Abstract

本发明涉及一种悬挂门的配套系统，特别是涉及悬挂玻璃移门系统。针对现有技术中通常采用玻璃打孔、安装固定螺丝等方式造成玻璃移门使用受限，且美观性降低的问题，提供了一种悬挂玻璃移门系统，包括玻璃门、滑轮、玻璃门与滑轮间的吊夹板、供滑轮滑动的滑轨，所述的吊夹板由玻璃门夹持部分和滑轮固定部分组成，所述玻璃门夹持部分呈n形，n形的夹持部分的内侧固定有橡胶夹片。通过改变传统的玻璃门固定方式，利用吊夹板实现玻璃门的夹持，无需打孔，不仅简化了制作和安装工艺，同时提高了整个悬挂玻璃移门系统的美观性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种悬挂门的配套系统，特别是涉及悬挂玻璃移门系统。
背景技术
悬挂门是指悬挂式推拉门，它是推拉门中的一个分类。通常悬挂式推拉门用在空间狭小的地方。由于它的滑轨安装在门的上方，当门被推动时完全处在一种被悬挂的状态，省时省力。
悬挂玻璃移门由于门体是玻璃门，因而美观性较高。但是，玻璃门的门体厚度小，因而与滑轮之间的固定方式是本领域技术人员一直在改进的部分。对于悬挂玻璃移门来说，我们即要保证玻璃门固定的稳定性，同时又要提高玻璃移门的美观性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中通常采用玻璃打孔、安装固定螺丝等方式造成玻璃移门使用受限，且美观性降低的问题，提供了一种悬挂玻璃移门系统，包括玻璃门、滑轮、玻璃门与滑轮间的吊夹板、供滑轮滑动的滑轨，所述的吊夹板由玻璃门夹持部分和滑轮固定部分组成，所述玻璃门夹持部分呈n形，n形的夹持部分的内侧固定有橡胶夹片。
由于我们采用了夹持的方式，因此玻璃无需打孔，不仅工艺简单、安装方便，而且也克服了玻璃移门使用的局限性。
进一步地，我们还公开了橡胶夹片对应夹持部分上开设有紧固丝安装孔，其内装置有紧固丝。
利用紧固丝的旋入，可以进一步压紧吊夹板夹持部分，提高玻璃门固定后的稳定性。
吊夹板可以采用一体铸造的方式，也可以由底板和L形夹板组成，L形夹板的一边通过夹板连接丝固定于底板上，另一边与底板共同形成n形的夹持部分，非夹持部分的底板与滑轮固定。
相较于一体铸造形成的吊夹板而言，这种分体式的吊夹板形式在安装时更加方便，同时其与玻璃门的固定松紧度也更容易调节。
最后，我们进一步优选公开滑轨的端头固定有止动器。
通过在滑轨的端头固定一个止动器，可以有效防止滑轮脱落，并且这种方式具有拆卸方便、整体结构美观的优点。
当然，为了美观在吊夹板上还优选安装一块封闭板，从而将使得吊夹板的外观为一个平整的光面。
本发明通过改变传统的玻璃门固定方式，利用吊夹板实现玻璃门的夹持，无需打孔，不仅简化了制作和安装工艺，同时提高了整个悬挂玻璃移门系统的美观性。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明，下面我们结合具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示的悬挂玻璃移门系统，包括玻璃门1（此处仅为示意，省略了另一玻璃门）、滑轮2、玻璃门1与滑轮2间的吊夹板4、供滑轮滑动的滑轨5 ，滑轨的端头固定有止动器9。然后我们具体的参看图2，其中吊夹板由玻璃门夹持部分和滑轮固定部分组成，所述玻璃门夹持部分呈n形，玻璃门被夹持在n形的夹持部分内。参看图3我们可以看到夹持部分的内侧固定有橡胶夹片6。
在本实施例中，我们进一步优选吊夹板是由底板41和L形夹板42组成，L形夹板42的一边通过夹板连接丝7（参考图4）固定于底板41上，另一边与底板41共同形成n形的夹持部分，非夹持部分的底板41与滑轮2固定。
玻璃门通过吊夹板与滑轮固定，并通过推动的方式，随滑轮移动，达到开、关门效果。
经过放置实验和多次开关实验，本发明所公开的这种吊夹方式可以保证玻璃门的稳定性，不会发生下坠。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上，在本实施例中我们进一步在橡胶夹片对应夹持部分上开设有紧固丝安装孔8（参考图4），其内装置有紧固丝。
使用时，利用紧固丝的旋紧作用，可以进一步提高玻璃门的安装稳定性。

1.悬挂玻璃移门系统，包括玻璃门、滑轮、玻璃门与滑轮间的吊夹板、供滑轮滑动的滑轨，其特征在于：所述的吊夹板由玻璃门夹持部分和滑轮固定部分组成，所述玻璃门夹持部分呈n形，n形的夹持部分的内侧固定有橡胶夹片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂玻璃移门系统，其特征在于：橡胶夹片对应夹持部分上开设有紧固丝安装孔，其内装置有紧固丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂玻璃移门系统，其特征在于：吊夹板是由底板和L形夹板组成，L形夹板的一边通过夹板连接丝固定于底板上，另一边与底板共同形成n形的夹持部分，非夹持部分的底板与滑轮固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂玻璃移门系统，其特征在于：滑轨的端头固定有止动器。
