating shaft 3 extending outwards along the axial direction of the second disc 2; a circle of gear teeth is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the second disc 2, so that a disc-shaped structure with the gear teeth is formed, and the gear teeth on the second disc 2 are meshed with the gear teeth on the first disc 1. The radius of the first disc 1 is larger than the radius of the second disc 2.
The rotary member comprises a third disc 4 and a third shaft 5 extending axially outwardly of the third disc 4, forming a disc-shaped structure with an overhanging cylinder. The driving piece is of a disc-shaped structure with an overhanging cylinder, and specifically comprises a fourth disc 6, a hollow cylinder 7 extending outwards along the axial direction of the fourth disc 6 and a solid cylinder 8 connected with the hollow cylinder 7, wherein the inner wall of the hollow cylinder 7 is provided with an internal thread, and the outer wall of the solid cylinder 8 is provided with an external thread.
The first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft 3, the third rotating shaft 5 and the hollow cylinder 7 are positioned on the same plane.
When the adhesive tape is used, a finished adhesive tape product (comprising an adhesive tape layer and a release paper layer) is wound on a first rotating shaft, the free end of the finished adhesive tape product is stretched and then passes through a third rotating shaft 5, the adhesive tape layer and the release paper layer of the finished adhesive tape product are separated at the position of the third rotating shaft 5, the adhesive tape layer is wound through a hollow cylinder 7, the release paper layer is wound through a second rotating shaft 3, then the hollow cylinder 7 and a solid cylinder 8 are adjusted through threads, so that the position of the adhesive tape layer relative to the edge of a rubber frame is adjusted, and finally one end of the adhesive tape layer is placed on the rubber frame. The working principle is as follows: when the fourth disc 6 is moved rightwards, the adhesive tape layer pressed on the hollow cylinder 7 drives the first disc 1 to rotate clockwise, and the second disc 2 starts to rotate anticlockwise due to meshing of gear teeth, so that the separated release paper is wound continuously, the adhesive tape layer can be attached to the adhesive tape frame continuously, and the process of manually removing the release paper is omitted.
The adhesive tape sticking device for the display adhesive tape frame is a semi-automatic device, the working principle is similar to that of a mode of modifying wrongly written characters by a modifying tape, and the mode is skillfully applied to adhesive tape sticking work of the adhesive tape frame, so that the adhesive tape sticking efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, the accuracy of the adhesive tape sticking position is improved, and the device is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to use, and solves the problems that the existing manual adhesive tape sticking method is low in efficiency, inaccurate in attaching and the like.

The difference is that: the driving piece and the rotating piece can be of disc-shaped structures with overhanging cylinders, and can also be of other structures, as long as the rotating shaft or the cylinders can realize rotation; the first driven member and the second driven member can be disc-shaped structures with gear teeth, or other structures, such as a structure driven by a belt, can realize the function of driving the second driven member to rotate by the first driven member; the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft and the hollow cylinder can be positioned on the same plane, and can be only the axes of the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft and the hollow cylinder are mutually parallel, so that the use function of the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft is satisfied.

the driving piece comprises a fourth disc (6), a hollow cylinder (7) extending outwards along the axial direction of the fourth disc (6) and a solid cylinder (8) connected with the hollow cylinder (7), wherein the inner wall of the hollow cylinder (7) is provided with internal threads, and the outer wall of the solid cylinder (8) is provided with external threads; the hollow cylinder (7) and the solid cylinder (8) are adjusted through threads, so that the position of the adhesive tape layer relative to the edge of the adhesive tape frame is adjusted.
2. The taping device for a display frame of claim 1, wherein the driving member and the rotating member are each of a disc-shaped structure having an overhanging cylinder; the first driven member and the second driven member are both disc-shaped structures with gear teeth.

A taping device for a display frame according to claim 2, wherein the first follower comprises two oppositely arranged first discs (1) and a first rotation shaft connected between the two first discs (1); one of the first discs (1) is provided with a circle of gear teeth on the outer peripheral surface.

A taping device for a display frame according to claim 3, wherein the second follower comprises a second disc (2) and a second spindle (3) extending axially outwardly of the second disc (2); a circle of gear teeth are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the second disc (2), and the gear teeth on the second disc (2) are meshed with the gear teeth on the first disc (1).
5. A taping device for a display frame according to claim 4, wherein the rotating member comprises a third disc (4) and a third shaft (5) extending axially outwardly of the third disc (4).
6. A taping device for a display frame according to claim 5, wherein the axes of the first, second, third and hollow cylinders (7, 5) are parallel to each other.
7. A taping device for a display frame according to claim 5, wherein the first rotation axis, the second rotation axis (3), the third rotation axis (5) and the hollow cylinder (7) are located on the same plane.
8. A taping device for a display frame according to any of the claims 4-5, wherein the radius of the first disc (1) is larger than the radius of the second disc (2).
