本发明涉及空气净化和艺术装饰领域,具体的讲是涉及一种采用光触媒对空气进行净化,同时具有装饰效果的发光节能工艺品。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对室内环境的要求也在不断的提高,不论是室内的美观效果和室内空气的质量都有了更高的要求。目前,普遍使用的工艺品只具有装饰作用,不能对室内的空气起到净化作用,不能满足人们对室内美观和室内空气质量的双重要求,从而一种既具有美观效果,又环保的工艺品是人们迫切需要的。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种既环保又具有美观性的发光节能工艺品。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术解决方案一种节能工艺品,其主要包括工艺品本体、发光装置、光触媒涂层和电源线,发光装置设有工艺品本体内部,工艺品本体内外涂有光触媒涂层,电源线设有发光装置底部置于工艺品本体外面。
所述发光装置包括:灯罩、上通风口、灯罩底座、下通风口、灯底座系统、风扇、固定装置、玻璃罩、LED灯和紫外线灯,紫外线灯放置于灯罩内,玻璃罩通过固定装置固定于灯底座系统上,灯底座系统下部装有风扇;玻璃罩和灯罩之间设置可发射紫外光的LED灯,灯罩通过固定装置固定于灯罩底座上,灯罩上部设有上通风口,灯罩底座设有下通风口。
所述工艺品本体采用玻璃钢等可透光材质。
当任何空气经由通风口进入灯内时,工艺品本体上的光触媒在紫外线灯及LED灯所发射紫外线的照射下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,产生出氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,可氧化分解各种有机化合物和部分无机物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,可杀灭细菌和分解有机污染物,从而达到净化空气的目的。
本发明设计巧妙、净化空气效果好,LED照明具有低能耗、长寿命、响应快和环保等优点,同时工艺品本体可以采用不同的结构设计,其结构美观,既起到净化空气的作用,也起到装饰的作用。

在图1所示的一种发光节能工艺品不意图中,其王要结构包括:工艺品本体1、发光装置2、光触媒涂层4和电源线3,发光装置2设有工艺品本体1内部,工艺品本体1内外涂有光触媒涂层4,电源线3设有发光装置2底部置于工艺品本体1外面;发光装置2包括:灯罩5、上通风口6、灯罩底座7、下通风口8、灯底座系统9、风扇10、固定装置11、玻璃罩12、LED灯13和紫外线灯14,紫外线灯14放置于灯罩5内,玻璃罩12通过固定装置11固定于灯底座系统9上,灯底座系统9下部装有风扇10;玻璃罩12和灯罩5之间设置可发射紫外光的LED灯13,灯罩5通过固定装置11固定于灯罩底座7上,灯罩5上部设有上通风口6,灯罩底座7设有下通风口8。

1.一种节能工艺品,其主要包括工艺品本体、发光装置、光触媒涂层和电源线,发光装置设有工艺品本体内部,工艺品本体内外涂有光触媒涂层,电源线设有发光装置底部置于工艺品本体外面;发光装置包括:灯罩、上通风口、灯罩底座、下通风口、灯底座系统、风扇、固定装置、玻璃罩、LED灯和紫外线灯,紫外线灯放置于灯罩内,玻璃罩通过固定装置固定于灯底座系统上,灯底座系统下部装有风扇;玻璃罩和灯罩之间设置可发射紫外光的LED灯,灯罩通过固定装置固定于灯罩底座上,灯罩上部设有上通风口,灯罩底座设有下通风口。
