Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to a caliper gauge.
Background
The caliper is a commonly used gauge, the current caliper has high calibration accuracy requirement and high utilization rate, after a period of use, errors can occur between the standard value and the standard value, and if the caliper is used continuously, inaccurate measurement can be caused, and certain economic loss is caused. In order to ensure the accuracy of the caliper measurement, the caliper needs to be calibrated.
The JJG 34-2012 general caliper calibration regulations provide that the calibration method of the indication error of the measuring jaw in the knife edge is consistent with the calibration method of the indication error of the measuring jaw outside the knife edge. The measuring surface of the inner groove caliper is contacted with the surface of the gauge block accessory, and the difference between the measured value of the caliper and the gauge block positioned on the surface of the gauge block accessory is the error of the inner measuring jaw of the knife edge.
However, the conventional internal size calibration device of the caliper is generally limited in range, and cannot be calibrated for calipers with larger ranges, and some internal size calibration devices of calipers with larger ranges have the problems of larger volume and inconvenient carrying.

The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a caliper gauge according to an embodiment of the invention includes a first gauge 100, the first gauge 100 includes two separate substrates 10, each substrate 10 includes a first base 102, a first plane measuring block 104, a first slider 106 and a first locking member 108, the first plane measuring block 104 is movably disposed on the first base 102, the first slider 106 is connected to the first locking member 108, the first locking member 108 is movable relative to the first base 102 to push the first plane measuring block 104 to move by the first slider 106, and is positionable relative to the first base 102 to define a position of the first plane measuring block 104. The two substrates 10 are symmetrically arranged so that the two first planar test pieces 104 are opposed to each other.
By using the caliper gauge, the gauge block can be arranged between the two first plane measuring blocks 104, and the measuring claws in the edge of the caliper gauge respectively contact the two first plane measuring blocks 104, so that whether the measurement of the caliper gauge is accurate or not is detected. The first gauge 100 adopting the caliper gauge can be used for placing gauge blocks with different numbers and/or sizes between the two first plane measuring blocks 104 according to the needs because the two matrixes 10 are separated, and can still meet the needs even if the measuring range of the caliper gauge is larger, meanwhile, the two matrixes 10 are separated, so that the caliper gauge has smaller volume and is convenient to carry when not in use. Generally, the first gauge 100 is adapted to a caliper with a measuring range greater than 100mm, and of course, the first gauge 100 can also be adapted to a caliper with a smaller measuring range.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the first gauge 100 further includes a first gauge block 20 and two fixing pins 22, wherein two connecting holes 202 are formed on the first gauge block 20 at intervals, and the two fixing pins 22 can respectively pass through the two connecting holes 202 of the first gauge block 20, so as to connect the two substrates 10.
In this embodiment, the first gauge 100 further includes a second gauge block (not shown), the first gauge block 20 and the second gauge block are sequentially disposed between the two first plane measurement blocks 104, and the two first plane measurement blocks 104 contact two ends of the combination of the first gauge block 20 and the second gauge block. It can be understood that the second gauge block is a common gauge block, and no connecting hole is formed on the second gauge block; in addition, the number of the first gauge block 20 and the second gauge block may be one or more, and may be set according to needs.
In this embodiment, the first locking member 108 is a screw, and the first locking member 108 is screwed to the first base 102. By twisting the first locking member 108, the first slider 106 is driven to move to push the first plane measuring block 104 to move.

When the measuring range of the caliper is smaller, the second gauge 300 can be selected, and the second gauge 300 is suitable for the caliper with smaller measuring range, so that the second gauge 300 is smaller in size and convenient to carry. Generally, the second gauge 300 is adapted to calipers having a measuring range of less than or equal to 100 mm. The first gauge 100 and the second gauge 300 can adapt to the detection of a full-range caliper, the second gauge 300 is selected when the caliper is smaller, and the first gauge 100 is selected when the caliper is larger.

It can be appreciated that the third gauge block can be one or more than one, and is arranged according to the requirement.
In this embodiment, the second locking member 308 is a screw, and the second locking member 308 is screwed to the second base 302. By twisting the second locking member 308, the second slider 306 is driven to move to push the second plane measuring block 304 to move.
