Abstract
The invention discloses a prepreg for preparing a special transformer polyester insulating board, the special transformer polyester insulating board and a preparation method. The prepreg for preparing the polyester insulating board of the special transformer is prepared by coating glue on the upper surface and the lower surface of the alkali-free glass fiber chopped strand mat. And carrying out thickening reaction on the prepreg for preparing the special transformer polyester insulating board, superposing, and carrying out hot lamination, curing and molding to obtain the special transformer polyester insulating board. The bending strength of the material is not lower than 125MPa at 150 ℃, and the insulation resistance of the material after soaking in water reaches 1012‑14Omega, high density, tensile strength of 190-230Mpa, long shelf life, low cost, and can be applied to equipment working at high temperature or equipment needing to pass through a high-temperature working section during assembly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of insulating plates, in particular to a prepreg for preparing a special transformer polyester insulating plate, a special transformer polyester insulating plate and a preparation method
Background
With the development of the application of the polyester plate material in various fields, the performance requirements of the polyester plate material under various conditions are higher and higher. Many devices with polyester parts need to work at high temperature or need to be subjected to high-temperature treatment after assembly (such as special transformers), so that the requirements on the mechanical property and the electrical property of the polyester material at high temperature are necessary.
When the polyester insulation board of the domestic special transformer on the market is subjected to paint dipping treatment at high temperature, the phenomena of cracking and bending deformation are easy to occur, the material is easy to age, the delamination phenomenon is generated, and the use requirement cannot be met. Foreign countries have special transformer polyester insulation boards which can meet the requirements, but the insulation boards are too thick, and meanwhile, the used base material is monofilament continuous felt, so that the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the polyester insulating plate which has the bending strength of not less than 125Mpa at 150 ℃, improves the mechanical strength, meets the electrical application requirement and has low cost and is applied to the special transformer prepared by lamination.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a prepreg for preparing a polyester insulating board of a special transformer, which is characterized in that glue is coated on the upper surface and the lower surface of an alkali-free glass fiber chopped strand mat, wherein the glue is prepared by the following formula in parts by weight,

Further, the preparation method of the glue comprises the steps of mixing and stirring the o-benzene unsaturated polyester resin, the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin, the time delay agent, the low shrinkage agent, the color paste and the curing agent for 10-15 minutes to fully and uniformly mix the o-benzene unsaturated polyester resin, the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin, the time delay agent, the low shrinkage agent, the color paste and the curing agent; then adding styrene and aluminum hydroxide, stirring for 30-40 minutes, and fully and uniformly mixing; and adding the thickening agent, stirring for 1-2 minutes, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the glue.
Further, the glue accounts for 50-55% of the total weight, and the alkali-free glass chopped strand mat accounts for 45-50% of the total weight.
Further, the coating speed of the glue is 8-12 m/min.

Further, carrying out thickening reaction on the prepreg for preparing the polyester insulating board of the special transformer, superposing, thermally laminating, curing and molding to obtain the special transformer polyester insulating board; wherein the temperature in the thickening reaction step is 45 +/-3 ℃, the time is 22-26 hours, and the temperature in the thermal lamination curing molding step is 140 +/-5 ℃, and the pressure is 10-18 Mpa.
The glue accounts for 50-55% of the total weight, the alkali-free glass fiber chopped strand mat accounts for 45-50% of the total weight, if the glue is used more than the proportion, the strength is not enough, the strength is rapidly reduced in use, and if the glue is used less than the proportion, the glue cannot be infiltrated completely and is easy to delaminate.
The applicant of the present invention has conducted a great deal of experiments and found that as the amount of the ethylenically unsaturated polyester resin in the composite resin increases, the flexural strength and tensile strength of the material gradually increase, and that after the mechanical strength reaches a peak value, the mechanical strength of the material decreases slightly as the proportion of the ethylenically unsaturated polyester resin continues to increase. The electrical performance is hardly influenced by the content change of the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin, the electric arc resistance and the insulation resistance increased by the content of the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin only fluctuate within the normal measurement error range, and the numerical value can meet the requirements of national standards and enterprise standards. The water absorption reaches an optimum value with increasing ethylenically unsaturated polyester resin, after which there is essentially no longer a significant change. This is mainly due to the addition of the high functionality ethylenically unsaturated polyester resin which results in a denser resin network after curing, increased mechanical strength and reduced water absorption. With the continuous increase of the content of the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin, the resin network is saturated due to the space problem, so that various performances are not improved any more.
The invention introduces the time delay agent on the process simultaneously to prolong the curing time, so that the resin can fully soak the glass mat during hot pressing, the mechanical strength of the cured product is enhanced, and the excellent electrical performance of the product is kept. The hot pressing temperature of the compounding is properly increased, so that the curing is more sufficient. While the hot pressing time increases linearly with increasing time delay agent. The electrical properties and water absorption are not affected by the time-delay agent.
Influence of temperature on bending strength: in a process experiment, the rule that the mechanical property of the polyester resin laminated board changes along with the pressing temperature is familiar, the polyester board is more and more fully cured along with the increase of the pressing temperature, the mechanical property is gradually enhanced and is close to the optimal state when the temperature reaches 140 ℃, and the mechanical strength is not obviously enhanced any more.
The polyester insulating board for the special transformer has better mechanical property and electrical property at high temperature. The device can be applied to equipment working at high temperature or equipment needing to pass through a high-temperature working section during assembly.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is intended to be illustrative of the invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention. The examples do not specify particular techniques or conditions, and are performed according to the techniques or conditions described in the literature in the art or according to the product specifications. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
Example 1: preparation of glue, prepreg and special transformer polyester insulation board
Raw material dosage: see table 1.

