本发明公开了一种恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵,其特征在于,包括室外风机与电磁阀六并联的冷凝器,冷凝器底部依次连接单向阀、储液器、干燥过滤器,单向阀与制热膨胀阀并联,干燥过滤器分别通过电磁阀七、电磁阀四连接蒸发器、回热器顶部,电磁阀四与制冷毛细管并联,回热器底部通过并联的除湿膨胀阀、电磁阀五与蒸发器的底部连接,蒸发器的一侧设有电加热器;电磁阀三、生活水盘管、泳池热水盘管三者并联后两端分别连接四通阀、压缩机出水口,四通阀还与冷凝器顶部、压缩机进水口、蒸发器顶部连接。本发明同时具有处理新风和排风功能,能同时处理PM2.5满足防雾霾问题,去除臭味等。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵。
背景技术
泳池场所一般人员密集,空气流通差,需要引进新风,同时排风出去,以免产生太多正压。泳池里的水温,空间温度,湿度需要控制,有时还需要提供生活用水等需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵,能适应不同需求,可切换多个模式。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵,其特征在于,包括室外风机及与电磁阀六并联的冷凝器,冷凝器依次连接单向阀、储液器、干燥过滤器,单向阀与制热膨胀阀并联,干燥过滤器分别通过电磁阀七、电磁阀四连接蒸发器、回热器,电磁阀四与制冷毛细管并联,回热器通过并联的除湿膨胀阀、电磁阀五与蒸发器连接,蒸发器的一侧设有电加热器;电磁阀三、生活水盘管、泳池热水盘管三者并联后两端分别连接四通阀、压缩机出水口,生活水盘管与电磁阀二串联,泳池热水盘管与电磁阀一串联,四通阀还与冷凝器、压缩机进水口、蒸发器连接。
优选地,仅泳池加热水时,打开电磁阀一、电磁阀七;泳池加热水和房间除湿时,打开电磁阀六、电磁阀一以及打开电磁阀四或电磁阀五;仅房间除湿时,打开电磁阀三和电磁阀四或电磁阀五;仅房间制热时,打开电磁阀四、电磁阀五、电磁阀三;生活热水加房间除湿时,打开电磁阀六、电磁阀二以及打开电磁阀四或电磁阀五;仅生活热水时,打开电磁阀七、电磁阀二;生活热水优先以及室内制热时,打开电磁阀二、电磁阀四、电磁阀五。
本发明能切换以下几个模式:
1.仅泳池加热水;
2.泳池加热水同时房间除湿(或除湿加温);
3.房间除湿(或除湿加温);
4.仅房间制热;
5.生活热水加房间除湿(或除湿加温);
6.仅生活热水;
7.生活热水优先+室内制热。
该热泵优先控制泳池水温,如需要房间除湿,可同时处理房间湿度,能充分利用系统的蒸发器和冷凝器,如果房间温度还达不到,可电加热微调;有泳池加热和生活热水需求时候优先生活热水,满足生活热水后再加热泳池水;如果泳池水加热满足,可切换到室外机,仅满足室内湿度和温度;如室内温度湿度满足可仅处理泳池水,都满足关闭机器。
本发明同时具有处理新风和排风功能,能同时处理PM2.5满足防雾霾问题,去除臭味等。方式1检测CO2浓度超标就开启新风阀和排风阀,排风机,满足了关闭;方式2按设定间隔时间开启新风排风阀;方式3感应室内外湿度,如室外湿度小就开启风阀,然后计算周期时间,到时间关闭。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例
如图1所示,为本发明提供的一种恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵,其包括室外风机15及与电磁阀六21并联的冷凝器1,冷凝器依次连接单向阀2、储液器4、干燥过滤器5,单向阀2与制热膨胀阀3并联,干燥过滤器5分别通过电磁阀七22、电磁阀四19连接蒸发器13、回热器12,电磁阀四19与制冷毛细管10并联,回热器12通过并联的除湿膨胀阀11、电磁阀五20与蒸发器13连接,蒸发器13的一侧设有电加热器14;电磁阀三18、生活水盘管9、泳池热水盘管8三者并联后两端分别连接四通阀6、压缩机7出水口,生活水盘管9与电磁阀二17串联,泳池热水盘管8与电磁阀一16串联,四通阀6还与冷凝器1顶部、压缩机7进水口、蒸发器13顶部连接。冷凝器1与室外风机15配合工作,图中箭头为介质流动方向。
