一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，包括喷嘴头，喷嘴头上设有凹槽，凹槽内设有出水口，出水口后连接有出水道，出水道内设有控制阀球，控制阀球固定在出水道内，出水道内覆盖有防锈蚀层。在出水道内设有控制球阀，可以让水流的流速更加平稳，从而使的喷嘴在使用的时候水流效果控制很好，达到稳流的使用效果，导流槽的设置，让水流在出水道内流进更加稳定，不会出现水流时大时小的现象。

本发明涉及一种喷嘴，具体涉及一种新型高效稳流喷嘴。
背景技术
喷嘴的使用范围非常广，在工业生产中需要用到，尤其实在零部件表面热处理的时候需要大量的使用，通过烧嘴喷射出来的火焰更加的均匀，可以方便加工很多不同种类的零部件，使得工件的使用效果更加好，经过喷嘴加工后的零部件表面的强度更加好，使用的寿命更加久，但是目前很多喷嘴使用过程中，水流量控制不够精确，影响了喷嘴的实际使用效果，还有部分喷嘴在使用过程中抗腐蚀能力不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水流控制效果好，结构简单的一种新型高效稳流喷嘴。
本发明的技术方案为：一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，包括喷嘴头，所述的喷嘴头上设有凹槽，凹槽内设有出水口，出水口后连接有出水道，出水道内设有控制阀球，控制阀球固定在出水道内，出水道内覆盖有防锈蚀层。
所述的防锈蚀层为纳米层，纳米层上设有凸点，凸点为纳米粒子。
所述的控制球阀与出水道之间设有连接部件，连接部件为柔性立柱，柔性立柱内设有弹簧。
所述的出水道内设有导流槽，导流槽为M字形。
本发明的优点是：在出水道内设有控制球阀，可以让水流的流速更加平稳，从而使的喷嘴在使用的时候水流效果控制很好，达到稳流的使用效果，导流槽的设置，让水流在出水道内流进更加稳定，不会出现水流时大时小的现象。

一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，包括喷嘴头1，喷嘴头1上设有凹槽，凹槽内设有出水口2，出水口2后连接有出水道3，出水道3内设有控制阀球4，控制阀球4固定在出水道3内，出水道3内覆盖有防锈蚀层5，防锈蚀层5为纳米层，纳米层上设有凸点，凸点为纳米粒子，控制球阀4与出水道3之间设有连接部件6，连接部件6为柔性立柱，柔性立柱内设有弹簧，出水道3内设有导流槽7，导流槽7为M字形。

1.一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，包括喷嘴头，其特征在于：所述的喷嘴头上设有凹槽，凹槽内设有出水口，出水口后连接有出水道，出水道内设有控制阀球，控制阀球固定在出水道内，出水道内覆盖有防锈蚀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，其特征在于：所述的防锈蚀层为纳米层，纳米层上设有凸点，凸点为纳米粒子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，其特征在于：所述的控制球阀与出水道之间设有连接部件，连接部件为柔性立柱，柔性立柱内设有弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效稳流喷嘴，其特征在于：所述的出水道内设有导流槽，导流槽为M字形。
