一种植物墙用植物光源,所述植物墙由若干根管体堆叠而成,管体上开设有种植孔,种植孔内种植有植物,管体侧壁中线沿长度方向设置有倾斜向下的缘边,缘边与管体侧壁间的间隙内设置有LED灯条,LED灯条包括条形塑料基带、间隔设置于条形塑料基带上的二级管晶片,条形塑料基带包括上下塑料层以及中间的导线层,导线层内的导线连接二级管晶片,二级管晶片上设置有硅胶层,硅胶层表面涂覆有荧光粉,所述二级管晶片由间隔设置有蓝光晶片、紫外光晶片以及红光晶片,红光晶片设置于蓝光晶片与紫外光晶片之间,缘边的上下表面贴覆有反光材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物生长绿色节能的人造光源。
背景技术
目前,植物的人工光源多使用荧光灯,荧光灯的发光效率在最近 20 年内上升了50%,但与高压钠灯相比还是比较低的,与LED灯比较发光效率还是比较低。
白光 LED 灯,最普遍的是使用蓝色核心,激发黄色荧光粉,由此复合产生视觉上的白光效果,能量分布上,在445nm 的蓝色区和 550nm 的黄绿色区存在两个峰值,而植物所需的 610-720nm 红光,则非常缺乏,因此在白光 LED 照射下,植物生长不利,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供了一种新型的植物墙,并在植物墙上设置了为不同植物提供最适宜的光环境、实现植物在人工环境下高效生长的植物墙用植物光源。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种植物墙用植物光源,所述植物墙由若干根管体堆叠而成,管体上开设有种植孔,种植孔内种植有植物,其特征在于管体侧壁中线沿长度方向设置有倾斜向下的缘边,缘边与管体侧壁间的间隙内设置有LED灯条,LED灯条包括条形塑料基带、间隔设置于条形塑料基带上的二级管晶片,条形塑料基带包括上下塑料层以及中间的导线层,导线层内的导线连接二级管晶片,二级管晶片上设置有硅胶层,硅胶层表面涂覆有荧光粉,所述二级管晶片由间隔设置有蓝光晶片、紫外光晶片以及红光晶片,红光晶片设置于蓝光晶片与紫外光晶片之间,缘边的上下表面贴覆有反光材料。
作为优选,蓝光晶片产生介于300nm 至 450nm 的波长范围的光。
作为优选,紫外光晶片产生介于450nm 至 650nm 的波长范围的光。
作为优选,红光晶片产生介于650nm 至 750nm 的波长范围的光。
作为优选,红光晶片与蓝光晶片在功率相等的情况下,其个数比为15:2。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过优化设置植物墙光源的结构和位置,大大提高了光照效率,并且为不同植物提供最适宜的光环境、实现植物在人工环境下高效生长。

实施例1:一种植物墙用植物光源,所述植物墙1由若干根六角形管体2堆叠而成,六角形管体2为PVC材质,六角形管体2上开设有种植孔2.1,种植孔2.1内种植有植物,六角形管体2侧壁中线沿长度方向设置有倾斜向下的缘边2.2,缘边2.2与管体2侧壁间的间隙内设置有LED灯条3,LED灯条3包括条形塑料基带3.1、间隔设置于条形塑料基带3.1上的二级管晶片3.2,条形塑料基带3.1包括上下塑料层3.1.1以及中间的导线层3.1.2,导线层3.1.2内的导线连接二级管晶片3.2,二级管晶片3.2上设置有硅胶层3.3,硅胶层3.3表面涂覆有荧光粉,所述二级管晶片3.2由间隔设置有蓝光晶片3.2.1、紫外光晶片3.2.2以及红光晶片3.2.3,红光晶片3.2.3设置于蓝光晶片3.2.1与紫外光晶片3.2.2之间,缘边2.2的上下表面贴覆有反光材料4。蓝光晶片3.2.1产生介于300nm 至 450nm 的波长范围的光。紫外光晶片3.2.2产生介于450nm 至 650nm 的波长范围的光。红光晶片3.2.3产生介于650nm 至750nm 的波长范围的光。红光晶片3.2.3与蓝光晶片3.2.1在功率相等的情况下,其个数比为15:2。与缘边2.2形成夹角的六角形管体侧壁上也设置有反光材料4。

1.一种植物墙用植物光源,所述植物墙由若干根管体堆叠而成,管体上开设有种植孔,种植孔内种植有植物,其特征在于管体侧壁中线沿长度方向设置有倾斜向下的缘边,缘边与管体侧壁间的间隙内设置有LED灯条,LED灯条包括条形塑料基带、间隔设置于条形塑料基带上的二级管晶片,条形塑料基带包括上下塑料层以及中间的导线层,导线层内的导线连接二级管晶片,二级管晶片上设置有硅胶层,硅胶层表面涂覆有荧光粉,所述二级管晶片由间隔设置有蓝光晶片、紫外光晶片以及红光晶片,红光晶片设置于蓝光晶片与紫外光晶片之间,缘边的上下表面贴覆有反光材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物墙用植物光源,其特征在于蓝光晶片产生介于300nm至 450nm 的波长范围的光。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物墙用植物光源,其特征在于紫外光晶片产生介于450nm 至 650nm 的波长范围的光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物墙用植物光源,其特征在于红光晶片产生介于650nm至 750nm 的波长范围的光。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物墙用植物光源,其特征在于红光晶片与蓝光晶片在功率相等的情况下,其个数比为15:2。
