Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the electric heating device for uniformly heating liquid according to the present invention comprises an operation box 1, a heating auxiliary mechanism, a heat supply mechanism, an air pressure adjusting mechanism, a water level display mechanism, a pressure display mechanism and a temperature display mechanism.
A liquid discharge pipe 11 is arranged at the lower part of the operation box 1, and an exhaust port 12 is arranged at the upper part of the operation box 1;
the temperature-rising auxiliary mechanism comprises a flow-limiting cylinder 21, a flow-guiding pipe 22 and a flow-inlet pipe 23, the flow-limiting cylinder 21 is arranged in the operation box 1, a plurality of drainage through holes 211 are arranged on the outer wall of the flow-limiting cylinder 21, the flow-guiding pipe 22 is spirally wound on the periphery of the flow-limiting cylinder 21, and the flow-inlet pipe 23 is communicated with the lower end of the flow-guiding pipe 22;
the heat supply mechanism comprises a plurality of heat conduction pipes 31, and the projection of the heat conduction pipes 31 in the vertical direction is positioned inside the projection of the flow limiting cylinder 21;

the water level display mechanism comprises a transparent water level display pipe 51 and two communication pipes 52, two ends of the transparent water level display pipe 51 are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the operation box 1 through the two communication pipes 52, and the two communication pipes 52 are respectively communicated with the upper part of the operation box 1 and the lower part of the operation box 1.
