It is worth to say that the volume of the folded child safety seat is reduced by increasing the middle plate to reduce the height of the backrest, so that the volume of the folded child safety seat is as large as that of a lady handbag; the bottom of the safety seat is provided with a portable component (a hand strap), the safety seat is convenient to carry like a handbag, and the hand strap can limit the distance between the safety seat and a safety socket (such as an ISOFIX (International standards organization FIX) safety socket) of the adult seat, so that the safety seat is more firmly fixed on the adult seat of the automobile; the rotary connecting structure among the middle plate, the base and the backrest ensures that the main parts of the safety seat can be placed on the flat ground after being rotated and unfolded, so that the safety seat can be used as a child travelling bed, the child is safer and more comfortable during the travelling rest, the parent can take care of the child more easily, and the safety seat is very suitable for the parents who often take the child to travel; the detachable structure among the middle plate, the base and the backrest enables a user to easily detach the backrest and the middle plate, and the seat can be used as a car heightening seat cushion for older children; due to the detachable structure, the base can be cleaned more easily and thoroughly after the middle plate is separated from the base.
The folded child safety seat is 10-15 times smaller than a common child safety seat, is as large as a lady handbag, is convenient to carry and carry, and can be easily placed in any place and any corner in an automobile; the travel suitcase can be put in, and the safety seat does not need to be rented when the vehicle arrives at the destination, so that the expenditure is saved, and the travel suitcase is very convenient and practical.
The weight of the child seat is 5-8 times lighter than that of a common child seat, so that the child seat is convenient for parents to carry, and is easy to carry even for the older children to move.

A portable, collapsible, multi-function child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein said back rest is provided with a displacement assembly (38) movable relative thereto; the displacement assembly or the base is provided with a fixing hole (25), and the base or the displacement assembly is provided with a support end (26) which can be inserted into the fixing hole.
7. A portable, collapsible, multi-function child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein after the multi-function child safety seat is collapsed, the head shield is positioned between the base side and the arm shield.