The preparation method of the glue comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the o-benzene type unsaturated polyester resin, the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin, the time delay agent, the low shrinkage agent, the color paste and the curing agent for 10-15 minutes to fully and uniformly mix the o-benzene type unsaturated polyester resin, the vinyl unsaturated polyester resin, the time delay agent, the low shrinkage agent, the color paste and the curing agent; then adding styrene and aluminum hydroxide, stirring for 30-40 minutes, and fully and uniformly mixing; and adding the thickening agent, stirring for 1-2 minutes, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the glue.
The preparation method of the prepreg comprises the following steps: according to the actual requirement, the glue is coated at the rate of 8-12 m/min according to the proportion that the glue accounts for 50-55% of the total weight and the alkali-free glass chopped strand mat accounts for 45-50% of the total weight.
Preparing a polyester insulating board of the special transformer: performing thickening reaction on the prepreg, superposing, and performing hot lamination curing molding to obtain the prepreg; wherein the temperature in the thickening reaction step is 45 +/-3 ℃, the time is 22-26 hours, and the temperature in the thermal lamination curing molding step is 140 +/-5 ℃, and the pressure is 10-18 Mpa.

Insulation resistance after immersion: the polyester insulating panels obtained in examples 1 to 4 were 1012-14Omega; comparative example 1010-11Ω。
Density: the polyester insulating boards obtained in examples 1 to 4 had densities of 2.0 to 2.05g/cm3(ii) a Comparative example is 1.9g/cm3。
Tensile strength: the tensile strength of the polyester insulating board obtained in the examples 1 to 4 is 190 and 230 MPa; the comparative example is 130-160 MPa.
Shelf life: after the prepregs obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4 are placed at normal temperature for 13 months, the quality of the prepregs is not changed, and the polyester insulation boards prepared further are good in quality; after the prepreg obtained in the comparative example is placed at normal temperature for 6 months, the polyester insulating board further prepared is not cured completely, and the product cracks.

4. The prepreg for manufacturing polyester insulating boards for special transformers according to claim 1, wherein the glue is applied at a rate of 8 to 12 m/min.
5. Use of the prepregs for the production of polyester insulation panels for special transformers according to any of claims 1 to 4 for the production of polyester insulation panels for special transformers.
6. A special transformer polyester insulating board prepared by using the prepreg for preparing the special transformer polyester insulating board as described in any one of claims 1 to 4.

The special transformer polyester insulating board prepared according to claim 6 is prepared by the steps of carrying out thickening reaction on the prepreg for preparing the special transformer polyester insulating board according to any one of claims 1 to 4, superposing, and carrying out hot lamination curing molding; wherein the temperature in the thickening reaction step is 45 +/-3 ℃, the time is 22-26 hours, and the temperature in the thermal lamination curing molding step is 140 +/-5 ℃, and the pressure is 10-18 Mpa.
