Abstract
The invention discloses a demonstration device for cleaning inner and outer barrels of a washing machine and a demonstration method thereof, wherein the demonstration device for cleaning the inner and outer barrels of the washing machine comprises an inner barrel (1) and a transparent outer barrel (2) of a simulation washing machine, the outer barrel (2) is sleeved on the outer periphery of the inner barrel (1) at intervals so as to form a hollow interlayer between the inner barrel (1) and the outer barrel (2), two ends of the hollow interlayer are closed, and a movable cleaning body (3) is arranged in the hollow interlayer. The demonstration device for cleaning the inner and outer barrels of the washing machine can conveniently help a user to clearly know the cleaning principle of the interlayer of the inner and outer barrels of the washing machine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of demonstration props of washing machines, in particular to a demonstration device for cleaning of an inner barrel and an outer barrel of a washing machine and a demonstration method thereof.
Background

Referring to fig. 1, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a demonstration apparatus for demonstrating inner and outer barrel cleaning of a washing machine, wherein the demonstration apparatus comprises an inner barrel 1 simulating the washing machine and a transparent outer barrel 2, the outer barrel 2 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the inner barrel 1 at intervals to form a hollow interlayer between the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 2, two ends of the hollow interlayer are closed (it is understood that two ends herein refer to two ends of the hollow interlayer along the length direction of the inner barrel 1), and a movable cleaning body 3 is disposed in the hollow interlayer. Wherein, the inner barrel 1 can be made of transparent material or opaque material.
As described above, since the inner and outer tub cleaning demonstration apparatus of the washing machine includes the inner tub 1 and the transparent outer tub 2 simulating the washing machine, the outer tub 2 is alternately sleeved on the outer circumferential side of the inner tub 1 to form the hollow interlayer between the inner tub 1 and the outer tub 2, both ends of the hollow interlayer are closed, and the movable cleaning body 3 is disposed in the hollow interlayer, dirt on the inner wall surface of the outer tub 2 and the outer wall surface of the inner tub 1 can be cleaned and cleaned by the cleaning body 3, and then a user can observe the cleaning process through the transparent outer tub 2, the inner and outer tub cleaning demonstration apparatus of the washing machine can conveniently help the user to clearly understand the cleaning principle of the inner and outer tub interlayer.

The other of the first cover plate 4 and the second cover plate 5 may be fixedly connected to the inner tub 1 and the outer tub 2, or may be detachably connected to the inner tub 1 and the outer tub 2. Further, the demonstration method may further include a process of sequentially performing the steps a, b, and c while taking out the cleaning body 3 in the hollow sandwich. The condition that the common washing machine cannot clean dirt when the interlayer of the inner barrel and the outer barrel is washed by water independently is demonstrated.
In addition, the demonstration method can also comprise the steps of sequentially implementing the step a and the step c under the condition that water is added into the inner barrel 1, and the aim of demonstrating the excellent sealing performance of the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing machine is achieved by showing that the water in the inner barrel 1 is not influenced by dirt on the outer wall surface of the inner barrel 1 and the inner wall surface of the outer barrel 2.
Preferably, in step b, the amount of water added to the hollow sandwich is 1/3 to 1/2 of the hollow sandwich, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the amount of water added may be increased or decreased as appropriate.
In addition, in the step a, it is preferable to provide dirt on the outer wall surface of the inner tub 1 and the inner wall surface of the outer tub 2, respectively, and the dirt may be applied by painting, spraying, or the like.

A demonstration method of a washing machine inner and outer barrel cleaning demonstration device, which is characterized in that the demonstration method uses the washing machine inner and outer barrel cleaning demonstration device according to any one of claims 1 to 2 to implement the following steps:
a. opening the hollow interlayer, and arranging dirt on at least one of the outer wall surface of the inner barrel (1) and the inner wall surface of the outer barrel (2);
b. adding water into the hollow interlayer;
c. and closing the hollow interlayer, and shaking the inner and outer barrel cleaning demonstration device of the washing machine.

A demonstration method for an inner and outer tub cleaning demonstration apparatus for a washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the demonstration method further comprises the process of sequentially performing the steps a, b and c while taking out the cleaning body (3) in the hollow sandwich.
5. A demonstration method for demonstrating inner and outer tub cleaning in a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising the steps of performing step a and step c in sequence with water being added to said inner tub (1).
6. The demonstration method for demonstrating inner and outer tub cleaning of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein in said step b, the amount of water added into said hollow sandwich is 1/3 to 1/2 of the capacity of said hollow sandwich.
7. The demonstration method for demonstrating inner and outer tub cleaning of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein in said step a, dirt is respectively provided on the outer wall surface of said inner tub (1) and the inner wall surface of said outer tub (2).