泳池恒温除湿全热回收热泵用于泳池加热水,室内高湿度以及空气污浊的空间。空间温度要求一般26-30℃,湿度要求75%以下。
泳池除湿机的工作原理是:用制冷剂做冷源,泳池水侧是系统的冷凝器1,水和制冷剂交换,水获得热量,从而对水进行加热;蒸发器13用做风和制冷剂交换,如果温度比设定温度大于5℃,开启电磁阀五20,制冷剂通过制冷毛细管10和电磁阀五20,回热器12和蒸发器13合并为蒸发器,对房间进行除湿处理,潮湿空气由风扇吸入机内,通过压缩机制冷系统将蒸发器表面降到空气的露点温度以下,空气中的水分吸附在蒸发器13的表面,水会顺着蒸发器13上的亲水铝箔流到积水槽再流到水箱或者排水管排出;如果在温度比设定温度高5℃内使用回温器,即风侧在蒸发器13处理后再进回温段,使除湿过的空气提高温度,使出风温度提高,制冷剂回路走电磁阀四19和除湿膨胀阀11,如此循环使潮湿房间达到干燥的效果。系统根据客户需求可自动切换可手动控制获得需要的模式,一共有七个功能模式。
模式一:仅泳池加热水,如图2所示,打开电磁阀一16、四通阀6得电、电磁阀七22,介质从压缩机7依次经过泳池热水钛盘管(防腐功能)8、四通阀6、电磁阀七22、干燥过滤器5、储液器4、制热膨胀阀3、冷凝器1,再回四通阀6、压缩机7;以下模式均按系统图体现的回路用电磁阀开通,其余没体现的电磁阀均关闭的形式走的系统回路。
模式二:泳池加热水同时房间除湿(或除湿加温),如图3所示,打开电磁阀六21、四通阀6失电、电磁阀一16、开电磁阀四19(或电磁阀五20,房间温度优先模式电磁阀四19断开,电磁阀五20接通,走毛细管10,不走膨胀阀11;房间湿度优先模式,电磁阀四19接通,电磁阀五20断开,走膨胀阀11,不走毛细管10)。
模式三:仅房间除湿(或除湿加温),如图4所示,四通阀6失电、电磁阀三18开、开电磁阀四19(或电磁阀五20)此细节同模式二;
模式四:仅房间制热,如图5所示,四通阀6得电、电磁阀四19、电磁阀五20、电磁阀三18;
模式五:生活热水加房间除湿(或除湿加温),如图6所示,四通阀6失电、电磁阀六21、电磁阀二17、开电磁阀四19(或电磁阀五20)此细节同模式二;
模式六:仅生活热水,如图7所示,四通阀6得电、电磁阀七22、电磁阀二17;
模式七:生活热水优先+室内制热,如图8所示,四通阀6得电、电磁阀二17、电磁阀四19、电磁阀五20。

1.一种恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵,其特征在于,包括室外风机(15)及与电磁阀六(21)并联的冷凝器(1),冷凝器(1)依次连接单向阀(2)、储液器(4)、干燥过滤器(5),单向阀(2)与制热膨胀阀(3)并联,干燥过滤器(5)分别通过电磁阀七(22)、电磁阀四(19)连接蒸发器(13)、回热器(12),电磁阀四(19)与制冷毛细管(10)并联,回热器(12)通过并联的除湿膨胀阀(11)、电磁阀五(20)与蒸发器(13)连接,蒸发器(13)的一侧设有电加热器(14);电磁阀三(18)、生活水盘管(9)、泳池热水盘管(8)三者并联后两端分别连接四通阀(6)、压缩机(7)出水口,生活水盘管(9)与电磁阀二(17)串联,泳池热水盘管(8)与电磁阀一(16)串联,四通阀(6)还与冷凝器(1)、压缩机(7)进水口、蒸发器(13)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的恒温除湿全热回收防霾热泵,其特征在于,仅泳池加热水时,打开电磁阀一(16)、电磁阀七(22);泳池加热水和房间除湿时,打开电磁阀六(21)、电磁阀一(16)以及打开电磁阀四(19)或电磁阀五(20);仅房间除湿时,打开电磁阀三(18)和电磁阀四(19)或电磁阀五(20);仅房间制热时,打开电磁阀四(19)、电磁阀五(20)、电磁阀三(18);生活热水加房间除湿时,打开电磁阀六(21)、电磁阀二(17)以及打开电磁阀四(19)或电磁阀五(20);仅生活热水时,打开电磁阀七(22)、电磁阀二(17);生活热水优先以及室内制热时,打开电磁阀二(17)、电磁阀四(19)、电磁阀五(20)。
