Abstract

本发明涉及一种电厂烟囱烟道封堵,具体是一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体及其封堵方法。气膜式芯体包括一个气膜,在气膜的充气口上设置一个截止阀,在气膜上设置有压力表。封堵时,在烟道的挡板门后切割出一个吊装孔,然后把气膜式芯体放入到烟道内并充气,通过充气口将气膜式芯体充气至规定压力后封闭充气口,实现烟道在线封堵;拆除时通过截止阀进行泄压回收,本发明一方面材料选取具有轻便、易运输、可重复利用、耐磨、耐高温、阻燃性能优越、明火离开后快速自熄等优点。另一方面该气膜式芯体从运输到安装对人员人数,装备需求与现有技术对比差异明显,实现不停炉、不进入烟道封堵。即保证人员安全又方便快捷,节约成本。

一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体及其封堵方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电厂烟囱烟道封堵,具体是一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体及其封堵方法。
背景技术
因电厂烟囱需要施工又要保证生产时,需切换主烟囱与临时烟囱,关闭临时烟囱与主烟囱之间的挡板门,烟气在临时烟囱排出。但挡板门密封不严会有烟气漏向主烟囱,需要进行封堵使主烟囱内无烟气通过。挡板门密封不严封堵时,常规方案是降负荷后作业人员进入烟道内进行封堵,加装挡烟钢板及挡烟砖墙。但会存在很大的风险及缺点。如烟道内施工高温、压力、缺氧、视线不好等不安全因素,操作人员作业困难。起重作业易发生故障或出现异常,物体坠落。施工用电电源箱处与焊机、等离子等电器设备处于烟气泄露处,设备线路发生老化破损发生触电等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有的采用挡板门封堵的方式,作业风险大,操作人员作业困难,为解决上述问题,提供一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体及其封堵方法。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体,气膜式芯体包括一个气膜,在气膜的充气口上设置一个截止阀,在气膜上设置有压力表。
气膜胀开后为球状。
气膜外侧加涂有耐高温材料形成的防护层。
一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体的封堵方法,包括烟道,烟道上连接有主烟囱和临时烟囱,主烟囱和临时烟囱之间的烟道内设置有挡板门,首先根据烟道的长和宽,选出合适的气膜式芯体直径,然后,在烟道挡板门后切割出符合气膜放入烟道的吊装孔,再将气膜式芯体吊入烟道内,气膜式芯体的充气口上设置一个截止阀和一个压力表,充气口朝上通过截止阀对其充气1/2并调整气膜式芯体位置保证能很好地展开;最后,在切割的吊装孔上设置盖板,盖板上开设有与充气口配合的孔,通过充气口将气膜式芯体充气至规定压力后封闭充气口,实现烟道在线封堵;拆除时通过截止阀进行泄压回收。
相对于现有技术,本发明一方面材料选取具有轻便、易运输、可重复利用、耐磨、耐高温、阻燃性能优越、明火离开后快速自熄等优点。另一方面该气膜式芯体从运输到安装对人员人数,装备需求与现有技术对比差异明显,实现不停炉、不进入烟道封堵。即保证人员安全又方便快捷,节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示为原施工方案总体结构图。目前主烟囱5施工时,烟气通过临时烟囱1排出,为防止烟气6进入主烟囱烟道要关闭挡板门2,挡板门2会有漏气量,需降负荷或停机后作业人员进入烟道内加装挡烟钢板3及挡烟砖墙4进行封堵。但会存在很大的风险,如工期长工序繁琐、对人员潜在危险过多、经济成本高等。
如图2所示为气膜式芯体安装施工图。一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体,气膜式芯体包括一个气膜,在气膜的充气口上设置一个截止阀8,在气膜上设置有压力表10。气膜胀开后为球状。气膜外侧加涂有耐高温材料形成的防护层。耐高温材料优选乙烯基硅橡胶、低苯基硅橡胶或氟橡胶。
气膜式芯体的封堵方法为:首先,根据设计图纸中烟道的长和宽,得出合适的气膜式芯体直径D;然后,在挡板门2后,即烟道靠近主烟囱5 的一侧上切割出符合气膜放入烟道的吊装孔,再将气膜式芯体吊入烟道内,充气口朝上通过截止阀8对其充气1/2并调整气膜芯体位置保证能很好地展开;最后,在切割的吊装孔的盖板9上开设与充气口配合的孔7,压力表和截止阀从孔7中露出,盖板9回装于原处,通过充气口将气膜式芯体充气至规定压力后封闭充气口,实现烟道在线封堵;拆除时通过截止阀8进行泄压回收。整个封堵过程中不需要人员进入烟道内,操作简单且无需人员涉险。且气膜式芯体具有轻便、易运输、可重复利用、耐磨、耐高温、阻燃性能优越等优点,可以更好更简便的对锅炉烟道进行不停炉封堵。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种电厂锅炉烟道在线封堵气膜式芯体的封堵方法,包括气膜式芯体,气膜式芯体包括一个气膜,在气膜的充气口上设置一个截止阀,在气膜上设置有压力表,其特征在于:还包括烟道,烟道上连接有主烟囱和临时烟囱,主烟囱和临时烟囱之间的烟道内设置有挡板门,首先根据烟道的长和宽,选出合适的气膜式芯体直径,然后,在烟道挡板门后切割出符合气膜放入烟道的吊装孔,再将气膜式芯体吊入烟道内,气膜式芯体的充气口上设置一个截止阀和一个压力表,充气口朝上通过截止阀对其充气1/2并调整气膜式芯体位置保证能很好地展开;最后,在切割的吊装孔上设置盖板,盖板上开设有与充气口配合的孔,通过充气口将气膜式芯体充气至规定压力后封闭充气口,实现烟道在线封堵;拆除时通过截止阀进行泄压回收。
