Abstract
本发明涉及害虫预测预报技术领域,具体的说是一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,包括以下步骤:(1)采集幼虫;(2)幼虫分龄:结合幼虫的体背和背线特征,以幼虫的长度区分龄期;(3)确定主虫态:按照由高龄到低龄的顺序,依次对s2获得的各龄幼虫占幼虫总虫数的百分比进行累加,当到达高峰期值(50%左右)时停止累加,把累加已涉及到的虫龄中最低龄幼虫确定为主虫态;(4)推算成虫发生高峰期:成虫高峰期=剥查日+主虫态折半历期+主虫态后各龄幼虫发育历期+蛹期;共四个步骤。本发明可以从水稻幼虫阶段推断成虫发生期,增加预测时间跨度,并兼顾同阶段其他病虫害的发生,进行总体防治,减少用药次数,达到减药减量控害目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及害虫预测预报技术领域,具体的说是一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法。
背景技术
水稻二化螟,俗称钻心虫,属鳞翅目螟蛾科,国内各地区均有分布,但以长江流域及其以南各省的丘陵山区发生较重。不仅危害水稻,还有茭白、玉米、甘蔗、芦苇、稗草等禾本科植物,早春越冬幼虫危害麦苗、蚕豆、油菜、绿肥等。危害水稻形成枯鞘、枯心苗、白穗、枯孕穗和虫伤株。水稻二化螟食性杂、发生范围广,防控难度大。因此,通过预测预报二化螟成虫发生期,精准指导用药,提高防效,是保障水稻等农作物生产安全的关键技术。
目前,二化螟预测预报方法主要是灯光诱蛾法,即利用二化螟成虫多在夜晚羽化且趋光性强,对黑光灯尤为敏感的特点,在夜间用测报灯诱集成虫,灯下诱集成虫量的多少与田间幼虫羽化成蛾发育进度密切相关。二化螟成虫在田间发生时,一般呈正态分布趋势,即开始零星出现,而后数量缓慢增加,再急剧增加,达到峰值后又转向下降,先急剧下降,然后缓慢下降,直至最后绝迹。灯光诱蛾法将诱集虫量最多那天定为成虫发生高峰期。
虽然上述方法被基层测报站广泛使用,但容易受停电、诱虫灯出故障及下雨天诱虫灯不工作等外界因素干扰,而且该方法搜集数据耗时长,预判性差,与追求及时精准高效的防治工作存在一定差距,难以满足测报人员从容指导防治的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,用于提高水稻二化螟预测预报方法精准度,利用该方法可以从水稻二化螟幼虫阶段推断成虫发生期,增加预测时间跨度,并兼顾同阶段其他病虫害的发生,进行总体防治,减少用药次数,达到减药减量控害目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集幼虫:剥查田间受害水稻枯心苗、白穗、枯孕穗和虫伤株,并收集藏匿茎秆内的幼虫,收集时根据幼虫体长、背线颜色以及其他体态特征对幼虫进行分开收纳,以供后续幼虫分龄的快速进行;
(2)幼虫分龄:对步骤(1)中所收集的幼虫,以幼虫的体长,结合幼虫的体背和背线等特征区分龄期,然后统计各龄幼虫/蛹的数量,并计算各龄幼虫/蛹占总虫数的百分比,以确定主虫态;
将二化螟幼虫分为7龄,分龄划分标准见表1:

由于长度测量和人眼对幼虫特征的识别具有误差,针对表1所列出体长之外长度的幼虫,则根据幼虫的特征由人工将其归类到与其最接近的龄期。
(3)确定主虫态:按照由高龄到低龄的顺序,依次对步骤(2)中所获得的各龄幼虫占幼虫总虫数的百分比进行逐个累加,当加入一个龄期幼虫百分比值后累加值刚好超过50%时停止累加,将该值作为高峰值,并把累加已涉及到的虫龄中最低龄幼虫龄期确定为主虫态;
(4)推算成虫发生高峰期:将幼虫采集日期与主虫态发育至成虫所需天数相加,即为成虫高峰期;主虫态发育至成虫所需天数的预测计算方法:根据二化螟当时代次发生的平均温度,选择与平均温度相差最小时的温度,确定该温度下二化螟幼虫1-7龄幼虫和蛹的历期;不同温度下二化螟幼虫1-7龄幼虫和蛹的历期见表2和表3:

