Abstract

本发明公开了一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1‑3,聚乳酸6‑12,矮壮素2‑3,失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯3‑6,氯仿9‑16,水25‑35,玉米蛋白粉5‑10,酵母菌落1‑2,葡萄糖1‑3,氨基酸2‑4,甘油4‑6,十二烷基磺酸钠1‑2,氯化镁2‑5,尿素2‑5。本发明将玉米蛋白粉在葡萄糖、氨基酸中浸泡,并通过聚乳酸的粘接作用附着在植物体上,不仅可以达到保温的作用,其中葡萄糖、氨基酸能显著增加植物体内糖分、游离氨基酸的含量,对细胞具有保护作用,有效降低冻害对植物的影响;配合添加壳聚糖等,增强植物抗冻效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物防冻剂,具体涉及一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
越冬期气温在 0℃以下,植物常会出现细胞受伤或死亡现象。目前植物主要的防冻措施之一就是喷施防冻剂,防冻剂又叫抗冻剂,应用于各类植物上能显著提高绿色植物及各种果树、苗木的抗病抗低温、倒春寒的抗冻能力,有效地防止早晚霜袭击,避免或减轻受冻害。市场上的化学防冻产品种类很多,但防冻原理大体可分三类,一是诱抗剂类型,利用生长激素等诱导植物体内产生抗冻基因,增强抗冻能力 ;二是通过喷施化学药剂,形成保护膜,使苗木在一定程度上免受冻害 ;三是施用营养物质,增强细胞壁厚度或细胞质浓度,提高苗木抗冻能力。
栾增乐在《植物防冻剂的配制》中,利用Q树脂和葡萄糖等,制备了一种植物防冻剂,但是其保温抗冻效果还不够显著,与此同时,树脂的降解和再利用问题,也没有得到解决。
发明内容
基于以上思考,本发明旨在提供一种保温抗冻效果好,营养型、环保型的植物防冻剂,及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现 :
一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
壳聚糖1-3,聚乳酸6-12,矮壮素2-3,失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯3-6,氯仿9-16,水25-35,玉米蛋白粉5-10,酵母菌落1-2,葡萄糖1-3,氨基酸2-4,甘油4-6,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,氯化镁2-5,尿素2-5。
所述的一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 将失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯溶解于氯仿中,在均质分散机高速搅拌下,向其中加入8-15份的水,乳化10-30min后,加入聚乳酸、壳聚糖,置于恒温振荡摇床溶解;待聚乳酸、壳聚糖完全溶解后,继续搅拌乳化20-40min,得到均匀的白色乳液;
b. 将玉米蛋白粉加入到剩余水中,再加入酵母菌落、葡萄糖、氨基酸、甘油、十二烷基磺酸钠,分散均匀后,浸泡30-60min,得混合悬浊液;
c. 将步骤b所得混合悬浊液与步骤a所得白色乳液混合,搅拌均匀后,加入氯化镁、矮壮素、尿素,混合均匀即得植物防冻剂。
所述的一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,其使用方法为喷雾法,在降温前将植物防冻剂稀释500-800倍喷在需要防冻的植物叶面、花、芽及果枝部位即可。
本发明的有益效果是:聚乳酸可以在植物表面形成一层保护膜,起到抗寒防冻、减少蒸腾失水的作用,同时聚乳酸的生产过程无污染,而且产品可以生物降解,降解后可以作为植物肥料,实现在自然界中的循环;将玉米蛋白粉在葡萄糖、氨基酸中浸泡,并通过聚乳酸的粘接作用附着在植物体上,不仅可以达到保温的作用,其中葡萄糖、氨基酸能显著增加植物体内糖分、游离氨基酸的含量,从而增加细胞质膜 ATP 酶的活性和细胞液的浓度,对细胞具有保护作用,有效降低冻害对植物的影响;配合添加壳聚糖等,增强植物抗冻效果。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
壳聚糖3,聚乳酸12,矮壮素3,失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯6,氯仿16,水35,玉米蛋白粉10,酵母菌落2,葡萄糖3,氨基酸4,甘油6,十二烷基磺酸钠2,氯化镁5,尿素5。
所述的一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 将失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯溶解于氯仿中,在均质分散机高速搅拌下,向其中加入8-15份的水,乳化10-30min后,加入聚乳酸、壳聚糖,置于恒温振荡摇床溶解;待聚乳酸、壳聚糖完全溶解后,继续搅拌乳化20-40min,得到均匀的白色乳液;
b. 将玉米蛋白粉加入到剩余水中,再加入酵母菌落、葡萄糖、氨基酸、甘油、十二烷基磺酸钠,分散均匀后,浸泡30-60min,得混合悬浊液;
c. 将步骤b所得混合悬浊液与步骤a所得白色乳液混合,搅拌均匀后,加入氯化镁、矮壮素、尿素,混合均匀即得植物防冻剂。

本发明的技术参数为:防冻效果≥7天。

1.一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
壳聚糖1-3,聚乳酸6-12,矮壮素2-3,失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯3-6,氯仿9-16,水25-35,玉米蛋白粉5-10,酵母菌落1-2,葡萄糖1-3,氨基酸2-4,甘油4-6,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,氯化镁2-5,尿素2-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含壳聚糖、保温营养的植物防冻剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 将失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯溶解于氯仿中,在均质分散机高速搅拌下,向其中加入8-15份的水,乳化10-30min后,加入聚乳酸、壳聚糖,置于恒温振荡摇床溶解;待聚乳酸、壳聚糖完全溶解后,继续搅拌乳化20-40min,得到均匀的白色乳液;
b. 将玉米蛋白粉加入到剩余水中,再加入酵母菌落、葡萄糖、氨基酸、甘油、十二烷基磺酸钠,分散均匀后,浸泡30-60min,得混合悬浊液;
c. 将步骤b所得混合悬浊液与步骤a所得白色乳液混合,搅拌均匀后,加入氯化镁、矮壮素、尿素,混合均匀即得植物防冻剂。
