Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for analyzing abnormal reasons of maintenance operation of a communication iron tower. The system comprises a module for monitoring abnormal maintenance operation, a module for judging the reason of the abnormal maintenance operation and a module for issuing the reason of the abnormal maintenance operation. The reason module for issuing the maintenance operation abnormity is an optional module. The monitoring maintenance operation abnormity module judges whether the maintenance operation is abnormal or not according to the cycle times of the task items; the reason module for judging the abnormal maintenance operation judges whether the communication index is abnormal or not by acquiring the communication index, so that the reason for judging the abnormal maintenance operation is that maintenance personnel do not finish the maintenance operation or a sensor fails; and the reason module for issuing the abnormal maintenance operation issues different information according to the analyzed reason of the abnormal occurrence. The method and the system solve the technical problem that the reason is difficult to analyze when the maintenance operation of the communication iron tower is abnormal.

Background
At present, the communication iron tower is mainly manually detected and maintained, and a small amount of communication iron tower is assisted by an iron tower online monitoring system. The basis of the online monitoring system is that various sensing devices work normally, the current online monitoring system defaults that all the sensing devices work normally, and the condition that the sensing devices are abnormal is not considered, particularly whether the sensing devices work normally when maintenance operation is abnormal. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that reasons are difficult to analyze when the maintenance operation of a communication iron tower is abnormal, and provides a method and a system for analyzing the reasons of the abnormal maintenance operation of the communication iron tower.
The invention relates to an iron tower system application scene based on the Internet of things, which is shown in figure 1. The system hardware part comprises a communication iron tower and sensing equipment arranged on the tower body, and a communication module of the sensing equipment is communicated with the system in real time; the system software part comprises a system database, a data processing platform and a data management publishing platform, wherein the system database receives sensing data from the sensing equipment and stores all system logs, the data processing platform calls the data in the system database for processing and analysis, and the data management publishing platform receives data processing results of the data processing platform and corresponding records in the system database for management and publishing; the system application platform comprises management equipment and clients, wherein the management equipment comprises but is not limited to facilities such as workstations and computers, and the clients comprise but are not limited to forms of APP, WeChat, Html webpage and the like; the application personnel of the system include, but are not limited to, management personnel and maintenance personnel, and the interfaces of the system are management equipment and a client side respectively.
The implementation of the invention depends on the application scene and the system architecture, various sensors are arranged on the tower body to detect the relevant parameters of the iron tower, the system analyzes the collected sensor data and generates the maintenance operation list, and the system detects that the maintenance personnel are in place (reach the position near the iron tower) and carries out maintenance according to the maintenance operation list.