将步骤(3)确定的 即为主虫态发育至成虫所需天数。其中,由于在采集幼虫时幼虫可能处于其所在龄期内的不同时段,比如在25度时6龄幼虫阶段历期6天,但采集的幼虫可能处于6天中第一天或最后一天,也可能是在这6天历期之外但由于靠近该6龄而被分配到该龄,因此将主虫态幼虫所在龄发育历期折半后代入计算。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中采集的幼虫要以主要虫源为剥查对象,当各类型田虫源化蛹、羽化进度差异超过10-15天时,则对各类型田分别调查计算,以便划分峰次和峰期;越冬代每次剥查活虫数不少于30头,虫口密度较低的年份或地区,则在秋播前后挖取有虫稻桩,并置于地势高的田做预测圃,供冬后剥查使用。
优选的,采集非越冬代水稻二化螟幼虫时每次剥查活虫数不少于50头。
优选的,采集不同被害状植株内的幼虫时,由于幼虫发育进度不一,采集幼虫时要根据不同被害状比例,剥查被害株。
优选的,采集同一株植株内的幼虫时,若单株内处于同龄期的虫数超过2头则做一头记载,提高准确性。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,可增加预测时间跨度,从二化螟幼虫阶段推断成虫发生期,能提前15天左右预测预报,留出充分时间让测报人员进行其他监测工作,让广大农户做足防治前的思想和物资准备;
(2)本发明提供的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,通过统计研究水稻二化螟的虫龄数、分龄标准和不同温度下各龄幼虫/蛹的发育历期,再经过数学公式计算,只要剥查一次就能准确无误地预测预报二化螟发生期具体时间,相比灯光诱蛾法搜集数据时间长,凭经验判断带有主观性而言,该方法提高了预测预报准确率和效率;
(3)本发明提供的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,避免了灯光诱蛾法受停电、诱虫灯出故障及下雨天诱虫灯不工作,灯下数据空白,令测报人员盲目、无所适从的尴尬局面,减轻了测报人员工作压力,提升了测报人员工作技能。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
在本实施例中,发明人于当年的6月21日对一片区域的水稻进行试验,实施过程包括以下步骤:
(1)采集幼虫:在6月21日,剥查田间受害水稻枯心苗、白穗、枯孕穗和虫伤株,并收集藏匿茎秆内的幼虫,收集时根据幼虫体长、体背颜色以及其他体态特征对幼虫进行分开收纳,以供后续幼虫分龄的快速进行;本步骤共采集幼虫39头,且整个采集过程在当天完成;
(2)幼虫分龄:对步骤(1)中所收集的幼虫,结合幼虫的体背和背线特征,以幼虫的长度区分龄期,然后统计各龄幼虫/蛹的数量,并计算各龄幼虫/蛹占总虫数的百分比,以确定主虫态;
将二化螟幼虫分为7龄,分龄划分标准见表1:

其中,由于在采集幼虫时幼虫可能处于其所在龄期内的不同时段,比如在25度时6龄幼虫阶段历期6天,但采集的幼虫可能处于6天中第一天或最后一天,也可能是在这6天历期之外但由于靠近该6龄而被分配到该龄,因此将主虫态幼虫所在龄发育历期折半后代入计算。
根据以上步骤和公式,将当年6月21日剥查幼虫数据分步统计和计算如下:

同理代入20%和80%,还能分别计算出发蛾始盛期和发蛾始末期;
发明人在当年于相同区域的水稻田内还采用灯光诱捕法进行对照试验,并将结果记录成表如下:

