FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a storage device 100 according to one embodiment of the application; FIG. 2 is a schematic partial enlarged view of region A in FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the adjusting device 200 in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the storage device 100 includes a case 110 defining a storage compartment 111 and a door 120 for opening and closing a taking-out and putting-in opening of the storage compartment 111, the door 120 is pivotally connected to the case 110 by a hinge 130, and the hinge 130 includes a hinge plate 131 and a hinge shaft 132. The storage device 100 further comprises an adjustment device 200. The adjustment device 200 may be configured to adjust a maximum door opening angle of the door 120 of the storage device 100.
Specifically, the adjusting device 200 may include a stopper 210, a positioning member 220, an adjusting bolt 230, and a tension spring 260. The stopper 210 is disposed such that the front end thereof abuts against the hinge plate 131 during rotation of the door body 120 to adjust the maximum door opening angle of the door body 120. The front end of the stopper 210 may be provided with an elastic pad to prevent collision noise from being generated when the stopper 210 is abutted against the hinge plate 131. The positioning member 220 is disposed on an upper end surface or a lower end surface of the door body 120 to mount the adjusting device 200 on the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the door body 120. And the positioning member 220 is provided with a threaded hole 2241, the threaded hole 2241 being configured to mate with the threaded shaft 232 of the adjusting bolt 230. The end of the screw 232 of the adjusting bolt 230 abuts against the rear end of the stopper 210 to extend or retract the stopper 210. The tension spring 260 is provided to connect the rear end of the stopper 210 with the positioning member 220 so that the stopper 210 moves in synchronization with the adjusting bolt 230 in the axial direction of the adjusting bolt 230. The adjusting device 200 of the application has a simple structure, and when being installed on the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the door body 120, the maximum door opening angle of the storage device 100 can be adjusted according to the placement space of the storage device 100, thereby avoiding the damage of the door body 120 caused by the collision of the door body 120 with surrounding objects in the process of opening the door body 120 of the storage device 100.
In the present application, the lateral direction, the depth direction, and the longitudinal direction are directions defined with reference to the door 120; the direction of extension of the front stop 210; the back stop 210 is retracted. In some embodiments, the direction of extension of the stop 210 may be a lateral direction. In some alternative embodiments, the extension direction of the stop 210 may be at an angle to the lateral direction. The following describes the technical solution of the present application in detail by taking the extending direction of the stop 210 as a transverse direction as an example.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the positioning member 220 in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 4, the positioning member 220 may include a first positioning portion 221, a second positioning portion 222, a first extension portion 224, and a second extension portion 223. Specifically, the first positioning part 221 may be provided to extend in a horizontal direction to mount the positioning member 220 to the upper end surface or the lower end surface of the door body 120. The second positioning portion 222 may be provided to extend in the lateral direction and the longitudinal direction from one lateral edge of the first positioning portion 221 to facilitate the installation of the positioning member 220. The end surface of the door 120 provided with the adjusting device 200 may have a cavity, which may be defined by a bottom surface and four opposite side surfaces. The second extension 223 may be configured to abut against the stopper 210 during extension of the stopper 210 to limit the maximum extension length of the stopper 210.
In some embodiments, the stop 210 may include a sliding portion 211 and a stop portion 212. Specifically, the sliding portion 211 may be provided to extend in the longitudinal direction and the depth direction. The stopper 212 may be provided to extend perpendicularly (in the lateral and longitudinal directions) from one lateral edge of the sliding portion 211 and forward from the sliding portion 211. The front end of the stopper 212 may be disposed to abut against the hinge plate 131 during rotation of the door 120 to adjust a maximum door opening angle of the door 120.
The second extension 223 may be disposed to abut against the front surface of the sliding portion 211 during the extension of the stopper 210 to limit the maximum extension length of the stopper 210. The tension spring 260 may be provided to connect the rear surface of the sliding portion 211 with the front surface (inner surface) of the first extension portion 224 to move the stopper 210 in synchronization with the adjustment bolt 230 in the axial direction of the adjustment bolt 230.
In some embodiments, the adjustment device 200 may further include a stop 250. The limiting member 250 may be disposed on an end surface of the door body 120 where the positioning member 220 is disposed, and limit the stopper 210 in the depth direction and the longitudinal direction. The stopper 250 prevents the stopper 210 from being displaced in the depth direction during the rotation of the door 120, and prevents the stopper 210 from being separated from the positioning member 220 (the stopper 210 is displaced in the longitudinal direction) when the stopper 250 is disposed at the lower end surface of the door 120. In some embodiments, the adjustment device 200 may further include a compression spring 240. The compression spring 240 is provided to connect the stopper 231 of the adjustment bolt 230 with the rear surface (outer surface) of the first extension 224 of the positioning member 220 to prevent the adjustment bolt 230 from loosening.
In some embodiments, the storage device 100 may also include a refrigeration system (not shown). A refrigeration system may be disposed within the cabinet 110 and configured to provide refrigeration to the storage compartment 111. Such a storage device 100 with a refrigeration system may also be generally referred to as a refrigeration and freezer, and may be, for example, a refrigerator having at least a refrigeration compartment and a freezer compartment.
