Under this operating condition, the wind current gets into motor cover 2 from 3 air inlets departments of motor, flows out to the region between motor cover 2 and the shell 1 by the ventilative hole on the motor cover 2 again, because first air outlet 1a is blocked up, so the wind current can only flow out and the environment of discharging from second air outlet 1 b. Under this operating condition, the wind current gets into motor cover 2 from 3 air inlets of motor, flows out to the region between motor cover 2 and the shell 1 by the ventilative hole on the motor cover 2 again, because second air outlet 1b is blocked up, so the wind current can only flow out and the environment of discharging from first air outlet 1 a. The working mode is suitable for a left-hand user, and because the left-hand user is positioned on the right side of the dust collector when the dust collector is used, the air outlet mode with the left side being used for exhausting air and the right side being closed can reduce noise felt by the left-hand user and increase the use comfort of the user.
That is, the first outlet 1a and the second outlet 1b of the housing can be alternatively connected by the movement of the wind deflector 4.
In order to facilitate the movement of the wind deflector 4 by a user, a manual driving member is generally provided on the housing 1 in driving connection with the wind deflector 4, and the user adjusts the position of the wind deflector 4 by toggling the manual driving member.
In addition, in order to directly reduce the noise value at the outlet of the dust collector, the following optimization design is also carried out in the embodiment:
the ventilation holes on the motor cover 2 comprise a left ventilation hole 2a positioned on the left side of the motor cover 2 and a right ventilation hole 2b positioned on the right side of the motor cover 2, and other parts of the motor cover 2 can be optionally provided with or without additional ventilation holes. When the first air outlet 1a and the second air outlet 1b are in the first working state, the right ventilation hole 2b and the wind shield 4 are arranged in a close fit manner and are in a blocking state, and the left ventilation hole 2a and the wind shield 4 are separated by a certain distance and are in a ventilation state. When the first air outlet 1a and the second air outlet 1b are in the second working state, the left air penetration hole 2a and the wind shield 4 are arranged in a close fit manner and are in a blocking state, and the right air penetration hole 2b and the wind shield 4 are separated by a certain distance and are in a ventilation state.
Therefore, in the first working state, the wind entering the motor cover 2 from the motor air inlet can only be discharged from the left side of the motor cover, and then bypasses the annular area between the motor cover 2 and the housing 1 to the right to be discharged to the external environment from the second air outlet 1 b. Under the second working state, the wind entering the motor cover 2 from the motor air inlet can be discharged from the right side of the motor cover, and then bypasses the annular area between the motor cover 2 and the shell 1 to the left and is discharged to the external environment from the first air outlet 1 a. It can be seen that the wind flows in a curved "labyrinth" between the motor cover 2 and the housing 1, which directly reduces the wind noise (not only the above-mentioned noise perception).
The above functions can be realized by skillfully designing the shapes and relative position relations of the motor cover 2, the shell 1 and the wind shield 4, which are not described in detail herein.
In order to guarantee the blocking effect of the wind shield 4 to the left ventilation hole 2a or the right ventilation hole 2b, the embodiment is formed on the right ventilation hole 2b to have: a left ventilation hole sealing plug 4a matched with the left ventilation hole 2a and a right ventilation hole sealing plug 4b matched with the right ventilation hole 2 b. In the first working state, the wind shield 4 moves to the left, and the right ventilation hole sealing plug 4b on the wind shield seals the right ventilation hole 2b of the motor cover 2 to tightly seal the right ventilation hole 2 b. In the second working state, the wind shield 4 moves to the right, and the left ventilation hole sealing plug 4b on the wind shield seals the left ventilation hole 2a of the motor cover 2 to tightly seal the left ventilation hole 2 a.
The air outlet adjusting system of the vacuum cleaner is generally applied to a handheld vacuum cleaner, and in this case, the housing 1 is generally directly formed on the housing of the vacuum cleaner itself.
The wind deflector 4 is a unitary structure, so it is understood that the first wind deflector and the second wind deflector are a unitary structure.