从该实况记录表中可以看出,从灯下7月1日虫量首次刷新升高,到7月2日、7月3日诱虫量逐日下降,基本判断7月1日为成虫峰日,但是到7月3日为止,无法判断接下来的7月4日后灯下能不能再次出现最高虫峰日。如果认为7月1日就是虫峰日,并且以此为依据对外发布指导信息确定以7月8日前后为用药适期,往往灯下7月4日后会再次出现虫峰日,而且虫量高于7月1日,这样指导防治的结果,会出现抓了芝麻丢了西瓜;如果认为主虫峰在7月4日后而继续等候2、3天,有可能等来的结果是灯下诱虫量不再有峰日体现,此刻时间已到了7月5日-6日,若回头再以7月1日为虫峰安排防治适期,又会出现病虫信息发布之日,就是用药防治之时的尴尬局面,失去了相关平台病虫预防信息的前瞻性。总之,受多种因素限制,这种预测预报方法只能凭经验判断灯下虫峰日,容易误导防治。
而另一方面,通过对同一水稻区域用两种不同方法预测,除本发明方法预测7月5日为发蛾高峰期,与灯光诱蛾法因同日下雨至灯下数据空白无法比照外,其余预测的发蛾始盛期6月28日和发蛾盛末期7月11日,二者基本一致,准确率高;本发明方法预测时间跨度长,能提前在幼虫期6月21日,就能知道7月5日为发蛾高峰期,足足提前达14天,具有显著的效果。
本发明提供的水稻二化螟发生期预测方法,只需一次剥查并进行熟练分龄统计,然后根据所需的发蛾始盛期、发蛾高峰期和发蛾盛末期分别代入相应代表值,通过公式计算日期,答案精确具体,一目了然,并经过多年灯光诱蛾检验,稳定性好,实用高效。

Claims (5)
1.一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集幼虫:剥查田间受害水稻枯心苗、白穗、枯孕穗和虫伤株,并收集藏匿茎秆内的二化螟幼虫,收集时根据幼虫体长和背线颜色以及其他体态特征对幼虫进行分开收纳;
(2)幼虫分龄:对步骤(1)中所收集的幼虫,根据幼虫的体背和背线特征但不限于这两种特征,以幼虫的体长区分龄期,将二化螟幼虫分为7龄,然后统计各龄幼虫/蛹的数量,并计算各龄幼虫/蛹占总虫数的百分比,以确定主虫态;
(3)确定主虫态:按照由高龄到低龄的顺序,依次对步骤(2)中所获得的各龄幼虫占幼虫总虫数的百分比进行逐个累加,当加入一个龄期幼虫百分比值后累加值刚好超过50%时停止累加,并将该值作为高峰值,并把累加已涉及到的虫龄中最低龄幼虫龄期确定为主虫态;
(4)推算成虫发生高峰期:将幼虫采集日期与主虫态发育至成虫所需天数相加,即为成虫高峰期;主虫态发育至成虫所需天数的预测计算方法:根据二化螟当时代次发生的平均温度,选择与平均温度相差最小时的温度,确定该温度下二化螟幼虫1-7龄幼虫和蛹的历期; 即为主虫态发育至成虫所需天数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中采集的幼虫要以主要虫源为剥查对象,当各类型田虫源化蛹、羽化进度差异超过10-15天时,则对各类型田分别调查计算,以便划分峰次和峰期;越冬代每次剥查活虫数不少于30头,虫口密度较低的年份或地区,则在秋播前后挖取有虫稻桩,并置于地势高的田做预测圃,供冬后剥查使用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,其特征在于:采集非越冬代水稻二化螟幼虫时每次剥查活虫数不少于50头。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,其特征在于:采集不同被害状植株内的幼虫时,由于幼虫发育进度不一,采集幼虫时要根据不同被害状比例,剥查被害株。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水稻二化螟发生期的预测预报方法,其特征在于:采集同一株植株内的幼虫时,若单株内处于同龄期的虫数超过2头则做一头记载。
